Coronavirus, or Covid-19, is a new virus first discovered in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019. This virus attacks the human respiratory area, which can cause respiratory problems and even loss of life. Covid-19 virus transmission is also high-speed and very easy; it is transmitted through airborne and human droplets. Therefore, to reduce the transmission rate of this virus, several researchers revealed that social distancing is one way to suppress the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. In the era of technology, The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the systems that can help to solve this problem. The Internet of Things (IoT) cancan use one or more devices connected to the network, and it can exchange data and information effectively and efficiently. In this study, the researchers review several IoT technologies that can be used to detect COVID-19 symptoms and implement social distancing rules based on the latest literature. The review results show that IoT technology has been used to monitor the progress of COVID-19 patients in real-time with various sensors connected to geographic positioning systems, mobile devices, and cloud computing. Several research proposals for the development of IoT technology have been identified, such as the detection of COVID-19 patients in crowds, prediction of the spread of the virus in an area, and implementation of health protocols in various crowded locations.

Research on m-commerce with entrepreneurial spirit continues to develop but is limited to one country and/or one field. From a bibliometric perspective, this study aims to visually study mapping and research trends in the field of m-commerce on an international scale. This study used bibliometric techniques with secondary data from Scopus. Analyze and visualize data using the VOSViewer program and the analyze search results function on Scopus. This study analyzed 3, 770 scientific documents published from 1996 to 2020. According to research, the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Upkar Varshney has the most active institutions and individual scientists in m-commerce research. computer science and Lecture Notes in computer science were the most widely subject area and publication disseminated of m-commerce. There were nine categories of maps of collaborative researchers from around the world. Based on the identification of a collection of knowledge accumulated from over twenty-four years of publication, this research proposes a grouping of m-commerce research themes: Telecommunication, Application of commerce, Social networking, Sales, Electronic commerce, Technology, Smartphones, abbreviated as TASSETS research themes. © 2021 IEEE.

The tourism industry has contributed positively for regional and global economic income in recent years. Although this sector faces a hard challenge in COVΓD-19 pandemic, it has been predicted that it will rebound and will continue in growing as in previous periods. Tourist experience should become important to be improved regarding the service level for visitors such as the improvement of hotel customer accommodation. The aim of this study is classifying the hotel customer based on Support Vector Machine (SVM). This classification conducted through classification of satisfaction level and the related factors. The result of the study presented a good accuracy and precision of SVM in conducting customer hotel classification at 93% accuracy level with error level of prediction result for about 0.27 based on Root Mean Squared Error (RSME) function. The features of customer satisfaction at this study are proposed to be important preferences for improvement of customer services in hospitality.

Companies or organizations usually use key performance indicators (KPI) as indicators to determine their performance. The company's performance achievements are reflected in the set indicators that will describe the overall performance, as well as higher education institutions can also set key performance indicators, to see their performance achievements. The use of e-learning as a tool to support teaching and learning processes to be more effective and efficient is an example of which performance needs to be measured. This article discusses how the process of developing key performance indicators is carried out through the stages of designing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to students, data is processed using the method of factor analysis to obtain the main indicators determining performance and the method of regression analysis is also used to build performance models. obtain KPI determinants, and then develop KPI models. The results show that there are indicators of sharing knowledge, managing knowledge, understanding knowledge, and utilization knowledge as performance measurement indicators.

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage. © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Entrepreneurship is an activity and process to generate added value in the economy. To support performance in carrying out entrepreneurial practices, an entrepreneur needs to develop entrepreneurial mindfulness. Entrepreneurial mindfulness is a concept based on cognitive construction so that it can influence identification and can proactively become the basis for the development of an entrepreneurial mindset. This study aims to build an artificial intelligence model that can predict the level of entrepreneurial mindfulness of users. To build an AI model, this research follows the workflow from CRISP-DM. CRISP-DM is one of the most popular lifecycles that is used for predictive analytics. There are four machine learning models that are used in this research, they are Random Forest, Adaboost, Gaussian Naïve Bayes and Deep Learning. By comparing the models using machine learning metrics, one best model can be used to be applied to the website. Accuracy, F1Score, Precision and Recall are used for evaluating machine learning models. At the end, Random Forest is used for predicting the level of mindfulness, because it has the highest values from all machine learning metrics (score of 0.95). © 2022 IEEE.

Relationship with customers is one of the most crucial factors in business continuity and development. Many current businesses have started delving into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to establish and maintain their sales and customer relationships. This research was conducted on one retail company that implements CRM but experiencing a gap in their unit sales performance between their targeted sales and the realization. This study aims to analyze the gaps causing factors using Factor Analysis Method, constructing a suitable regression model, and proposing the company's necessary strategy. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire from 264 respondents. The result of this study showed that there are five causing factors which are CRM Reliability, Underutilization of CRM, CRM Capability, CRM Unpreparedness, and Customer Relation Quality, as well as forming a regression model of the company's CRM performance.

The proposed idea to improve the usage of an autonomous vehicle to increase safe driving based on the DARPA project, which already has shown the bright future of the autonomous vehicle. This paper proposes a new idea regarding the sensors and the autonomous vehicle framework, such as the usage of some algorithms and new UI along with the data logger. Moreover, the use of a LIDAR sensor is extended, along with a stereo camera and also ultrasonic sensor to make it more precise. Then, a calibration system is made for the stereo camera, which will take help from the ultrasonic sensor. Not the only ultrasonic, camera, and LIDAR, and IMU and GPS sensor are used to know the angle of x, y, and z of our vehicle. Both IMU and GPS are helping in the perception and mostly in the RNDF Localization that will be used in the pathfinding, planning, and control. The global Dynamic-Window approach is applied for the path selection algorithm and combining it with the Autonomous System Approach. The speed selection algorithm will decide on the speed limit and the camera. Not only that but the implement the Inter-Vehicle Algorithm is implemented, which makes the vehicles can exchange information with the other vehicles in the radius of the vehicle. Which all of this together can make a safer driving environment, not only for cars but another vehicle as well. Hope this framework can be used for any other vehicle project and becoming the base of all autonomous vehicle. © 2019 IEEE.
