Defragmentation can potentially be employed as a tactic by perpetrators to conceal, misrepresent, or eliminate digital evidence. This study explores the effects of minor defragmentation, a potential method to conceal digital evidence, on recovering file system data in digital forensics. Our investigation sought to determine the influence of minor defragmentation on the effectiveness of data recovery and to identify methods that can augment the success rate post-defragmentation. We limited the scope of this study to defragmentation in Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), solid-state drives (SSDs), and USB drives. A mixed-method approach employs a literature review, case studies, and controlled experiments. Comparative analysis was used as the main data analysis technique to investigate its impact. Preliminary findings suggest that minor defragmentation hampers data recovery; however, certain strategies can augment success rates. These results can significantly influence the development of data recovery policies, particularly those of digital forensic analysts and law enforcement. The primary objective of this study is to bolster the efficiency and dependability of file system data recovery post-defragmentation while upholding ethical and legal standards.

Technological advancements are increasingly evident across various sectors, including automobiles, industry, and healthcare. In precision agriculture, significant progress has been made, with AgroTICs and Smart Agriculture gaining substantial traction in the market. However, a gap remains between cutting-edge technology and family farming, presenting a challenge from both social and applied research perspectives. However, there is still a gap between cutting-edge technology and family farming, which creates a challenge from a social and applied research point of view. In this context, this paper proposes a monitoring model based on Fuzzy Logic and sensor automation applied to estimate the health of a corn crop. The proposed Fuzzy inference system involves calculating an indicator of nutrients as well as the average color and area of corn plants. The nutrient indicator is automatically computed by an ESP32 microcontroller using sensor readings, while the average color and area inputs are manually entered via a mobile application. Additionally, the Fuzzy inference is integrated into the ESP32. The model underwent experimental validation on the health of the plantation, and the results were evaluated in four areas: one was designated for testing, and three were for validation. The model achieved an accuracy of 97.5% in Scenario 3, categorized as 'Very Favorable', and an accuracy of 65% in Scenarios 2 and 4, categorized as 'Unfavorable'. The implications of this research contribute to the advancement of AgroTICs among small producers, with the potential to enhance and automate the monitoring of their harvest production. © 2024 IEEE.

Tropical disease is one of the infectious diseases that affect Indonesia. Many people die because of tropical diseases, such as dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), chikungunya, leprosy, lymphatic, and filariasis. The Indonesian government's lack of public policy is the main problem in treating and preventing tropical diseases. The paper aims to describe the analysis results of the incidence of DHF in Jakarta, Indonesia. The analysis used the DHF incidences data from the Jakarta Health service surveillance office representative and combined it with the meteorological parameters data. The meteorological parameters were collected from the Bureau of Meteorological Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG). The statistical analysis of this research used Pearson's correlation. The results show that the meteorological parameters affecting DHF incidences are temperature, humidity, and wind speed. © 2022 IEEE.

Minimizing time wastage is a crucial objective for all production operations. Reliable manufacturing scheduling The objective is to mitigate time-based production waste caused by excessive processing, waiting, and transportation. Industry 4.0 promotes technological innovation across all industrial sectors to increase efficiency and effectiveness while preserving high competitiveness. The implementation of artificial intelligence in Industry 4.0 is expected to result in a reduction in time wastage. Non-dominance sequencing genetic algorithms (NSGA), genetic algorithms (GA), and evolutionary algorithms (EA) are the three most common scheduling approaches, according to literature-indexed research summaries from the past five years. The examination of production scheduling in the flexible packaging business, which involves the utilization of different machines and processes and is produced on demand, had not been conducted before in this study. A mathematical scheduling model will be developed in this research to ascertain the shortest production time span in the flexible packaging industry. As a form of technological innovation, this mathematical model will be utilized in experiments employing a genetic algorithm approach. For the genetic algorithm to generate a minimum makespan in the flexible packaging industry's production scheduling process.

Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition characterized by extreme mental states ranging from manic highs to depressive lows. Early intervention is crucial to prevent progression and complications of bipolar disorder, which can lead to significant loss. This study proposes a framework to detect bipolar disorder based on crowdsourced symptoms in the form of free texts. We extract the features by transforming these free-text symptoms into binary features using a set of natural language processing techniques. We build support vector machine models with different kernel functions and penalized logistic regression models with different penalty functions, where the best models have a precision of 0.7, recall of 0.78, F1 score of 0.74, and accuracy of 0.88. Moreover, the models are explainable since we incorporate a model-agnostic explanation method called Shapley additive explanations to understand the symptoms that mostly contributed to the prediction of bipolar disorder. The models presented in this study can be implemented in the initial screening process of bipolar disorder for further examination.

