The tourism industry significantly contributes to Indonesia's economy, particularly in West Java, where it plays a crucial role in social interaction and preserving local culture. This study aims to explore the impact of disruptive technology and strategic alliances on tourism innovation in popular destinations in West Java, incorporating local cultural engagement as a moderator. Using a quantitative, explanatory survey design, the study involved a sample of 172 businesspersons from 310 popular destinations. The results reveal that disruptive technology has a substantial direct and indirect effect on tourism innovation, with a significant positive role as the mediator. Additionally, local cultural engagement significantly moderates the relationships between both disruptive technology and strategic alliances with tourism innovation. These findings imply that integrating local culture into strategic partnerships and technological advancements can enhance innovation in tourism, offering new insights into effective practices in the industry.

Sign Language Recognition (SLR) is a complex classification problem to be solved. Every language has their own syntax and grammar. New model combination and dataset is required to developed new SLR system for different syntax and grammar. In this study, we implemented a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model which is Inflated 3D model combined with transfer learning method from ImageNet and Kinectic dataset to overcome small dataset problems. There is no public dataset available for SIBI Dataset. Therefore, we collected the dataset by our-self using a mobile phone camera with the following specification. Samsung Galaxy S6 Camera, 16-megapixel Sony Exmore RS IMX240 sensor. The camera is in static position. We used 200 videos as our dataset with 10 words (classes) and 2 signers. We split the dataset into 3 parts (training, validation, testing). After several training and testing with 5 different froze layer combination. The highest validation accuracy was 100% and the highest testing accuracy is 97.50%. The best result was obtained by using a model with the most froze inception module.

Microsatellite instability (MSI) is a pivotal genetic marker influencing the efficacy of immunotherapy in colorectal cancer. Traditional MSI examination often requires additional genetic or immunohistochemical tests, whereas histology images, widely available in colorectal cancer diagnosis, offer a valuable alternative for MSI prediction. Although Transformer-based models have demonstrated promising outcomes in predicting MSI from histology images, they are hampered by traditional local attention mechanisms that struggle to capture long-range interdependencies and establish a comprehensive global receptive field. In this study, we introduce DiNAT-MSI, a novel framework for histology-based MSI prediction that incorporates the Dilated Neighborhood Attention Transformer (DiNAT). This model enhances global context recognition and substantially expands receptive fields, all without additional computational burden. Our results demonstrate that DiNAT-MSI achieves a superior patientwise AUROC compared to ResNet18 and Swin Transformer, along with commendable explainability. Our work not only illustrates a more accessible diagnostic tool for leveraging histological data but also underscores the potential of Transformerbased models with sophisticated attention designs in advancing precision medicine for colorectal cancer patients. © 2024 IEEE.

According to Covid 19 pandemic every process has to shifting to collaborate with digital technology. One of the field that pushes to shift is Education field. Undergraduate education level, is one of many strategies to improve people competency. In Indonesia, the number of people has steadily increased. However, they have to improve their level of competency to compete with their competitor. According to this condition, many prospective student difficult to find information that their need to decide a place to study. There are many consideration factors that will involved in this decision. Therefore, in this research will build university collaborator system that can support analysis from prospective student perspective to choose education institution. To build this business design this study involve some analysis such as industrial competition will be using Porter Five Force's and supported by Business Model Canvas to define Universia's business model, as well as financial projections for the next seven years. According to the Porter Five Forces model, the information services market around universities still has a lot of room for new entrants. The results of the business model canvas analysis show that, despite being a newcomer to the sector, Universia has a number of value propositions that its competitors do not. Universia's product will be generated in the web based application. The application will be designed using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in conjunction with the Extreme programming approach, which includes steps such as planning, designing, coding, and testing. The result of this study is a system collaborator that can be bridge between prospective student and university, so the prospective student can easily find the information that their need to choose university. © 2021 IEEE.

