Most organizations today are beginning to shift from manual document management into a document management system (DMS), which is more reliable and efficient. Many benefits can be gained from the use of DMS such as document management become better and more efficient. However, DMS will not improve the performance of document management if it is not used appropriately. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the acceptance of the use of DMS. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) used in this study to determine the acceptance of DMS usage. Samples were taken from 50 employees who have access to the DMS. Data samples are analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that acceptance of DMS depends on perceived ease of use that influence usefulness of DMS and led to the acceptance of DMS. © 2018 IEEE.

The measurement of information security risk in a public sector organization is of utmost importance. This measurement serves the purpose of taking appropriate actions in response to potential risks or damaging incidents. The objective of this study is to develop a straightforward yet smart decision model capable of evaluating risks, particularly within the public sector organization. The decision support modelling (DSM) concept is employed as a framework to construct a computer model that supports decision-making in a specific case. The study comprises five stages, which are integral parts of the DSM process. These stages include analyzing the case, examining relevant documents, designing the model, constructing the model, and evaluating the finalized model. The object-oriented method serves as a fundamental approach to model design. Additionally, the fuzzy logic method, an intelligent computational technique, plays a central role in the development of this decision model. The proposed model demonstrates an average error value of 0.05 when compared to the actual risk measurement conducted. Furthermore, it reveals average risk values of 0.59 and 0.45 for the pre-and post-remediation scenarios, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

With the large amount of information available on the internet, recommendation tasks have grown to be more crucial than ever. Businesses that store digital media on the internet such as video streaming and music streaming platforms, benefit a lot from recommendation systems. A simple yet powerful recommendation system that can give better recommendation performance is always being sought after. Light Graph Convolution Network (LightGCN) is a simplified version of Graph Convolution Network (GCN) for collaborative filtering in recommendation systems. LightGCN architecture includes only the most essential part of GCN for collaborative filtering that is the neighborhood aggregation, it removes the feature transformation and nonlinear activation because both of them contribute little to no effect to the recommendations. The focus of this research is to optimize LightGCN by tuning the hyperparameters using exhaustive search (grid search). The optimized LightGCN model is able to out-perform LightGCN by more than 140% in music recommendation © 2022 IEEE.

Employee mobility is an important issue for companies that have a goal to become global company. The company often asks the employees to do some assignments outside the office area, either inside or outside of their home country. A portable virtual private network (VPN) is a device that enables the employees to perform remote access connection to internal computer resources via internet. Therefore, the employee can still work on their assignments in company server while doing business travelling. In this paper, the secure and low power portable VPN prototype is being proposed. The prototype of the VPN portable gateway device is built using OpenVPN-R core applications that are modified from OpenVPN version 2.3.10 with OpenSSL version 1.0.2h. It is implemented into a single board computer (SBC) Raspberry Pi 3 Model B +. The modification performed in this system is the inclusion of Rabbit stream cipher algorithm to OpenSSL as one of the alternative options of TLS ciphersuites on OpenVPN. The prototype portable VPN gateway device generated from this research has Rabbit ciphersuites, platform independent, and has additional features inbuilt firewall. The simulation results show that the proposed prototype can perform secure data transfer. On the other hand the proposed Rabbit stream cipher algorithm shows better performance than other algorithm in terms of data transfer rate, CPU utilization, and memory usage which leads to smaller power consumption. © 2018 The Authors. The concept of object-oriented (OO) serves is a fundamental approach in the development of models. The stages associated with this method contribute significantly to ensuring that the resulting model is both lucid and transparent. The primary objective of the study is to create a decision model for evaluating student performance. Floating fuzzy logic (FFL) is employed as a technique to handle fluctuating data within the model. Moreover, OO conception plays a central role in analyzing, designing, and constructing the model through the utilization of four distinct types of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams: object, activity, state-machine, and sequence diagrams. The model itself is crafted using the Python programming language and executed in the Google Colab platform. Additionally, this model has the capability to simulate changes in students' performance on a semester-by -semester basis, exhibiting a variance of 15 % when compared to the conventional fuzzy logic model. © 2023 IEEE.

