The improvement of some aspects in tourism industry needs further study through aspect-based sentiment analysis based on tourist experience. The aim of this study is presenting the empiric results of aspect-based sentiment analysis to extract some useful aspects of services for leveraging tourism industry development based on user's feedback. The study uses customer review data from TripAdvisor website for developing classification model using machine learning algorithms including Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest Classifier (RFC), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) models. Each machine learning model under study is trained using K-Fold Cross Validation. The empiric results found that accuracy of RFC achieved the highest result (99.5%) followed by XGBoost (87.3%), DT (82.9%), and SVM (80.5%). The extracted meaningful aspects from customer feedback give many valuable insights for service quality improvement in tourism industry in the effort to strengthening the rising-up of sustainability economic growth through tourism industry.

Real-time Vehicle Detection and Tracking on Fisheye Traffic Monitoring Video in Compressed Domain

Our goal is to develop real-time vehicle detection and tracking schemes for fisheye traffic monitoring video using the temporal information in the compressed domain without decoding the entire video. Two algorithms are proposed. The first algorithm starts with a conventional single-frame detector, but we introduce a multi-frame information fusion stage to improve the final detection and tracking accuracy, which is implemented using multi-modal bi-directional LSTM (MM bi-LSTM) network. The second algorithm first constructs multi-frame motion trail image, and then a single-image multi-head detector is designed to produce bounding boxes of an individual frame. The first scheme can be viewed as a detect-to-track design, and the second scheme is track-to-detect. We tested our proposals on the ICIP2020 VIP Cup dataset in H.265 video format. The aforementioned algorithms are applied to the motion fields and residual images in the H.265 compressed data set. It turns out that their detection and tracking performances are on par with their pixel-domain counterparts, and they can achieve the state-of-the-art accuracy of conventional video object detectors and trackers. If the decoding process for video compression is not counted, their computational complexities are much lower than the conventional pixel-domain video object detectors and trackers. © 2023 S. Text mining is a data mining technique to find hidden things from a set of data in the form of text. One of the things that can be obtained with text mining is opinion or sentiment, whether it is positive or negative. Positive sentiment is used as a reference for a subject or object from a collection of texts to be recommended. Java Island is the city with the most population in Indonesia with a variety of culinary delights. This study aims to analyze sentiment recommendations on culinary data from food or cuisine in big cities on the island of Java. Four big cities were selected, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya. The data source is a tweet of culinary arts of the four cities from Twitter in Indonesia. The Sastrawi Library is used as a text mining data processing tool in Indonesia. The results obtained are the majority of positive sentiments from all cities. The cumulative sentiment value of the four cities is 54%, meaning that the big cities on the island of Java have good culinary delights and deserve to be recommended to be enjoyed.

The rapid development has made financial technology/financial technology's innovations more diverse according to the needs and financial problems that arise. With the existence of financial technology (financial technology) it can also make the financial service process faster, more effective and easier. Because of the development in the field of financial technology with the various solutions offered, this study aims to examine the role of financial technology for the development of MSMEs (Micro and Medium Enterprises), this research also includes aspects of the role of financial inclusion for the development of MSMEs to be able to see how much public knowledge is about financial service products and risk knowledge. The case study in this research is MSMEs in the Tangerang area using quantitative methods. The results of research using multiple linear regression analysis found that the role of financial financial technology for the development of MSMEs has a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, financial inclusion for the development of MSMEs has a positive and insignificant effect on the dependent variable. This study concludes that the use of financial technology for MSME businesses, as well as the high reference to financial products, are important factors in encouraging the development of MSMEs. © 2021 ACM.

Any form of communication that expresses hatred, prejudice, or hostility toward a particular individual or group of people based on attributes such as their race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is considered hate speech. Hate speech can be verbal, written, or symbolic. Hate speech can take many forms, and it often involves derogatory language, offensive stereotypes, or the incitement of violence or discrimination against the targeted individuals or groups. The content of hate speech is easy found in forum or discussion in social media include twitter. Twitter is a microblogging-based virtual entertainment where clients can peruse and compose text called tweets or tweets. This exploration executes order of disdain discourse in media Twitter utilizing IndoBERT. IndoBERT is the Indonesian form of BERT model utilizing over 220M words. It was a Convolutional Neural Network-based algorithm that had been modified. Th highlight extraction in Transformer isn’t finished by convolution utilizing a part like CNN, however includes an encoder and decoder. The outcome demonstrates IndoBERT’s excellent ability to categorize hate speech.

