Coronavirus, or Covid-19, is a new virus first discovered in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019. This virus attacks the human respiratory area, which can cause respiratory problems and even loss of life. Covid-19 virus transmission is also high-speed and very easy; it is transmitted through airborne and human droplets. Therefore, to reduce the transmission rate of this virus, several researchers revealed that social distancing is one way to suppress the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. In the era of technology, The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the systems that can help to solve this problem. The Internet of Things (IoT) cancan use one or more devices connected to the network, and it can exchange data and information effectively and efficiently. In this study, the researchers review several IoT technologies that can be used to detect COVID-19 symptoms and implement social distancing rules based on the latest literature. The review results show that IoT technology has been used to monitor the progress of COVID-19 patients in real-time with various sensors connected to geographic positioning systems, mobile devices, and cloud computing. Several research proposals for the development of IoT technology have been identified, such as the detection of COVID-19 patients in crowds, prediction of the spread of the virus in an area, and implementation of health protocols in various crowded locations.

Air pollution makes it worse in populated regions. Indonesia's major cities are also impacted by air pollution. Due to rising traffic, material consumption by vehicles, industrial growth, land burning, and garbage collection, air quality has altered significantly. Accurate measurement and classification of air quality are required. Results of accurate classification aid in forming governmental regulations. To reach the criteria for livable air quality, we intend to manage controls. Some of the characteristics of air pollution include particulate (PM10) or PM25, sulfides (in the form of SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O3), and nitrites (NO2). Using the XGBoost algorithm and synthetic minority oversampling (SMOTE) methods based on the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) category, this study seeks to uncover factors that affect air quality. XGBoost, an ensemble machine learning approach built on a decision tree and applying a gradient reinforcement framework, is the classification algorithm in use. Air quality categorization has been tested and shown to work with the XGBoost algorithm. The dataset used in this study is air quality in 2021 which was collected by the Jakarta Environmental Ministry The proposed classification model will be evaluated using the Repeated k-fold cross-validation method for objective results. The results of the study prove that SMOTE and XGBoost have better performance than using only the XGBoost method in predicting air quality, where the overall accuracy value of SMOTE with XGBoost is 99.60%, The overall precision value is 99.60%, the overall recall value is 99.60% and the overall f1-score is 99.60% and the overall ROC AUC value is 99.96%. The overall SMOTE method with the proposed XGBoost has given better performance in air pollution prediction.

A great number of deep learning-based models have been recently proposed for automatic piano classification. In this paper, we describe our contribution to the challenge of automatic piano classification when the performer performs at the concert or stage. Among these models in deep learning, we use init-1D-WaveNet and init-2D-MLNet for comparison the accuracy in the piano beginning level of the Christmas song (Jingle bells). Our experimental results show that the assessment using the init-2D-MLNet still achieve high accuracy of 87.5%.

Along with technological improvements, online shopping is currently developing quickly. Online shops started by selling electronics, clothing, food, and home appliances and continue to evolve, selling various things. Currently, digital marketing has a novel technique, namely live shopping, where sellers can present, promote and offer their products directly through live streaming on social media and e-commerce platforms. This research will focus on gaining insight into the factors influencing customers to watch and purchase through live streaming. This research is an early-stage study of exploring and searching for research models. The study used a literature review approach by reviewing similar previous research articles. Several variable components were used in this study. The findings of the factors include visibility capacity, meta-vocation capacity, purchase orientation capacity, social presence, price, perceived product quality, perceived enjoyment, purchase orientation, perceived usefulness, and intention to buy. These factors were tested and proved to be valid with Cronbach's Alpha value being more than 0.5 and reliable with the value of the loading factor a greater than 0.6. The proliferation of digital camera technology has provided many digital images for object detection and counting in public places. This paper presents an experiment on the realtime vehicle counting method to be implemented in a single board computer. The proposed design's objective is to detect and count vehicles entering and exiting at entrances using haar cascade classifier algorithms and other automatic open and close door systems controlled by a single board computer (SBC). The proposed system was tested using raspberry pi 4 model B with a 4GB RAM platform. The empiric results using 3-minute video as input with a total of 113 passing vehicles the proposed method achieve of 91.2 % of average accuracy.