Directorate General of Taxes for Republic of Indonesia has an internal unit named data processing centre (DPC) that has main duty to process paper tax return delivered from tax office. DPC practically implemented new tax return processing system to replace the old system, however the performance of the new system was not on a par with the old one, at the beginning. Then, DPC made several improvements to increase new system's performance. This study aims to measure the improvements made by DPC by using Six Sigma approach. The approach is functioned to assess data processing performance through DMAIC concept: i.e. define, measure, analyse, improve, and control. With the DMAIC concept, improvement exposes better result, the average value of six sigma significantly escalated by 0.97 to 2.56. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The development of technology and the internet is one of the critical factors that must be considered by companies especially those engaged in e-commerce. The web-based application is one of the tools used by e-commerce in making it easier for users to conduct transactions and data processing. The application that developed must be calculated carefully so the effectiveness and efficiency can be appropriately maintained. In this research, the calculation of the size of the software, effort, time, staff, and the total cost needed to work on an application was calculated using the Function Point Analysis (FPA) and Constructive Cost Model II (CoCoMo II) methods. The application that has been analyzed and estimated is Merchant Application Portal (MAP) which is an application designed by one of the companies in Indonesia. The estimation results obtained, scilicet the size of software amounted to 10,02972 KLOC, effort amounted to 48.521 Person Month, time development of 13 months, staff needed as many as four staff, and the estimated cost amounted to IDR 13,828,852.79 or $ 971.54. In addition, this calculation can be used by other companies to find out the resources needed in making a software to be more effective and efficient. © 2021 ACM.

The testing stage is essential in software development because it determines the quality level, which is indicated by minimal errors. Meanwhile, the error that is discovered by the tester is called a fault. Therefore, this research aims to create a Model-Based Testing (MBT) using the equivalence partitioning technique in the black-box method. The model is expected to log software errors such as Access, performance, initialization, a data structure or external database, incorrect or missing functions, to identify, categorize, and fix them methodically and appropriately. Based on the discoveries, the errors form a dataset that measures the accuracy of the fault output using a neural network algorithm. The result showed the formation of MBT can be developed using the equivalence partitioning technique by measuring the fault output accuracy level using a neural network algorithm, where the average accuracy rate is 80%. © 2022 IEEE.

Real-world practical systems inherently exhibit non-linearities in their dynamics. Also, it is known that a time-varying delay exists in the system state or input-output. Combined, it affects the stability of the closed-loop system. It also increases the complexity of the controller design. In-depth controller design research on the class of Nonlinear Systems with Time-Varying Delay (NSTVD) has been the focus of the control community for many years. However, there is a lack of Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and classifications of the papers on this topic. This paper aims to review controller design utilizing a neural network model for the class of NSTVD systems. The study employs Kitchenham's SLR method to gather, analyze and synthesize published papers from reliable databases between 2017 and 2021. The bibliometric analysis for the selected 38 papers reveals the prolific authors, countries, affiliations, publishers, co-authorship network, co-occurrences of keywords, and ten most-cited papers. Finally, this paper developed a conceptual map outlining six multi-layered findings: the addressed problem, control design method, nonlinear system properties, time-varying delay properties, system constraint properties, and actuator limit properties. A brief qualitative analysis of the ten most-cited papers is performed based on the map. The findings highlighted that the proposed methods have shown encouraging results in the simulation domain and can be used as a source of inspiration for future studies and implementation of the neural controller design of the NSTVD system. © 2023 IEEE.

Application architecture and information technology systems in the company should be able to support the company's policy that leads to their alignment with the business objectives. The alignment of the implementation of information technology systems to the needs and goals of the organization will be able to be answered by taking into account the integration in the development, so that the gap of these two things can be minimized. As a company engaged in IT consulting, project management system is one form of application systems that support core business objective of the company: to produce high-quality software. Nevertheless, the project management system should be able to work together with other supporting information systems, so that the flow of information within the company can run effectively. To achieve these objectives, required the analysis and design of an integrated system, which can be achieved through a service-oriented architecture based system. which includes the stages of requirements and analysis, design and development, and the last is the IT operations.
