An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage.

The problem with telecommunications companies today is that transactional data is more extensive than existing source tables. This makes business reporting less efficient and overwhelms query processing results in data warehouses so that they do not meet business requirements. The fast and complex evolution of the digital world must be scalable to the data warehouse process, so that the authors implement it in the data warehouse using massive parallel processing (MPP) with the Greenplum database, so that business users can get reports faster and more optimally. This case study explains how the MPP system implements and measures the performance of the Greenplum database by performing complex queries in the data warehouse with parallel processing. Therefore, this case study analyzes whether the use of MPP systems can measure the scalability of throughput and the response time in the data warehouse so that system performance in the Greenplum database remains stable for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

In daily banking customer queues, unknown waiting-time could lower customer experience. Little’s Law formula in Queue Theory provides a generic formula for waiting-time, but it cannot be implemented directly to give finite wait-time estimation in real-life. This study aims to investigate predictive variables that explain waiting-time duration. This paper uses Fast Artificial Neural Network engine to implement Artificial Neural Networks method. To train Artificial Neural Networks, Resilient Propagation was used. Time-series approach and structural approach for input neuron was compared. Average duration from previous interval and number of server was proposed to increase structural variable like Queue Length and Head of Line Duration estimator variable. To determine the best configuration for number of neuron in input and hidden layer, experimental method was used. The results of this study show that structural approach provides better estimation than time-series approach. Furthermore, modified helper variable combination provides a more refined result.

This article will be described replication system of oracle database standard edition by utilizing traditional archived log, because in this database version doesn’t have replication feature like in oracle database enterprise edition. The research methodology which being used by this research are data collection, analysis, and design. Literature study is used for data collection methods. Analyze current replication system such as data-guard and Golden-gate are used for analysis methods. Design is method by development of prototype application to run extract, transport and recovery function for source and target database. The result of this research is a replicator application prototype for oracle database standard edition by utilizing traditional archived log was created by transaction at database. Students generally experience difficulties in learning human body anatomy due to constraints to visualize the body anatomy from 2D into 3D image. This research aims to develop a human anatomy learning system using augmented reality technology. By using this system, it is expected that students can easily understand the anatomy of the human body using a 3D image visualization. The method used in this system is augmented reality marker on mobile computing platform. The marker is captured by taking a picture. Then, the captured image is divided into pieces and the pattern is matched with images stored in the database. In this research, we use Floating Euphoria Framework and combine it with the SQLite database. Augmented reality anatomy system of the human body has features that can interactively display the whole body or parts of the human organs. To evaluate the usefulness of the application, we tested the augmented reality anatomy system with high school students and medical students for learning the anatomy of the human body. The results show that the human anatomy learning system with interactive augmented reality visualization helps students learn human anatomy more easily.

The aim of this work is designing a safe online payment activities scheme using steganography techniques with stegblock concept. These works are implemented at the computers network layers. The stegblock will convert the transactions data which sent among network into other data's form, it means the data such as ID Number, Account Number, Passwords and others are converted with other data called cover. Finally, the system sends the cover without the real data, it just represented data and able to read by the receiver. The result shows that this design provides data security, undetectability, and integrity for payment transactions using networks.

It can be an exciting and positive thing to realize an Indonesian-style building in a location from certain ethnic groups like the Karo Batak. Notably, suppose they collaborated with social empowerment where they live so that the diversity of Indonesia's ethnic groups will be more colorful in cooperating or working together or in the 'Sisampat-sampati' in Karo Language. In that case, this can be built by creating approaches for developing the character of ethnic groups and in person. Developing the character of a person or ethnic group in Indonesia will make the Indonesian people better in the future, because in principle, these characters are formed from many national cultures, such as respect for nature and others. Channa striata or the striped snakehead fish is one of snakehead fish species which inhabits all types of freshwater bodies distributed across Asian countries. Because this fish is known to have higher albumin fraction (64.61%) of protein and other economic values, domestication, and cultivation of this fish has been done in many Asian countries such as Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, and India. Environmental factors such as temperature, water pH, dissolved oxygen, total dissolved solids, and turbidity are important parameters must be considered inbreeding and growing this type of fish. The aim of this paper is to propose an IoT solution to automatically monitor these environmental factors. It is designed with affordable and open-source electrical components to provide a cost-efficient solution for farmers. Five sensors are used to measure each parameter. A web application prototype is also presented as a companion application for the users to get useful information from the IoT device. It is developed using a Pythonframework. By accessing this web application, the users can immediately detect any abnormal conditions of the pond.

We would like to measured the information system of Pamulang University library through the usability evaluation. The method in this study uses the adoption of the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) life cycle. Where the stages used consist of Evaluation of Existing Infrastructure Analysis, Capture Knowledge, Implementing the KM system, Evaluation. The steps taken are system analysis, knowledge mapping in the application, implementation results and evaluation using usability. The questionnaire was conducted on 20 respondents, including 10 students and 10 Pamulang University lecturers. The questionnaire was conducted in 3 categories namely effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with 10 questions each so that there were 60 questions and 3 linkers namely 4 if they all agreed, 2 if they did not know and 0 did not agree. The results of the SUMI questionnaire against the Library are 90; 75; 75; 87.5; 90; 75. The usability evaluation results are above average, meaning that the usability in the UNPAM Library system is already in the good category.

The widespread interest toward online learning at higher education worldwide brings about necessity toward an smart Learning Management System (LMS), LMS with analytic functionalities, to increase learning outcome of the students. In an effort to develop a smart LMS which is able to both guiding students on learning process and giving automated feedback on online learning delivery to online learning management, this paper presents a preliminary and exploratory results toward textual documents from learning material repository and online discussion forum. The dataset for this study obtained from Bina Nusantara Online Learning repository. The study found interesting finding namely: there is a significant discrepancy between cognitive domain Taxonomy level between question raised in discussion forum and its respective level of learning outcomes.
