With mobile applications increasingly used daily, understanding user feedback is vital for software improvement. Manual analysis of user reviews on platforms is time-consuming and lacks scalability. This study utilizes aspect-based sentiment analysis with the IndoBERT-Lite model to automate the categorization and sentiment detection of feedback. Despite advancements, precise aspect classification and sentiment detection in Indonesian language reviews remain challenging due to limited resources. Using 5,000 Tokopedia reviews, labeled across five aspects, namely functionality, service, performance, usability, and design, the model achieved optimal results with batch size 32, showing 0.85 accuracy and 0.866 F1 score for aspect classification, and 0.998 across all metrics for sentiment classification.

The rise of blockchain technology and smart contracts has brought widespread attention due to their capacity to transform multiple industrial sectors through decentralized, transparent, secure transactions. However, despite their promise to revolutionize various fields worldwide, lingering concerns regarding security risks impede their adoption rate. Addressing these concerns is crucial now more than ever;therefore, we conducted a comprehensive literature review within our study's scope that focused on published papers between 2014-2023 centered around security risks concerning blockchain and smart contracts. Our systematic approach using the PRISMA checklist analyzed nine categorized research model-based primary studies while recognizing vulnerabilities in smart contract development and providing best practices to mitigate such issues. These findings benefit both researchers and practitioners as they showcase how acknowledging these vulnerabilities can further develop into exploring more significant aspects of blockchain technology's security issues and smart contract development processes. Our study contributes significantly by expanding knowledge in this field while providing novel insights valuable for individuals involved in designing or implementing blockchain technologies. © 2023 IEEE.

Wild plants are plants that are not cultivated but wild plants can be easily found in the neighborhood. However, not all wild plants can be utilized as food crops by the community. Therefore, it is necessary to know what wild plants can be consumed so that people do not have to worry about food availability. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the EfficientNet model can be used to identify wild plants that can be consumed. Experimental results show that the EfficientNet model has an accuracy of 85% in identifying wild plants that can be consumed.

Sign language has importance rule to deal with communication process especially with impairments hearing people. Sign language detection also attract lot of researchers to join the challenge of research to detect and recognize the sign language in the field of computer science. Hence, there is still no any standard approach and method to recognize the meaning in every pose of sign language. This research proposed a mechanism to detect Alphabet American Sign Language by utilizing Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) process. The CNN approach was chosen based on the ability and capability to recognize image. In this research, MNIST dataset is used for traning and testing process. The proposed CNN architecture produced 97% of accuracy that outperform the previous research using the same dataset which made this architecture promising. © 2022 IEEE.

Linear data is a collection of data that is linearly separated by a straight line and nonlinear data is a collection of data that is not separated by a line. Usually, non-linear data is separated by irregular curves. However, for non-linear data. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is difficult to classify data for non-linear data. The solution is to use Kernel Trick. Kernel Trick is a simple method used to map low-dimensional nonlinear data and transform it into a higher-dimensional space. The goal is to make it easier to classify data by finding a hyperplane that can separate the dataset linearly well. This research is to create a program that can predict heart disease using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model with Kernel Tricks. Heart disease prediction is very important because the heart is one of the most important organs in the human body. The results indicated that the SVM model with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) Kernel achieved the highest accuracy compared to the Linear Kernel and Polynomial Kernel.

