In our current time, the well-being of a person is not only determined by the physical health, but also by their mental health. A lot of focus and effort have been spent into raising the awareness of this issue. One such effort comes from the field of computer science by utilizing data from social media to provide additional information in detecting these mental disorders. In this research, authors proposed the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) with extractive summarization to preprocess data obtained from popular social media platform such as Reddit and Twitter. The proposed method evaluated by compare it to several other methods in text classification to Figure out which method is best classifying whether someone is depressed or not. This research also contributes to evaluate whether applying extractive summarization to a document prior to feeding the data into BERT will contribute to an increase in performance when compared to the current method of data preprocessing, by measuring the accuracy, precision, recall and F1-score of each model. The evaluation result found that our proposed method by applying extractive summarization to reduce the sequence length achieved a better result compared to BERT base model. © 2022 IEEE.

Currently, Indonesia and the whole world are being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on various fields of life. It affects all sectors, including the education sector. The government through the Ministry of Education and Culture makes a policy in education in terms of the learning process. Teaching and learning activities that were initially carried out face to face become distance learning which was carried out at home. In this study, a systematic literature review is conducted on automatic assessment of essay answers. Various previous studies discuss the essay answer scoring system that has been developed using various methods. We synthesize the results to enrich our understanding of the automated essay exam scoring system. The expected result of this research is that it can contribute to further research related to the automated essay exam scoring system, especially in terms of considering methods and dataset forms. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. In the digital era, the demand for quick access to goods (q-Commerce) has driven retail companies to develop online shopping applications, aiming to attract more consumers. To cater to the demands of q-Commerce, specialized mobile applications that prioritize fast delivery and user-friendly experiences are crucial. However, developing and maintaining these applications present challenges in terms of speed of development and security. This research focuses on a retail company, PT X, with a q-Commerce application serving 3.5 million active users monthly. The research aims to assess PT X's capability maturity level in application development governance using the COBIT 2019 Capability Maturity Model. Additionally, the study investigates the differences in assessment methods between COBIT 2019 and previous versions. The findings contribute to understanding in which level of capability maturity that companies can achieve in developing quick commerce applications with a large user base. Findings of this research provides an overview for PT X to initiate the necessary initial steps to comply with the good application development according to COBIT 2019 standard. This research also highlights to future researchers that COBIT 2019 is primarily a framework for enterprise-level assessment and need to be adjusted to be suitable for measurements below the enterprise level. © 2023 IEEE.

Predicting personality is a growing topic in the field of natural language processing. The study of personality prediction has been proven to benefit the development of recommender systems and automated personality assessments by previous studies. Additionally, the widespread usage of social media in Indonesia such as Twitter has served as a potential source of data for developing such models. Existing personality prediction models has explored the implementation of both traditional machine learning models and deep learning models, with the latter proven to perform better with more data. Despite so, there is not much development of deep learning-based personality prediction models in the domain of Indonesian text. We propose a deep learning-based ensemble model based on Universal Language Model Fine Tuning (ULMFiT) and Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), the state-of-the-art pre-trained models for text classification. The model is trained with Indonesian tweets labelled with Five Factor Model (FFM) personality traits along with the users' metadata. The model is tested with five predetermined scenarios to prove the robustness of its performance. The final evaluation of the model proves that it has successfully achieved optimal performance of 76.41 % macro-average accuracy and 75.55% macro-average F-1 score, exceeding the state-of-the-art BERT and ULMFiT © 2022 IEEE.

- An online learning system is a learning approach that typically uses a one fit for all approach in which all student abilities are considered the same so that the provision of learning materials provided is the same for all students. In contrast, a personalization learning system is a teaching and learning approach in which students are positioned as the learning centers and the students are motivated and facilitated to overcome their learning needs based on their learning speed and understanding of the learning process carried out to achieve. In the context of learning, learning materials and learning objectives are the main components that are interrelated in achieving the expected learning outcomes. However, the relationship between learning materials, especially in prerequisite courses, must have similarities so that the learning process can continue in accordance with the learning outcomes to be achieved. This paper presents an experiment results of the proposed the recommendation system modeling for personalization learning model implemented using Content-Based Collaborative Filtering model. In the proposed recommender system model, similarities between the learning materials and the description of the course being are computed as basis for developing recommended learning materials to students. The recommendation system modeling for personalized learning is applied as a solution to achieve learning goals and minimize dropouts due to the inability of students to understand the learning process in online learning systems. The results given in the research are modeling of an adaptive learning personalization recommendation system to provide recommendations for students who do not reach the minimum competency standards. © 2022 IEEE.

