Recent advancements in skeleton extraction have significantly improved the process by simplifying the skeleton regression task into graph component detection. Despite the advancements in skeleton topology, accuracy in detailing skeletal parts remains challenging, with specific issues such as jagged edges in high-resolution images. This paper identifies the limitations of current detection models that can adapt during the decomposition and reconstruction phases, which impacts the overall precision of the extraction. In response, we propose an approach that revises the primary focus of the detection tasks. Inspired by the success of pixel-wise binary classification methods, we propose a gradual transition in focus from a coordinate localization regression task to a classification task of predicting points during the training process. This transition can be achieved by adjusting the number of object queries in the Transformer model. Theoretical and experimental evaluations validate the effectiveness of our approach. Our method yields significant improvements in performance over the baseline across various shape and image datasets (e.g., 0.836 vs. 0.826 for BlumNet on the SK1491 dataset). © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). Secure communication is an interesting issue nowadays. While the fame of chat applications expands, this notoriety carries some security problems with it. An assortment of authentication mechanisms and encryption strategies recommended and applied between to limit the expanding security issues. Numerous analysts pick the best they found and use it in various mix to give security to the chat application. On the comparable terms, we have utilized a combination of key exchange calculation mixed with an encryption algorithm. This blend is alluded to as 'Three-way system' since it guarantees all the three-protection plan of verification, data security and authentication, simultaneously. In this paper, we actualize a best in class client server hybrid model encryption framework utilizing DH algorithm combined with (AES) Advanced Encryption Standard encryption algorithm. Regardless of whether the key in transmission is cracked, the concept of Diffie Helman key exchange makes it futile, since key in transmission is of no utilization without client's private key, which is kept uniquely to the real client. This proposed design of three-way component makes it difficult for hackers to exploit the security framework, thereby securing the chat application. © 2022 IEEE.

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is one of the most popular cricket leagues in the world, attracting millions of fans and spectators each year. With the 2023 edition of the league just around the corner, the use of predictive models to determine the winning team has gained much attention. This systematic review analyzed the existing literature on predictive models for determining the winning team of PSL 2023. The study examined multiple approaches, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and expert opinion. The results of this review suggest that machine learning models, particularly ensemble models, are the most accurate predictors of PSL match outcomes. These models typically use a combination of features, such as team rankings, player performance statistics, match-winning ratio, and previous match outcomes, to predict the result of a match. This paper discovered that expert opinion-based models could provide valuable insights into the likely winner of a match. These models typically use input from cricket experts and analysts to predict the outcome of a match. © 2023 IEEE.