Medical imaging abnormality detection is challenging, but deep learning approaches have shown promise. This paper reviews the current state of the art in deep learning approaches for detecting abnormalities in chest medical imaging. To discover the trends, opportunities, and challenges associated with this field, 18 studies were selected from Google Scholar based on their titles, abstracts, and contents for extensive review to answer two research questions. The study found that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chest X-ray 14 dataset is the most used dataset for this task. Most research uses a single-modal approach, considering only image data as input, with X-ray being the more popular instrument. There are 8 out of 18 studies leverage the transfer learning approach, with ResN et50 being the most popular network. MobileNetV2 has demonstrated competitive results compared to more robust networks. Preprocessing techniques such as image enhancement and data augmentation are leveraged by 61.1 % of the reviewed studies and are shown to improve model performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Navigating the complex legal and regulatory landscape requires a sophisticated platform that is not only comprehensive but also user-friendly and enables seamless analysis and document comparison in the legal realm. To address this challenging requirement, this research is dedicated to the user experience (UX) design of state-of the-art cloud-native mobile applications specifically designed for legal and regulatory harmonization. The methodology used is based on design thinking principles and takes advantage of the benefits of cloud computing. These include, but are not limited to, scalability, reliability, and security. The result is a solution that is not only powerful but also cost-effective. The core of this application follows a user-centered design philosophy and involves potential users closely in the design process. A comprehensive evaluation is performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) methodology to measure the effectiveness and usability of the application. The results of this comprehensive approach are convincing. The application has an impressive 95.5% usage rate, indicating strong user engagement. Furthermore, user satisfaction ratings are particularly high and transformative impact of this application in a complex environment of legal harmonization. Through its innovative design, seamless functionality, and user-centric approach, this application has proven to be not only a technical solution, but also a catalyst for positive change in the legal and regulatory harmonization process. © 2023 IEEE.

Sign language is the most commonly used communication medium for people who are deaf and mute. By using body movements, they can convey meaning through visual cues, not vocal cues. This type of language is learned almost exclusively by people who are deaf or dumb and those who interact with them on a daily basis. Most people do not learn it because sign language is not part of basic education, and the lack of need to use it, especially from a young age. Most of the spoken languages in the world usually have sign language variants according to the language of their respective countries. In this study, a mobile application is developed for children to learn Indonesian sign language where the process model is designed using use case diagrams, and the database design is modeled with class diagrams. As for the implementation, the Android Studio software is used for the application, and the MySQLdatabase is for database storage. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia has the largest number of people that are active in social media and Indonesia is a country with the most social media users in the world. Social media in general is used to socialize (relate, both, personally, in groups and so on) between users. The users of social media in Indonesia already has reached 160 million in January 2020. and this number of social media users in Indonesia increased up to 12 million (8.1%) from April 2019 to January 2020. Firstly, social media was used by users to connect with each other through community. However, now social media is not only used as a means of virtual community for interaction but is also used as a channel for doing business. There are still many people who do not realize that social media has the advantage of being a very efficient and effective business, and many company that still confused about to choose which social media platform that suitable with their business promotion. Therefore, we want to show and tell them one of the advantages of social media in the field of promotion. Based on the surveys, there are four most popular social media in Indonesia such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. However, there still very few studies can be found to understand that social media is effective or not for business promotion. For this reason, this article will examine the advantages that social media have that can support business promotion. This article will utilize the questioners method to assess the important factors of social media users such as user satisfaction factors in using social media and what social media are often used by user to promote their business. In the digital era, digital talent development has become increasingly vital for organizations and economies to thrive. While much focus has been placed on technical skills, this report emphasizes the often-overlooked role of soft skills in developing digital talent. Through an extensive literature review and data analysis, the study identifies that soft skills are crucial in enhancing digital talent performance. This research explores the factors that influence Digital Talent Performance in Indonesia, specifically comparing the performance levels of male and female digital talents. Data were collected from college students in the Jabodetabek area (cities surrounding Jakarta, Indonesia) using a purposive sampling method, with an online questionnaire distributed to 378 respondents. The study utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the collected data using SmartPLS 4.1. software. Key variables examined include Communication Skills, Teamwork, Emotional Intelligence, Academic Achievement, Problem-Solving, Digital Readiness, Digital Skills, Digital Technology, and Digital Talent Performance. Out of the nine hypotheses tested, one was not statistically significant. The results suggest that a combination of both technical and soft skills significantly affects digital talent performance, with important gender-based differences in performance levels emerging from the analysis. This research contributes to understanding Indonesia's complex dynamics of digital talent development. © 2024 IEEE.
