Cdma has a huge opportunity to boost the transmission within mobile devices by using surrounding stations to description method that was overheard in order to obtain place a priority. An effective Competitive Middle Authorization (Colloidal carrier) strategy is required to handle the complex data transmission dynamics brought on by transmitting and to capitalize on the advantages of such collaboration. In this article, we present the De las technique, a unique inter Distributing Fuel Position CMAC etiquette for Cellular Advertisements (MANETs). Enhancing MANET functionality in terms of networking longevity and clean energy is the design goal of Donde. The electricity generation of the receive amplification and transmission hardware is taken into consideration in this article using an actual energy usage model. The optimal relay is chosen using a dispersed power best relay technique known that considers young and motivated individual and gps data. Additionally, a cutting-edge benefit for the organization vector configuration is offered to adapt to the changing transmitted strength of the supply and relayed stations with the aim of increasing routing. By using a thorough dynamic simulation, we demonstrate how the planned De su significantly increases networks lifespan in a variety of situations, including those with high electrical energy demand. © 2023 IEEE.

Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) are a key component of many modern industrial systems. AGVs are supposed to communicate with each other in real time using wireless networks. In this article, the advantages and disadvantages of the ZigBee wireless network related to the control of AGVs are considered. We analyze the performance of the ZigBee network programmed with both C# and Python libraries to control ZigBee devices. The throughput and signal strength are presented and discussed depending on the transmission speed of the serial port, the payload size, and the presence and distance from the obstacles. The results of the experiments show the effective values of these parameters, the methods of using C# and Python, and the reliability of the throughput up to a certain point in network devices. © 2023 IEEE.

In the past two decades, Piecewise Linear Approximation under maximum error (max-error) bound (PLA∞) has been intensively studied for effective qualified representation and analysis of time series data. It divides a time series into fragments and then represents each fragment with a straight line to approximate the data points of that time slot. In this paper, to elevate the representation quality in the optimal PLA∞ results, we present a linear-time algorithm FindMin to construct the unique line representative of minimized maximum error (min-max error) for each fragment. Through extended experimental tests, we demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is very efficient in execution and achieves better performances than the state-of-the-art solutions. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Monitoring systems for machines, plants, materials, and equipment are increasingly used in production processes. These online condition monitoring systems can detect damage or excessive loads at an early stage and can drastically reduce or prevent long downtimes of plants and machines as well as high repair and maintenance costs. This paper depicts a method for online crack detection with pattern recognition and computer vision methods for specimens joined by self-pierce riveting under cyclic load in fatigue tests (laboratory application) (Giese et al. Early stage crack detection in mechanically joined steel/aluminium joints by condition monitoring;2020). In this context a parameter-free detection of significant frequencies during the test procedure was developed. To achieve this goal, the vibration data is recorded by a triaxial structure-borne sound sensor during the test. The evaluation is used for online crack detection, so that an early shutdown of the testing machine and thus a meaningful result over the life cycle of a mechanically joined joint is guaranteed. For this purpose, time series are described in the frequency domain at each function value by a novel feature vector. The characteristics used are independent of external test parameters, such as the test frequency or force level. This makes it possible to change test parameters without additional algorithmic effort and without expert knowledge. © 2022, The Society for Experimental Mechanics, Inc.

Banking produces extensive and diverse data, so a clustering process is needed to understand customer behavior patterns and transactions more effectively. This clustering has been widely utilized with the K-Means algorithm due to its simplicity and efficiency. However, this algorithm is limited in determining the optimal cluster center, affecting the accuracy of the clustering results. This study proposes applying two metaheuristic algorithms, Invasive Weed Optimization (IWO) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), as additional solutions combined with K-Means. These two algorithms were chosen because of their ability to find global solutions and convergence speed to handle large and complex banking data. The results show the superiority of IWOKM compared to PSOKM in terms of SSE and DBI. From the SSE value, IWOKM produces a lower value (3029.77), which indicates that this method is better at minimizing clustering errors and producing more accurate clustering than PSOKM (80007.09). From the DBI value, IWOKM also produces a better value (1.6684) than PSOKM (1.6782), which shows that the clusters produced by IWOKM are more compact and more separated. However, in terms of computation time, PSOKM is more efficient, with a faster average computation time. Although IWOKM produces better clustering quality, PSOKM offers advantages in terms of processing speed. This finding confirms that the selection of the IWO algorithm is more appropriate for use on datasets with characteristics such as the German Credit Dataset. © 2024 IEEE.

