Indonesia is one of the most populated and large country in south-east Asia. Its abundance of natural resources was well known. Supported by its tropical climate, made Indonesia is also among the largest tropical country in the world. However, according to the data, arable land in Indonesia has drastically decreased over the years in line with the rising demand for residency areas. This statistic shows a rather concerning fact that it is possible that even though Indonesia with this richness of natural resources one day would not fulfil its own domestic food needs. Moreover, competitions and hindrances that experienced by the Indonesian farmers might also worsen this limited food supply. In this research, the computational plant model (called virtual model) of the above-land Basil plant (Ocimum Basillicum P.) was proposed. The Basil plant that is taken as a research object is specific. It is a plant growing in a hydroponic environment. By using structural and functional plant model (FSPM) and simple mathematical and statistical methods, the constructed model was able to portray the growth pattern of each plant organ morphologically and biologically. The development and growth patterns of each plant organ (i.e., stem, petiole, leaves, etc.) are also depicted in detail and precisely. The model was quite novel. It practically can be exploited by agronomists and researchers to see the potential effort in optimizing the plant's yield.

The expansion of the web is accelerating, which helps encourage the creation of fresh ideas. In today's internet era, we must suggest techniques to filter out various information. Social media sentiment analysis based on Twitter data can monitor the real-time monitoring of the COVID-19 vaccine. In this way, relevant organizations or governments can take proactive steps to address misinformation and inappropriate behaviour around the COVID-19 vaccine, which threatens the success of the national vaccination campaign. The purpose of this research is to determine if there is a link between how people feel about the COVID-19 vaccine on Twitter and how many people actually get vaccinated against it. This study uses the COVID-19 All Vaccines Tweet dataset sourced from Kaggle. This research Identifies public sentiment, emotion, word usage, and trend of all filtered tweets. The results show that there are 31% positive tweets, 10% negative tweets, and 58% neutral tweets. Tweets with neutral subjective valence tend to cluster in the middle of the polarity scale (between -1 and +1), whereas tweets with strong subjective valence are spread across the scale.

Plant computational modelling is a part of ecological informatics. It is a research domain that model the plant/s and is correlated to an environmental issue. A vegetable is one imperative plant. It has an important role in aspects of health, the environment, and also the economy. The study was performed to make a plant computational model of the green-leaf vegetable plant Bok Choy that can suggest the environment-oriented decision in agriculture investment. Two methods functional structural plant modelling (FSPM) and simple mathematics are operated respectively to model the Bok Choy plant morphologically and the decision recommendation. The study produced the morphological 3-dimension (3D) model of the forty-fve-day-age plant Bok Choy and investment decision to plant Bok Choy in a hydroponic system.

Global warming arising from climate change can increase the spread of deadly diseases. Effort is needed to develop a set of policies for the government to stem or reduce health risks from global warming. The purpose of this paper is to examine more detail and comprehensively about the relationship among climate and event disease count in Taiwan using the partial least square latent regression model. The results obtained that of the 17 types of diseases in Taiwan, that has the most significant loading factor is Amoebiasis, Malaria and Chikungunya. At the same time, climate variables that have the biggest most significant factor are Number day with max temp more than 30, Number day Temp more than 25, and Rainfall PH. Cronbach’s Alpha infectious disease 0.9696 and climate 0.2813. At the same time, the value of Dillon Goldstein’s rho infectious disease 0.974 and climate 0.6404, respectively.

By 2050, about 70% of extra food production is needed to feed the world's population. As a majority staple food, the expansion of rice production should be accelerated. This systematic literature review aims to discover the factors that influence rice yields through a methodology that is partitioned into four main stages, i.e., query entry into multiple database sources, article title filtering, abstract filtering, and final article selection. The results show that genetics, irrigation system management, and farmers’ long-evolved local knowledge or experiences are the three big factors that elevate the rice production rates. Nevertheless, global warming is a serious challenge that should be deeply considered due to its great impact on reducing rice yields by up to 14.5%. Thus, the development of genetically modified rice varieties needs to be escalated while still maintaining other exogenous factors. This study contributes to providing a broader perspective for decision-makers and other relevant experts to accelerate rice production to achieve global food security.
