The purpose of this study is to look for factors, indicators, and build a model of readiness for effective and efficient implementation in order to answer the problems that arise at PT XYZ related to the readiness of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation. The research method used is the method of collecting data by observing, interviewing, and distributing questionnaires to respondents using the CRM Value Chain theory as a conceptual framework and the research method used in this research is factor analysis to process data obtained from questionnaires. In this study managed to get new factors along with the constituent indicators of these factors as well as an ideal readiness model. It can be concluded that factors related to the readiness of implementing Customer Relationship Management among others are Customer Service Information, Customer Relations Value, Lack of Service and Communication.

Autonomous cars have become an interesting discussion in recent years. Several major automotive industries such as Tesla, GM and Nissan are trying to become pioneers in autonomous car technology. Giant technology companies such as Google Waymo, Baidu and Aptiv also developing autonomous car technology. Several technological approaches are carried out in implementing autonomous cars for recognizing surrounding situations, such as radar, lidar, sonar, GPS, and odometry. An automatic control system is used to control navigation based on the data obtained from these sensors. This paper will discuss the use of CNN deep learning algorithm for recognizing the surrounding environment in creating the automatic navigation required by autonomous cars. The system designed will create and learn the data set that will be taken in advance and the learning outcomes will be implemented in an open simulation system. This simulation shows high accuracy in learning to navigate the autonomous car by observing the surrounding environment.

Literally, it will make the young generation too lazy for outing activity or doing sports and busy with their digital technology, particularly their smartphone. Obviously, we are interested in using the mobile application which can be used to bridge the boring of doing sports mainly badminton sport, wherewith this mobile application is not just only for field badminton or coach booking, but can extend their friendship and community in positive ways. Hopefully, with this mobile application not just only booking for Badminton fields, but beyond that, there will be a mobile application that supports the fans of the badminton sports community when can know each other from different places and make friendship and competition among the members. These behavioral data can be used to find out the Steam user behavioral patterns on playtime distributions that can be studied by developers in order to have a deeper understanding of the behaviors of their players. In this study, the data are clustered using the k-prototypes algorithm, a combination of k-means and k-modes algorithm that can be used to cluster mixed attributes. Breast cancer is one of the deadliest cancer for female nowadays. Despite of the rapid advancement in medical image analysis with the rise of deep learning, development of breast cancer detection system is limited due to relatively small size of the publicly available mammogram dataset. In this paper, we discover an effective configuration for transfer learning from Chest X-Ray pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network to overcome the small-size mammogram dataset problem. Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is prone to various environmental problems. The problem of population growth has an impact on increasing economic activity which directly impacts the environment. In every production activity from the environmental side, it will bring up the carrying capacity of the environment and the carrying capacity of the environment or ecological footprint. The problem will be difficult if it turns out that the ecological footprint that occurs exceeds the capacity of the existing environmental carrying capacity, also for airport problems. This will result in the airport being unsustainable. This article will discuss the model of the airport environmental footprint that is currently occurring at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport by utilizing the opinions of respondents who live and have activities around the airport. The factor analysis method is used to process the respondent's data to obtain the factors that influence the environmental footprint and then through these findings a model can be developed which is expected to be able to abstract the current conditions. The research results show that the dominant environmental footprint at Soekarno-Hatta airport is overload airport activities impact, operational slot time optimization, and renewable of airport energy, which can then be built as an instrument to evaluate, build and develop airport control policies that are environmentally friendly and sustainable.