Nowadays, every company knows that when making a decision that has a potential in affecting their assets, an accurately processed report is necessary in order to support the reasoning behind their decision. Generating a report for stakeholders quickly and accurately is highly required in assisting them making a data-driven decision. By developing a data warehouse, it is possible for a company to do a data-driven decision making to appeal to their customer segments. This paper proposes a data warehouse model design to analyse the sales data contained in the database. The method that was implemented for this particular data warehouse development is the nine-step methodology designed by Kimball. E-learning was disrupted by a new concept of education named microlearning that carried various digital learning materials in convenient learning paths that were customizable according to users' necessity by using digital application. The competitive advantage of microlearning has been published but caused ubiquitous bias definition. This study aims to identify and analyze fundamental components of existing microlearning research and implementations in e-learning platforms. 42 research articles from SCOPUS database were collected from 2018 to 2022. They were reviewed to discover fundamental components of microlearning that must be considered in its implementations. The result of this study uncovered “Content's variety” the most fundamental components. In contrast, this study finds that advance technology is the least discussed but required in supporting specific usage of microlearning. Limitation of this study lies on the determination of database and keyword usage and the methodology. This study recommends to consider combination of microlearning components to concept a specialized microlearning for sustainable quality education.

Pandemic Covid-19 has change learning process to use online learning platform to limit interaction between participant of learning and reduce the Covid-19. This shifting has a major impact on education. Even though, many things have been done by education institution, lecturers, and students in adapting to online learning. In this study focus to check the effect of online learning on students' ability to understand the learning process. In this research, we use quantitative approach. To collect the data, this study uses a questionnaire method and in data analysis this study uses descriptive methods. In the results of this research can conclude that there is a positive influence from online learning on student's ability to understand the material. Therefore, higher education institution have to consider online learning to be good so that in the future it can continue to be developed or upgrade so that it can make it easier for students to understand the material and learn effectively and efficiently. © 2021 IEEE.

This study analyzes the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on impulse buying on the marketplace platform in Jakarta. This research is motivated because the COVID-19 pandemic period lasted quite a long time. Therefore, this research was conducted so that it can be useful for entrepreneurs or marketplace sellers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. The techniques used in statistical testing include validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. When the research was conducted from September 2020 to January 2021. The results obtained were that there was a relationship between variables, such as mobile marketing, discounts, and lifestyle that could affect impulse buying on the marketplace even though they were moderately related. © 2021 IEEE.

Malaria is a communicable disease with half of the global population at risk due to its high morbidity and mortality rates. A massive number of studies are dedicated to malaria research, so it plays a key role in formulating the proper prevention strategy and effective malaria treatment. With the overwhelming number of updated publications in the field, an unsupervised text mining approach such as topic modeling may provide an alternative method for the malaria researcher to keep pace with new insights. In this work, we collect metadata of malaria publications from the PubMed database to perform BERT-based topic modeling to find well-defined topics regarding malaria research. The method is largely based on the popular BERTopic pipeline. We compare the performance of three different language models to generate document embeddings from the data. The dimension reduction and the density-based clustering algorithm are used to cluster the embeddings. The topic representation is computed based on the semantic similarity of the class TF-IDF representation. The substance of the resulting topics is then manually annotated based on the top words of each topic. We demonstrate that by merging initial topics into larger topics using hierarchical clustering and manual content-based examination, the evaluated coherence measure can be further improved, thus enhancing the topic's interpretability. Our modeling result is able to extract ten major topics recurring in the malaria research publication published from 2017–2022. The result provides preliminary insight to understand the dynamics and patterns of malaria research over the years

Improving the welfare of villagers is a noble goal to be achieved together with various parties. The Village's opportunity to develop Village following the potential offered by prioritizing community participation has been regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014. Sanankerto Village in Turen Malang is one of the Tourism Villages known as the Boon Pring Ecotourism Village. Boon Pring is a bamboo area covering 36.8 ha and has more than 60 types of bamboo and natural springs. For the development and strengthening of the village economy, a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) was formed. This development and strengthening are also supported by the existence of the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS). Increasing fan-inclusive and sustainable economic growth, including rural economic growth, is the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Starting from POKDARWIS information, the management of Sanankerto Tourism Village is not good, so research was carried out. The development of Sanankerto Tourism Village has been slow, starting from the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and assessment of tourism village development strategies. This research aims to uncover and understand the management model of Sanankerto Tourism Village so that it becomes a strength, weakness, and opportunity to develop a tourism village development strategy. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
