Virtual Plant of Basil (Ocimum Basillicum) by Using Functional-Structural Plant Model

Indonesia is one of the most populated and large country in south-east Asia. Its abundance of natural resources was well known. Supported by its tropical climate, made Indonesia is also among the largest tropical country in the world. However, according to the data, arable land in Indonesia has drastically decreased over the years in line with the rising demand for residency areas. This statistic shows a rather concerning fact that it is possible that even though Indonesia with this richness of natural resources one day would not fulfil its own domestic food needs. Moreover, competitions and hindrances that experienced by the Indonesian farmers might also worsen this limited food supply. In this research, the computational plant model (called virtual model) of the above-land Basil plant (Ocimum Basillicum P.) was proposed. The Basil plant that is taken as a research object is specific. It is a plant growing in a hydroponic environment. By using structural and functional plant model (FSPM) and simple mathematical and statistical methods, the constructed model was able to portray the growth pattern of each plant organ morphologically and biologically. The development and growth patterns of each plant organ (i.e., stem, petiole, leaves, etc.) are also depicted in detail and precisely. The model was quite novel. It practically can be exploited by agronomists and researchers to see the potential effort in optimizing the plant's yield.

Plant computational modelling is a part of ecological informatics. It is a research domain that model the plant/s and is correlated to an environmental issue. A vegetable is one imperative plant. It has an important role in aspects of health, the environment, and also the economy. The study was performed to make a plant computational model of the green-leaf vegetable plant Bok Choy that can suggest the environment-oriented decision in agriculture investment. Two methods functional structural plant modelling (FSPM) and simple mathematics are operated respectively to model the Bok Choy plant morphologically and the decision recommendation. The study produced the morphological 3-dimension (3D) model of the forty-fve-day-age plant Bok Choy and investment decision to plant Bok Choy in a hydroponic system.

A Facial Emotion Recognition (FER) system is an important tool to be implemented in any psychology academic field and beyond. This paper aims to show a system of Facial Emotion Recognition that can be done using the multiple layers model of ResN et50 which is an ANN. The dataset is an array that consists of 7 different emotions represented by the numbers 0–6. The emotion included in the dataset is “anger”, “disgust”, “fear”, “happiness”, “sadness”, “shock”, and “neutrality”. This research found that the highest accuracy in the application of the model was recorded at 65% and the test was 60% to recognize facial emotion from a graphical input.

Nowadays, there are so many people in Indonesia particularly young people who are interested in playing badminton, but at the end of the day, this game will make boring for young people particularly with the booming of the smartphone game. Literally, it will make the young generation too lazy for outing activity or doing sports and busy with their digital technology, particularly their smartphone. Obviously, we are interested in using the mobile application which can be used to bridge the boring of doing sports mainly badminton sport, wherewith this mobile application is not just only for field badminton or coach booking, but can extend their friendship and community in positive ways. Hopefully, with this mobile application not just only booking for Badminton fields, but beyond that, there will be a mobile application that supports the fans of the badminton sports community when can know each other from different places and make friendship and competition among the members. At the end of the day, we hope this mobile application will support young people to stay away from trouble and drug and to have a positive life with the sport, particularly badminton sport as Indonesian's favorite sport. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The study of the adoption of Blockchain Technology (BT) of the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) automotive components industry still in infancy. BT's previous research topic mostly in virtual currency, security, and IoT. However, the automotive market's significant development causes several issues in the SCMS automotive components industry, such as fake components. Blockchain Technology (BT), as identified, might be possible as a way out for the development of SCMS automotive components. There are several research questions in this research, such as how BT can facilitate SCMS open issues? What is the BT impact in the SCM area? The study method used the systematic literature review (SLR) method to gather all information from 12 publishers and an international index journal. Seven open issues identified in this study and SCM's core operational aspect, such as supplier, logistics, manufacturer, distribution, and customer, have been identified impact with BT. © 2020 IEEE.

In this era of digital world information, farmers face challenges about information management of huge data and the complexity of processes in precision farming. The data collection carried out so far can cause several difficulties, especially if the data is needed by the government or academics to support decision-making. Agricultural data collection applications only cover 12% of the market share of Android-based agriculture-based applications. In this study, Tani Milenial application is present as an alternative to support agricultural data collection activities in Indonesia. This application encourages farmers to be active and contribute independently to their role as subjects of agricultural development and is accustomed to digitally recording their agricultural activities. In this developed application system, the community, especially farmers and farmer groups, will find it easier to get information about agricultural potential data around where they carry out agricultural activities and can access this information online. Tani Milenial works as a guide to help farmers and transform agriculture but still have some gaps which should be checked and removed. The data collected can be used by various parties for research and decision-making. The app can be further improved to develop new features related to education, market information, and goods.

