We introduce a composition of object-oriented component PHP grammar for taint analysis. Our novel method successfully restructured the PHP parser and reduced grammar artifact objects that must be visited in a taint analysis process by up to 52% grammar variation. Taint analysis is an analysis that detects any injection vulnerability pattern in source code. The analysis identifies the information flow of untrustworthy input that affects the sensitive sink or part of the system. The static taint analysis was run on an abstract syntax tree and traversed all nodes. A static taint analysis uses a parser to traverse abstract syntax trees of the source code. A web PHP parser has 140 grammar combinations in an abstract syntax tree, which has to be traversed to recognize the tainted flow pattern. Additionally, there are many variations of syntax and coding styles for tainted flow patterns. Therefore, the amount of combinations will consume many computation resources. © 2018 The Authors. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that encourage the use of visual electronic banking system (VEBS) application in Bank Central Asia Corporation, and provide an idea to increase the use of VEBS. This study using UTAUT 2 model approach. The primary data obtained from interviews, direct observation and questionnaires that distributed and processed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study provide qualitative calculation results of UTAUT 2 variable. The conclusion obtained that interest of the use of application VEBS affected by variables facilitating condition, performance expectancy and behavioral intention. From these conclusions this study provided an idea to the future development of application's features for more effective and efficient use. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Decision support model (DSM) is familiarly applied in a lot of areas and issues. The model is commonly benefited by decision maker to solve semi / unstructured problems. One of them should be used to treat medical waste by considering six selected parameters and three decision alternatives. In this study, environmental issue is main concerned aspect that the constructed model consequently becomes ecological DSM (eco-DSM). Three main methods are operated to construct the model;they are fuzzy logic, Euclidean distance, and full-factorial optimization methods. The model is analysed and designed via object oriented method. Lastly, the study shows simulation results based on empirical data of medical waste from one class 'A' state hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. Numerous efforts have been reasonably done to eliminate the road traffic congestion, however it occurs every working day, particularly in metropolitan. This study positively proposed a model which is not only able to show the effect of road traffic congestion ecologically, but also can recommend the strategy for road traffic engineering with methodically elaborating the environmental attributes as a dominant aspects considered. It is called as ecological decision support model (eco-DSM). To construct the model, two main methods were operated and combined: fuzzy logic and water flow algorithm (WFA). The method fuzzy logic exploited to exterminate the bias facet on parameters, and the WFA utilised to model the road traffic congestion and vehicle flow and to optimize its velocity based on emission calculation. The constructed model itself was designed thru the method object oriented, and the empirical road traffic congestion data of the Juanda Street in Tangerang Selatan city were functioned. Finally, the model showed the simulation result for suggesting the best decision alternative for road traffic engineering. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

The use of instant messaging (IM) application is very communal among smartphone users, as it delivers ease in interaction and communication. The speed at which technologies, growth, and expansion of networks infrastructure for high-speed data networks (e.g. wifi, 4G, etc.) are changing and the high number of IM applications are available. IM application usage is significantly escalating, also for doing illegitimate purposes, particularly to organize and coordinate criminal acts. They are practically exploited by the criminality groups involved when they target and interact with the victims, or try to run away from criminal occurrences. By systematically conducting a review to understand and to investigate IM applications topic coming from a number of scientific sources (e.g. manuscripts, metadata, files, etc.), a broader picture and opportunity to regain the valuable evidence in the investigation is academically provided. © 2018 IEEE.

As a company which relates its customer service, a software company (this case is PT Boon Software) is induced to give the good service to its customer. The existing information technology (IT) system service is made by patchwork. It brings some problems in service catalog, problem managment, change management, and service level agreement (SLA). The purpose of this research is to implement helpdesk system to software company with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework as a standard reference to solve various problem related information technology service on a company. This research starts by investigation all stakeholders of the company with some questionnares. Implementation ITIL is strated by finding the gap between the current condition and the standard base line in ITIL. After implementation IT service using ITIL, the stakeholders are asked the same questionnares. The result shows that there is significant different before and after implementing system service using ITIL. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Information technology enables for new way of commerce, which is a commerce activities through online media (e-commerce). Security becomes an important issue in online-system, because such system is accessible by anyone through the global network -internet. Security in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability becomes goals that must be achieved by any system generally, and commerce system especially, because this kind of system contains many sensitive data like customer data and transaction data. SQL Injection is a vulnerability and threat, with the most occurrence in a web based system. In this research we evaluate and analyze source code against SQL injection, and we use regular expression and escape string to prevent the SQL injection. The results of this study are findings of system vulnerability against SQL injection, which are proven by the ability to get data from database, with SQL injection techniques. System vulnerabilities were analyzed, in order to design and implement the solution for it. The solutions then tested, to validate that it has proven effectively fix the vulnerabilities, and can prevent the exploitation by SQL injection. In the end, the conclusion is that initially the system is vulnerable against SQL injection, but then the solution that being implemented has proven effectively fix the issue. © 2018 The Authors. Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based genomics data have a huge potential to be used in transcriptomic profiling of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) to study the biosynthesis mechanism behind it. The high dimensionality of NGS data is the main challenge in performing the data analysis to extract useful information. In this workflow pipeline, memory-efficient Linux-based software such as HISAT2 and HTSeq are utilized to process the raw NGS data. Furthermore, Differential Expression Gene (DEG) list can be obtained by performing advanced analysis to the aligned Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) sequence using the edgeR protocol. This DEG list is one of the main inputs of biological pathway analysis that can be done in DAVID and PANTHER web-based software. Both tools generate a different pathway result related to inflammation.

A road traffic engineering (RTE) is realistically required to reduce the road traffic congestion (RTC) degree. The congestion negatively affects not only to economy and physiology factors, but also for human environment and health. This paper methodologically represents the development of ecological decision support system based on the concept of fuzzy logic (Fuzzy ecoDSS) for RTE. Three types of core method operated here;fuzzy logic, water flow algorithm (WFA), and object oriented. The method fuzzy logic used to avoid the fuzziness in parameterizing and prioritize the parameters. The WFA approach functioned to replicate the flow of road traffic and optimize it thru RTE. Finally, the method object oriented benefited to analyze and design the constructed system. Thus, the simulation result exhibits the best decision alternative taken gives better air condition (more 200% than normal condition) and better road traffic velocity (more 2,200% than normal situation). © 2018 IEEE.