Infrastructure for smart cities is presently being built, mostly because of the (IoT) platform, which connects a wide variety of things by using the website's underlying infrastructure. As a result, it is possible to employ a uniform platform to automate the services that are delivered. Smart city infrastructure, on the other hand, is susceptible to cyberattacks owing to security flaws in IoT networks. Distributing denial of service (DDoS) and replay assaults, for example, violate the requirements for certification in smart cities. The lack of citations in this part backs up many of the statements it makes. Who needs a citation? Both assaults have the potential to substantially damage smart city infrastructure, which might also cost money and even result in human fatalities. This paper covers the creation of a blended deep- learning algorithm for replay and DDoS intrusion prevention on a growth-oriented smart city platform. This is made possible by combining proven machine-learning approaches with more recent advances in artificial intelligence. We simulate scattered denial of service and replay attacks on three datasets acquired from real-world smart cities to assess the efficacy of the proposed hybrid strategy on environmental, smart river, and smart soil dataset. The suggested model has shown excellent rates of accuracy. The ecosystem collection has an accuracy level of 98.37%, the smart riverbed dataset must have an accuracy of 98.13%, and the smart mud dataset must have an accuracy of 99.51%. The findings demonstrated that the proposed model outperformed past instances of evolutionary computation and machine learning techniques employed in the corpus of academic literature. © 2023 IEEE.

The research analyzed how to identify fake news effectively, understanding the developing capabilities to differentiate between misinformation and the correct nature of news in today’s complex media environment. Numerous approaches were tested: mostly the ways of determining if a certain message is valid or false. With application of Logistic Regression, Random Forest and lastly LSTM models, the research has been able to achieve 98.7%, 98.8%, and 95% accuracies respectively, showing that these traditional and advanced techniques are very effective. However, it became apparent that these models performed poorly as soon as tested on a new dataset and the discrepancy was not being able to understand context while being trained. Understanding the context is the key in news identification, so the research turned to BERT, the Transformer model pre-trained with huge contextual data to perform this task. Drawing on its deep and diverse knowledge base, BERT has shown a remarkable aptitude for sorting news articles into fake/real categories based on their context. Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and LSTM models demonstrated that although they were able to build models that were highly accurate up to 99% on familiar data, their accuracy dropped disproportionately as soon as new data was given. BERT, despite having a lower overall accuracy of 84% demonstrated a better sensitivity to contextual nuances in the news data. Here, the importance of contextualized conception in the sphere of fake news detection should be emphasized as a way to take advantage of BERT’s complicated comprehension which is a promising alternative of more accurate and effective identification as the media landscapes of the modern times may be complex and diverse. Despite the fact that the classical models surpass in planned environments, BERT’s capability of contextualization made it irreplaceable for evidence as the news sources in uncommon circumstances can digress from base. © 2024 IEEE.

Millions of people around the world are infected with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) disease. It is not easily detected in the intermediate stage, as it is typically asymptomatic. Moreover, the ideal learning trends for AMD professional advice are identifying those who are at this stage of the condition, instructing them on ways to screen the early diagnosis of the choroidal neovascular level before significant vision loss is incurred, and encouraging them to think about taking nutritional supplements that may lessen the likelihood that the condition will extend from the intermediate to the mature phase. However, conventional identification of this disease can be time-intensive and necessitates knowledgeably competent individuals to carry out the task. Since retinal fundus images have proven beneficial in detecting AMD, automated methods for AMD detection from retina fundus images can be developed by applying a novel application of deep transfer learning (DTL) to leverage on the artificial intelligence advances. In this investigation, deep convolutional neural networks (DCNN) specifically trained for automated AMD evaluation were contrasted with deep transfer learning (DTL), a different deep learning (DL) technique that included common characteristics with a diagnostic grader. In order to differentiate between the age-related macular degeneration (AMD) stage and the Normal stage, automated identification was used on a 2-class classification issue. The study proposed using deep learning (DL) models, and compared them to the DTL model. The proposed DTL model with transfer learning approach yielded an accuracy of96.41%, area under receiver operator characteristics curve (AUC) of 0.9633, precision of 94.24%, specificity of 94.82% and false positive rate (FPR) of 0.0518 on the test dataset, which specified a considerable agreement with the gold standard Age-related Eye Disease investigation data set.