University in Indonesia contemporary is looking for a solution to improve the university documentation such as certificate and transcript. But fake diploma certificate and transcript is an issue reported in several articles recently. The new technology called Blockchain has been elaborate and predicted can be used to solve the issue because of blockchain characteristics which are immutable, secure, tamperproof and unchangeable. The enrollment process is one of the vital process for university before the document can be made. Therefore, the research tries to elaborate deeply to create a model of the university student enrollment process. The research question of this research is how Blockchain Technology can be merge in the enrollment process? The model has been validated by several universities in Indonesia. Forum Group Discussion had been performed to discuss for enrollment process. The ease of using transportation is one of the most critical things in the city with a significant population like Jakarta. The growth of the population in Jakarta is increased rapidly. The wage that Many transportations are causing a traffic jam in Jakarta. The government suggests that people use public transportation for their mobility. However, people choose to use their vehicles rather than public transportation. The main reason is that public transportation cannot guarantee the arriving time, whether it is on time or not. Many people move on to online transportation services. However, the massive growth of online transportation is still a contradiction as public transportation. People in Jakarta need faster mobility to go. This research is trying to make a system for public transport without any delay and hard to use it. This problem can be solved by building a new system. This system required e-wallet for payment in public transportation. This E-Wallet will search the possible route from the nearest location to the destination - only the public transport where there is a station that can use it. By using QR-Code generated by e-wallet on the mobile phone, people can scan it directly to a machine located in the station. This method will make a transaction faster than ever. Moreover, people can enjoy another feature like cashback and redeem the prize by a point system. In this era, e-commerce is dominating the market for purchasing something. This is also the attraction of the system. This system is also required excellent facilities from the government so that people can enjoy it. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

SARS CoV-2 is a fascinating topic to investigate, especially in Indonesia and Malaysia, which share similar racial demographics. However, statistical analysis of information on the SARS CoV-2 from a database, especially GISAID, does not contain specific customizations related to virus comparisons between selected countries. Therefore, the researchers conducted statistical analysis and data visualization using the Python programming language to describe and investigate SARS CoV-2 Indonesia and Malaysia from the GISAID database. SARS CoV-2 metadata from Indonesia (N=117) and Malaysia (N=250), which were gathered during 2020, were compared. This comparison was aimed to investigate the discrepancies of COVID-19 cases in closely related populations. Firstly, data visualization was conducted using the Python Matplotlib library to create bar charts for clades and mutation comparison. Additionally, a series of boxplots were generated to show age discrepancies stratified by gender. Furthermore, the statistical tests showed that only the dominant Malaysian (G and O) clades were found to be significantly different compared to Indonesian cases (p-value=0.016). The proportion of two major mutations (G614D and NSP12 P323L) were also significantly different in the two countries caused by the dominant clade differences (p-value=0.007). Lastly, the differences in the age distribution of COVID-19 cases between the two countries were significant only in the male group (p-value=0.017).

Teaching mathematics has received priority in schools, because mathematics is the basis for development in understanding mathematics as a whole at school. computer technology used in teaching and learning can help improve children's preferences and abilities to learn mathematics in class, and can change attitudes of early childhood who are more critical, creative, and innovative. Jarimagic method is one method for learning to count on the fingers, where early childhood often communicate with fingers in learning mathematics in the classroom. For this reason, research attempts learning methods with interactive games with hand movements using the Jarimajic method and tools scratch 2.0. In this study, evaluation of data obtained through 20 child respondents was carried out by testing before using the game and after using the game, using Pre-Test and Post-Test analysis, which was divided into 2 results based on the preferences and abilities of early childhood learning mathematics in the classroom. From the study, the game development was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method by taking the model of implementation the waterfall model. then a game is designed to overcome this problem. After the game is made, the game will be tested again for early childhood, with T-Test statistical analysis as the final data obtained from research that shows whether early childhood likes and increases ability to learn mathematics after the game is implemented. The results of this study are the realization of interactive game-based learning methods for early childhood in learning to count mathematics. especially in learning additions and collection using the jarimajic method so that children have the ability and preference in learning mathematics. © 2019 IEEE.