The electronics panels and controllers used in electric vehicle (EV) charging stations need to function securely and optimally in countries such as India, where the external temperature remains high for a significant part of the year. This study is the first to use a solar-battery storage integrated switchable glazing architecture to supply HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) in the control rooms of electric vehicle charging stations throughout the day. The EV charging station has been equipped with a rooftop-mounted solar PV source as part of an initiative to promote renewable energy and sustainable forms of mobility. The utilization of a vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) by the system ensures energy security through the provision of a durable solution for storing energy over an extended period of time. A smart scheduling system utilizing IoT technology was demonstrated to effectively meet the glazing load need of buildings in real-time, taking into account dynamic climatic conditions. This system incorporates solar PV, VRFB storage, and the neighborhood power grid. The efficiency of the suggested method was validated using four separate transitory scenarios: sunny, intermittently cloudy, prolongedly cloudy, and low solar radiation with frequent grid outages. Due to its versatility to be applied in various situations, the suggested method has the potential to greatly enhance capacity. © (2024), (International Association of Engineers). The significance of facial recognition in the era of artificial intelligence lies in its utilization of facial features as a type of biometric characteristic possessing uniqueness and irreversibility. However, exposing these features to attacks, tampering, or unauthorized disclosure poses considerable threats to user privacy and security. A privacy and security solution based on deep learning and encryption algorithms is proposed to tackle this issue. This solution employs the FaceNet deep learning algorithm to extract facial features efficiently. The combination of biometric feature blurriness and cryptographic system precision is achieved, utilizing the CKKS fully homomorphic encryption algorithm for operations in the ciphertext domain of facial recognition. The SM4 algorithm is used to enhance the resilience of facial feature ciphertext against malicious attacks. By leveraging the properties of symmetric ciphers, a balance is achieved between security and computational efficiency. The management of the symmetric key used in the SM4 algorithm is conducted through the employment of the SM9 asymmetric encryption algorithm. Experimental results and analysis demonstrate that the proposed solution enhances the security of data transmission, storage, and comparison without compromising the accuracy and efficiency of facial recognition. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Mobile terminals' limited processing power and memory make it challenging to meet the needs of increasingly complex applications like autonomous vehicles and augmented reality. That's why there's been a rise in the demand for edge cloud computing power from endpoint gadgets. Due to its adaptability and proximity to the user, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) may be used to support mobile edge computing (MEC) via job offloading, potentially relieving strain on edge clouds. Due to limitations in processing power and battery life, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) devices face a huge issue with the rise of Applications and services for mobile devices that can't afford to be delayed and that need a lot of processing power. Task offloading is one way that mobile cloud computing may help you get around these restrictions. The biggest difficulties with this paradigm, however, are the significant latency and security concerns. The edge-cloud computing model was then proposed and has since seen widespread adoption as a means of dealing with these complications. However, the present task offloading models allow UAVs to perform their heavy jobs at the linked edge server, leading to unnecessary loads owing to the huge amount of UAVs and, in turn, increasing the latency. For this reason, this study has presented a delay-optimal task offloading strategy for multi-tier edge-cloud computing with many users. In this research, a system model has been proposed to assist an intelligent and perceptive agent in determining the best computational offloading strategy, minimizing both the time it takes to complete a job and the amount of power it needs to do so. The efficacy of an agent was shown, and simulation results revealed that its adoption may greatly cut delay and energy usage. © 2023 IEEE.

This study introduces a novel approach to brain image segmentation by enhancing the VGG16 architecture. Neuroanatomical mapping is a critical aspect of understanding brain structures, and our research focuses on refining the VGG16 model to achieve more accurate segmentation results. We address the intricacies of brain image analysis, optimizing the architecture for the nuanced structures inherent in neuroimaging data. Our enhanced VGG16 model is thoroughly evaluated across diverse datasets, demonstrating superior performance compared to state-of-the-art segmentation methods. The framework proves robust and efficient in accurately delineating complex brain regions. We also delve into the interpretability of the segmentation results, shedding light on the learned features that contribute to the model's efficacy. The significance of our work extends beyond improved segmentation, offering valuable insights into the interpretability of deep learning models in neuroimaging. This research contributes to the broader field of biomedical image analysis and holds promise for applications in neuroscience and medical diagnostics. The manuscript presents new methodologies for process characterization and control tuning for integrated systems. Integrative systems are widespread in the industrial environment. Some control systems for level, pressure, concentration, and temperature are examples. Although many papers have been published on the subject, no standard has been established, so this remains an open problem. The proposed characterization method consists of deriving the response of the integrating system and applying characterization techniques for self-regulated processes. The proposed tuning method is based on deducing tuning equations for a PD control from the λ tuning rules. Increasing global energy consumption has become an urgent problem as natural energy sources such as oil,gas,and uranium are rapidly running *** into renewable energy sources such as solar energy is being pursued to counter *** energy is one of the most promising renewable energy sources,as it has the potential to meet the world’s energy needs *** study aims to develop and evaluate artificial intelligence(AI)models for predicting hourly global *** hyperparameters were optimized using the Broyden-FletcherGoldfarb-Shanno(BFGS)quasi-Newton training algorithm and STATISTICA *** from two stations in Algeria with different climatic zones were used to develop the *** error measurements were used to determine the accuracy of the prediction models,including the correlation coefficient,the mean absolute error,and the root mean square error(RMSE).The optimal support vector machine(SVM)model showed exceptional efficiency during the training phase,with a high correlation coefficient(R=0.99)and a low mean absolute error(MAE=26.5741 Wh/m^(2)),as well as an RMSE of 38.7045 Wh/m^(2) across all ***,this study highlights the importance of accurate prediction models in the renewable energy,which can contribute to better energy management and planning.
