Humans are basically curious creatures. We always look for all the latest information through books or news. News usually contains tags or categories to make it easier to find similar news. It can be done manually by a human or with a machine to make it easier. Data mining techniques such as clustering and classification can be used to help the categorization process. Clustering is a technique that can be used to grouped news based on their similarity. There is some algorithm that can be used to clustering data. One of them is Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). ACO is a metaheuristic algorithm that mimics how ants bring food to the colony. ACO also can be used to solve the clustering problem. In this paper, we will use the ACO version for clustering to cluster news and find the performance of the said method. Then we compare the result with ground truth.

This study implements a mutation system for civil servants by using Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm. This study is implemented in Secretariat District Regency of Pelalawan, Riau Indonesia, This system uses some attributes such as age, total work period, education background and implemented on a web based application. The usage of user telemetry to gather player behavioral data on video games can be very beneficial to game developers with a certain business model. With the help of user telemetry in game development, it can provide access to data on user behavior from installed game clients' platform such as Steam. These behavioral data can be used to find out the Steam user behavioral patterns on playtime distributions that can be studied by developers in order to have a deeper understanding of the behaviors of their players. In this study, the data are clustered using the k-prototypes algorithm, a combination of k-means and k-modes algorithm that can be used to cluster mixed attributes. It is necessary to study technical factors such as bait used, oceanographic conditions of fishing areas and skipjack tuna trade patterns (Katsuwonus pelamis) as well as other factors in Sulawesi Fisheries. Supporting data to study these technical factors need to be obtained so that it can be improved throughout the year as a skipjack fishing standard with weights taken by the skipjack weights. Therefore, drones and underwater drones with cameras with high-resolution video and images to be fed and processed by computer vision. These drones are operated via Huhate ships which are then used to test efficient technical factors as expected, can be used in determining the size, shape, and colour as well as the analysis of skipjack fish that are in the Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs or Rumpon) in order to manage the management of fisheries managed in Indonesia.

The explosive spread of Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) in late December 2019, requires the health authorities worldwide to enforced stricter standard operating procedures (SOP) for mass gathering events, which eventually caused postponement and cancellation. This has led to a great loss and bankruptcy for most event organizers. As an effort to offer solution to this matter, a professional touch producing “soft landing” such as “Mathematical Modelling of Physical Distancing Policy for Mass Gathering Event Organizer” was proposed. Therefore, a holistic understanding about the issues related to physical distancing in mass gathering event is required. This systematic review paper summarizes current practice of physical distancing among mass gathering event organizers. This study reviewed thirteen articles using two leading databases namely Scopus and Google Scholar. Based on thematic analysis, this review finalized four themes: 1) physical distancing method; 2) the importance of physical distancing; 3) challenges in physical distancing enforcement and 4) approach to monitor the compliance of physical distancing.

Ambiguity in the fish naming is present in several fish species database, especially for fish in Siluformes order. To fix the ambiguity, a visual intelligent system is needed to automate the fish naming correction in the database. In this study, we developed a deep-learning-based model as the core of the intelligent system. The proposed model achieved 89% accuracy for the classification of three genera in Siluformes order: Mystus, Hemibagrus, and Glyptothorax.