A lot of research on task-oriented chatbots has been carried out to improve research on intent recognition. However, there are not many studies that discuss out-of-scope. This study introduces the use of threshold for classification results. The use of threshold improves recall performance of OOS detection above baseline for BiLSTM but reduces recall inside scope for all models. Directly applying multiclass classification with combined class of inside scope and out of scope also showed higher recall than baseline. © 2022 IEEE.

Education stands out as one of the most impactful applications of the metaverse, holding immense potential for the future. Within the realm of satellite communication system science education, the integration of immersive learning through the metaverse adds a layer of interest and interactivity to the teaching and learning process. Numerous design and evaluation techniques have been employed in a growing body of research, aiming to understand how immersive learning via the metaverse can effectively contribute to specific educational objectives. Hence, this research is dedicated to delving into the development of an immersive learning metaverse model for the science of satellite communication systems. The research contributes a model that advocates for a holistic learning approach by integrating metaverse technology, VR, the 6E Instructional Process Model, and the MSLQ evaluation instrument. The objective of this model is to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and interactivity of learning within the field of satellite communication systems science. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment analysis is crucial method in business intelligence to extract insights, which typically begin with sentiment classification. One of the latest frameworks for generating sentence embeddings for sentiment classification is LLM2Vec, which allows Transformer decoder-based models to generate sentence embeddings for text representation. Its capability is deemed language-agnostic, which, in this study, the framework is leveraged for Tokopedia tweet sentiment analysis to prove the claim. The base decoder models used in the LLM2Vec framework were Llama 3 8B, Llama 2 7B, Sheared Llama 1.3B, and Mistral 7B. Two BERT-based models, which are the Indonesian SBERT model and IndoBERT trained with the SimCSE approach, were employed as a comparison. The generated embeddings were classified using logistic regression, SVM, and MLP Classifier. Classifiers using embedding generated by LLM2Vec with Llama 3 8B and Mistral 7B achieves on-par performance with classifiers that utilize IndoBERT SimCSE embeddings, while classifiers using embeddings generated by LLM2Vec with Llama 2 7B and Sheared Llama 1.3B achieves much lower performance. Classifiers with Indonesian SBERT embeddings achieve the highest F1 score performance. Despite slightly lower performance, this study has proven the language-agnostic capability of LLM2Vec, especially with Llama 3 8B and Mistral 7B in colloquial Bahasa Indonesia sentiment analysis, since none of the base decoders were ever trained using the Bahasa Indonesia corpus. © 2024 IEEE.

In this study,we utilize a potentially versatile Bayesian parameter approach to compute the value of the pion charge radius and quantify its uncertainty from several experimental e^(+)e^(-) datasets for the pion vector form *** employ dispersion relations to model the pion vector form factor to extract the *** model selection is used to determine the order of polynomial appearing in the form factor formulation that can be supported by the data,adapting the computation of Bayes evidence and Bayesian effective complexity based on Occam's *** findings indicate that five out of six used datasets favor the nine-parameter model for radius extraction,and accordingly,we average the radii from the *** some inconsistencies with the most updated radius values,our approach may serve as a more intuitive method of addressing parameter estimations in dispersion theory.

The problems that exist in the field of art and culture preservation experienced by the arts and culture community side are the limitations on physical facilities for disseminating works, exchanging information between arts and culture communities, as well as the need to increase professionalism so that they can be independent in order to help improve the economy, where the role of regulation in this regard also affects this condition. Based on the facts above, this community requires an interaction model that is integrated with the use of information technology. This study uses a Soft System Methodology approach to create a model that is suitable for the arts and cultural community. The result is an ICI-based conceptual model for a local culture community.