Utilizing Semi-supervised Method in Predicting BRCA1 Pathogenicity Variants

Quantifying the effect of mutations in the BRCA1 gene is useful for understanding their clinical consequences on breast cancer. Machine learning models can be applied to predict the landscape of protein variant effects that might not be always accessible by experiments. In this work, we propose a simple semi-supervised learning method using a Gaussian mixture model to predict ∼90% of the unlabeled missense variants of the BRCA1 gene collected from the ClinVar database. High-quality embeddings are used as a feature of the protein sequences, extracted using the latest pre-trained transformer-based language protein model. A statistical test show that the protein embeddings are effective and robust for predicting pathogenicity. Further, the lower representations of the features are then fed into the semi-supervised model. The prediction performance of the model only for the labeled testing data achieves an AUC score and an accuracy of 79.27% and 71.58%, respectively. Using our defined pathogenic probability score, we find that ∼94% of variants in our unlabeled dataset are well-separated into either benign or pathogenic classes according to that scoring. Our scores obtain a moderate Spearman rank correlation with the results of established unsupervised variant effect models. Finally, our approach can potentially be developed for more accurate and biologically reliable predictions of the variant effects.

E-Government and Tourism are fields of research that are constantly evolving. Where tourism services are one of the major foreign exchange earners for most countries. Governments in various countries are trying their best in providing services by utilizing information technology. The purpose of this research is to find out and map the scientific publications that have been carried out on the topics of e-government and tourism indexed by Scopus scientific publications, published from 2000 to 2020. So that research trends in this field can be seen and provide insights for further research. This research uses the bibliometric analysis method. Results showed that the most cited research topic was the recommendation system topic with 639 citations, the country that contributed the most documents was China and the most affiliated contributors were Georgia College State universities and Sydney University of Technology with each producing four articles. This study also contributes to knowledge by proposing classification characteristics of egovernment and tourism with the theme: Websites, Applications, Services, and Electronics. This characteristic abbreviated as WASE. © 2021 IEEE.

The process of digital transformation is part of the 4.0 industrial revolution. Through digital transformation, it is hoped that all processes inside an organization will function more efficiently. Internet technology is the major driver of an organization's digital transformation effort. Information Systems for the statewide scope of the two main religion-based organizations in Indonesia are required to satisfy the Indonesian government's National Medium-Term Development Plan for the years 2020-2024 in accordance with Indonesian President Decree No. 18 of 2020. The regulation mandates that the ministry of religious affairs provide information and data services. E-Govchurch, an abbreviation for Electronic-Governmental Church, is the suggested framework. E-Govchurch is a digital program for Information Systems that incorporates a framework for data governance. E-Govchurch will develop utilizing SSM, RBV, the Zachman Framework, and the DAMA framework. Literature study of stunting supplementation in Indonesian utilizing text mining approach

Numerous research on stunting supplementation interventions in Indonesia have been published. The information can be extracted through data mining, especially from academic research databases. In this paper, we presented a text mining-based literature review strategy to create a pipeline that researchers can use to accelerate the development of stunting supplementation intervention research in Indonesia. Utilizing various NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques, data were crawled, processed, and visualized using Python. The crawling dataset used a module from the Pubmed API (Application programming Interface) to collect literature papers. The NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit) module and itertools were used to process text data. The n-grams model was applied to process tokens into bigrams and trigrams. Text information was visualized using Matplotlib and Word cloud packages. There is an increasing number of publication in stunting supplementation intervention according to our result, which was observed from 2015 to 2021. West Java was the province where most of the stunting research has been conducted, as determined by research abstracts. Top occurrences obtained from the bigram and trigrams models calculation produced different terms. The word pairings that occurred the most frequently in the bigram and trigram model analyses were "child-aged" and "iron-folic-acid," respectively. The findings of this study are expected to help researchers to obtain the latest research topics related to stunting supplementation interventions in Indonesia.

The rapid population growth and industrial development in developing countries harm the agricultural sector because many agricultural lands are converted into residential or industrial areas. Applying modern agriculture technologies such as hydroponic could help to overcome the problem. However, hydroponics requires special attention in adjusting the pH and nutrient levels to maximize plant growth, so an automated system is needed to manage the process. In this research, a smart hydroponic system is proposed by applying Adaptive Networkbased Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) and Internet-of-Things. The IoT system consists of sensor, actuator, and data processing layer is designed to monitor and control the condition of pH and nutrition of the observed plants. Then, the ANFIS algorithm is designed to control the level of pH and nutrition. The experiment results show that the system can automatically adjust the pH and nutrient levels to the expected range for growing plants, and the fuzzy controller made using ANFIS are more accurate and stable than the fuzzy controller made using Sugeno. This study shows that ANFIS has excellent performance when controlling multiple actuators, as long as the data set has great granularity and well defined. © 2022 IEEE.