Food sustainability is still one of the main priorities for many countries as it contributes to the economy and stability of the nation. For government in many countries whose peoples consumes rice as its staple food, food self-sufficiency initiatives highly depend on accurate prediction of paddy field map. Mapping paddy field task is a challenging problem which cannot be handled manually especially when the paddy fields are spread out in very wide geographical areas such as those in Indonesia. Fortunately, wide availability of satellite imagery and the advent of deep learning technology in the past ten years have made it possible to improve efficiency of most parts of those manual works involving image semantic segmentation tasks. However, satellite image-based semantic segmentation is a challenging task. High object complexity, cloud partial occlusion, larger image size than a computer memory can stored can hinder accuracy of the image segmentation results. This paper presents a method for paddy field map generating using semantic image segmentation approach in which Pyramid Scene Parsing Net model is used for segmenting satellite imagery. The generated paddy map can be used as a basis for decision-making, especially in the agricultural sector. Analysis of local land use/land cover dynamics. The results of his experiments using SPOT 6 satellite imagery from the Pahung region of Central Kalimantan achieved average training accuracy, best training accuracy and test accuracy of 0.85, 0.86 and 0.89 respectively. These results indicated that the semantic segmentation model is suitable for addressing the same task in different crops.

Context: Software development teams constantly opt for faster, lower quality solutions to solve current problems without planning for the future. This situation will have a negative long-term impact and is called technical debt. Similar to a financial debt, technical debts require interest payments and must be managed and detected so that the team can evaluate the best way to deal with them. One way to detect technical debts is through classification of source code comments. Developers often insert comments warning of the need to improve their own code in the future. This is known as Self-Admitted Technical Debt (SATD). Objective: Combine Word2vec for word embedding with a Long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network model to identify SATDs from comments in source code and compare with other studies and LSTM without word embedding. Method: We plan and execute an experimental process with model’s effectiveness data validation. Results: In general, the classification improves when all SATD types were grouped in a single label. In relation to other studies, the LSTM model with Word2vec achieved better recall and f-measure. The LSTM model without word embedding achieves greater recall, but perform worse in precision and f-measure. Conclusion: We found evidence that LSTM models combined with word embedding are promising for the development a more effective SATD classifier. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This article presents a dataset of oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFBs) images from commercial plantations in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, focusing on five maturity stages: Unripe, Underripe, Ripe, Flower, and Abnormal. The data collection involved smartphone video recordings of unharvested trees from multiple angles under varying conditions. Video frames were extracted and expertly annotated using computer Vision Annotation Tool (CVAT), with annotations exported in Common Objects in Context (COCO) format suitable for object detection tasks. It has 10,207 images in its training set, 2,896 in the validation set, and 1,400 in the test set, which are supplemented using data augmentation to handle class imbalance and increase variation. These images have real-world complications arising from partial visibility, low contrast, occlusion, and blurriness. It forms the basis that will support the development of deep learning models for detection and classification of FFB, particularly for monitoring of harvest times, yield prediction, and optimization of resources in plantation operations.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized the concept of Smart Cities by enabling the seamless integration of various technologies and devices to enhance urban living. This abstract presents a comprehensive overview of the research trends and advancements in IoT applications within Smart Cities from 2019 to 2023. By conducting a scientometric review and bibliometric analysis using R studio and VOSviewer software, this study aims to identify key focus areas, challenges, and opportunities in the implementation of IoT technologies in urban environments. Data selection from the Scopus database yielded a total of 3849 documents from 1515 sources. The most cited article from 2021 is 166 citations. Average citations per doc is 18.56. China, India, and Korea appear to dominate in terms of the number of published documents. Future research directions include exploring innovative solutions leveraging technologies like blockchain, edge computing, and artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency, sustainability, and resilience of Smart City initiatives. By synthesizing insights from existing literature and exploring emerging trends, this study contributes to the advancement of Smart Cities and the development of a more connected and intelligent urban future.

In this study, we report the process variation effect (PVE) including the work function fluctuation (WKF) on the DC/AC characteristic fluctuation of stacked gate-all-around silicon complementary field-effect transistors (CFETs). The PVE affects characteristic fluctuation significantly;in particular, for the variability of off-state current. Owing to the bottom channel of a fin-type, the P-FET suffers from the worst off-state current fluctuation (more than 200% variation) compared to the N-FET. The device variability induced by the WKF is marginal because of amorphous-type metal grains. As input features to an artificial neural network (ANN) model, low and high work function values, as well as parameters of PVE that have prevalent effects on CEFT transfer characteristics are further considered and modeled. The estimated values of R2-score prove that the ANN model properly grasps information from the dataset successfully;thus, it can be used to model emerging CFETs for circuit simulation. © 2002-2012 IEEE.
