In this modern era, we can find for anything anytime, anywhere on the internet. Most people will find it on Google. When we look for something, we will go to Google search engines. Google has more than 35 trillion Web Pages on the internet and if we have a website how can people notice your website that is buried with other 35 trillion websites? The question is how to make our website can be in the top position of search results. The answer is simple, that is by optimizing search engines on your website. In this paper we will inform SEO techniques such as onsite optimization and offsite optimization along with the effects of the two techniques which also allows your website to be on the top search of results. Finally, we also discussed the benefits of the website being to be the top in search engine.

Sign language is an absolute thing that is mastered by some people, especially people who have hearing or deaf problems. Problems will occur if they want to communicate via mobile devices. They have to use an application that translate sign language to text and vice versa. The research in this field still open because each language will have different sign language. In the other hand the image that was captured by the mobile devices depend on the environment such as brightness and the background. The sign language captured with static background has high accuracy compared with dynamic background that has colorful background. Most of research do not include the dynamic background. Therefore in this study introduced an application used image recognition that can translate sign language with dynamic background into a text so that it can be used to communicate among people who have hearing problems and also between deaf and normal people. The experimental showed that accuracy of our system is 87%.

In software development, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and creative computing can be adopted to utilize multiple-domain knowledges to construct service software possessing creative properties, i.e., novel, useful, and surprising. In the past, several theoretical evaluation metrics have been proposed to measure creativity of a software system. However, a systematic practical method to construct creative service software is rarely considered in current researches. In this paper, we propose a model for creative service software development based on semantic web, which is applied in two phases: domain-creative requirement specification and semantic-based service design. The model can reduce communication work between domain experts and software engineers, improve traceability of the specifications, and improve machine readability during the generation of creativity. After the model of service design is validated for completeness and consistency, the creative service software is well-designed and can be implemented and reused effectively without losing of creativity. © 2021 IEEE.

Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly invasive malignancy with limited curative effectiveness. Here, we report the viability of using pulsed Terahertz (THz) time domain spectroscopy (THz TDS) to monitor the efficacy of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) in treating PDAC in murine models. Our study shows that THz imaging can provide reliable and reproducible results to differentiate the changes in untreated and SBRT-treated PDAC tissue using THz refractive index and absorption coefficient as mapping parameters with statistical significance. Hence the study highlights that pulsed THz-TDS can be used as a technique to monitor tumor responses to immunotherapy, providing a comprehensive assessment of the tumor’s reaction to the treatment.

State-of-the-art intracortical neuroprostheses currently enable communication at 60+ words per minute for anarthric individuals by training on over 10K sentences to account for phoneme variability in different word contexts. There is limited understanding about whether this performance can be maintained in decoding naturalistic speech with 40K+ word vocabularies across elicited, spontaneous, and conversational speech contexts. We introduce a vocal-unit-level generalization test to explicitly evaluate neural decoder performance with an expanded and more diverse behavioral repertoire. Tested on neural decoders modeling zebra finch vocalization, an analog to human vocal production, we compare three decoders with different input types: spike trains, neural factors, and firing rates. The factors and rates are latent neural features inferred using trained Latent Factor Analysis via Dynamical Systems (LFADS) models that capture the population neural dynamics during vocal production. While the conventional random holdout generalization error measure is similar for all three decoders, factor- and rate-based decoders outperform spike-based decoders when testing vocal-unit-holdout generalization error. These results suggest the later models better adapt to flexible vocalization inference when trained with partial observation of data variation, motivating further exploration of decoders incorporating latent neural and vocalization dynamics. © 2024 IEEE.

Dimensionality plays a crucial role in long-range dipole-dipole interactions (DDIs). We demonstrate that a resonant nanophotonic structure modifies the apparent dimensionality in an interacting ensemble of emitters, as revealed by population decay dynamics. Our measurements on a dense ensemble of interacting quantum emitters in a resonant nanophotonic structure with long-range DDIs reveal an effective dimensionality reduction to d¯=2.20(12), despite the emitters being distributed in 3D. This contrasts with the homogeneous environment, where the apparent dimension is d¯=3.00. Our work presents a promising avenue to manipulate dimensionality in an ensemble of interacting emitters.

An evaluating process that involves the multi parameters and rules is complex and complicated. Such complexity shows that the problem is a semi-unstructured problem. Thus, the problem faced is possibly solved by proposing a new intelligentdecision model to get the quantitative decision. Here, the experimental research was conducted by methodically operating the conception of multi-stage rule-based fuzzy logic. The experimental research is a Python programming language experiment and it is one implementation of the multi-stage rule-based fuzzy logic in solving the problem of a simple case for evaluating student performance. The evaluation model was designed thru an object-oriented approach and was conclusively able to show the result of100 dummy students’ performance values.

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the urgent need to strengthen public health *** response,the United Nations Disaster Risk Reduction(UNDRR) Public Health System Resilience Scorecard(Scorecard) was applied in workshops across multiple *** aim of our research was to explore the workshop findings to develop priority strategies for strengthening public health system *** conducted a workshop from 14 to 16 March 2023,at the UNDRR Global Education and Training Institute in Incheon,Republic of Korea.A sequential modified Delphi method was utilized to develop a set of prioritized resilience *** were drawn from 70 strategies identified from 13 distinct workshops in eight *** two surveys,23 strategies were *** received ratings of "High" or Very High" from89% of *** related to the inclusion of public health risks in emergency plans,integrating multidisciplinary teams into public health,enabling local transport mechanisms,and improving the ability to manage an influx of *** Scorecard provides an adaptable framework to identify and prioritize strategies for strengthening public health system *** leveraging this methodology,our study demonstrated how resilience strategies could inform disaster risk reduction funding,policies,and actions.

This paper focuses on EEG-based visual recognition, aiming to predict the visual object class observed by a subject based on his/her EEG signals. One of the main challenges is the large variation between signals from different subjects. It limits recognition systems to work only for the subjects involved in model training, which is undesirable for real-world scenarios where new subjects are frequently added. This limitation can be alleviated by collecting a large amount of data for each new user, yet it is costly and sometimes infeasible. To make the task more practical, we introduce a novel problem setting, namely subject adaptive EEG-based visual recognition. In this setting, a bunch of pre-recorded data of existing users (source) is available, while only a little training data from a new user (target) are provided. At inference time, the model is evaluated solely on the signals from the target user. This setting is challenging, especially because training samples from source subjects may not be helpful when evaluating the model on the data from the target subject. To tackle the new problem, we design a simple yet effective baseline that minimizes the discrepancy between feature distributions from different subjects, which allows the model to extract subject-independent features. Consequently, our model can learn the common knowledge shared among subjects, thereby significantly improving the recognition performance for the target subject.
