Data clustering is a well-known data mining approach that usually used to minimizes the intra distance but maximizes inter distance of each data center. The cluster problem has been proved to be an NP-hard problem. In this paper, a hybrid algorithm based on Whole optimization algorithm (WOA) and Crow search algorithm (CSA) is proposed, namely HWCA. The HWCA algorithm has the advantages of the search strategy of the WOA and CSA. In addition to, there are two operators used to improve the quality of solution, namely hybrid individual operator and enhance diversity operator. The hybrid individual operator is used to exchanges individuals from the WOA and CSA systems by using the roulette wheel approach. In other hand, the HWCA performs enhance diversity operator to improve the quality of each system. More over, the HWCA is incorporated with center optimization strategy to enhance diversity of each system. In the performance evaluation, the proposed MPGO algorithm was comparison WOA and CSA algorithm with six well-known UCI benchmarks. The results show that the proposed algorithm has a higher measure of accuracy rate with comparison algorithms.

In general, performing a nonlinearity time series analysis in the modeling of data can reach a robust and increase the quality of the results. Wavelet methods have successfully been applied in a great variety of applications for modeling also forecasting. Wavelet Transform divided into two categories. There is continuous wavelet (CWT) and a discrete wavelet transform (DWT). Cycle spinning unlike the discrete wavelet transform (DWT), is highly redundant, non-orthogonal, also defined naturally for all sample sizes. There is a Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH) algorithm, which is a multivariate analysis method can be used in modeling and identifying uncertainty on linear also nonlinearity systems. In this paper, we aim to explain the combination of A-Trous wavelet transforms applied on cycle spinning and group method of data handling (GMDH) in data of short-term electric load holy month of Ramadhan from 2014 to 2015. © 2019, International Association of Engineers.

Monthly rainfall analysis and forecasts are made to be able to provide a clear picture of the rain and climate conditions that have occurred and will occur in the territory of Indonesia. The information can be known in an area that has the most substantial maximum rainfall and in an area which has the lowest rainfall described and presented spatial pattern by using the ArcView-GIS. The purpose of making monthly rainfall forecasts is to be used and utilized by users, especially in the agriculture and irrigation sectors to plan and make decisions within the next 1 to 3 months related to climatic conditions, especially rainfall. In this paper, we use annual rainfall data in six location East Java. We analysis ENSO phenomena as well as rainfall forecasting in January - March 2018 by using generalized space-time autoregressive and get an accuracy MAPE out samp;e amount 2.95% dan RMSE out sample amount 4.77. © 2018 IEEE.

Recently, the Indonesian government requires auditors, the need for auditors around 40,000 auditors in 2016, currently has only about 10,800 auditors, however, the lack of the auditors impacting the risk of financial loss for the state. Referring to the problem, this experimental research was conducted. The experiment of the research was conducted two times and the audit topic is a compliance audit in the year 2017 and year 2018. The goal of this research is to know, can the stakeholder act as an IT and general compliance auditor? The experiment was conducted by 8 university students in 2017 and 19 university students in 2018, and the supporting tools of audit activities the university student use the smartphone to capture the object as evidence. The experiment results with descriptive method show university students can act as an auditor and found several pieces of evidence that might cause future impact to the institution.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime and must be eradicated not only as fast as possible, but also as efficient and as effective as possible as it hinders the process of achieving sustainable economy. In current modern society, information technology exists as a multidisciplinary tool to solve lingering problems that could not be solved by traditional efforts. This paper aims to provide knowledge regarding identified efforts to fight corruption specifically in Indonesia region. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is used as the methodology, and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) flow is used as framework to identify relevant records. Scopus database is used as data source. A total of 10 records are labelled as relevant to this research, and the findings are synthesized. It was found from the records that the main areas of interest for ICT research for corruption prevention in Indonesia are (1) information transparency, (2) operational enhancement, (3) success evaluation, (4) security and fraud, and (4) decision support. The findings are expected to assist future research in term of providing valuable insights on corruption prevention using ICT in Indonesia. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. Insurance company are certainly has a rich of data from their business process. One of the data is related to business process sales. From this sales data can be used to analyze the condition of a company whether the condition of the company is in a good condition or not. The purpose of this research is to develop a technique to analyze this data from the company. The method used to implement the data analysis in this paper is to design a data warehouse. Use ninestep methodology as the method for design data warehouse and Pentaho as a tool for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), OLAP analysis and reporting data, the results of this research concluded that the implementation of data warehouse for perform data analysis and reporting better and more effective.

This study aims to apply data mining techniques with cluster analysis on stock data registered in LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis used in this method is k-means algorithm, the data in this research is taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The cluster analysis in this study analyzed the characteristics of data volumes and stock values, while the results in this study were presented in the form of cluster members visually. Therefore, this cluster analysis in this research can be used for quick and efficient identifier for each member of LQ45 index cluster based on share value for each cluster and its volume. The identification results can be used by beginner-level investors that begun to be interested in stock investments to help make informed decisions about stock trading on desired cluster groups. © 2018 IEEE.

This study focuses on the implementation of business property in real estate market. This is due to inability of the current technology to support the property products. Some people feel uncomfortable to buy houses from the online market. Buyers need to be very careful to deal with the sellers as the houses price is considered quite expensive. On the other hand, improving real estate market is still a challenge. This business still needs a physical representation, although it can be sold from the online market. In this paper, we propose the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system of virtual reality and drone. We use drone to help scanning the property units and then make 3D models with visual mapping so it can be run in a virtual reality environment, video 360. In real estate, business process can be developed in various ways. Our proposed SOA in this study can be used to integrate all of them.

IDE (Integrated Development Environment) that is needed by developers to write sourcecode for computer programming is also starting to shift from desktop to web platform. As implemented in the cloud, Web IDE (WIDE) can be accessed online through browsers and on mobile devices. WIDE takes many advantages and becomes popular in recently years. Unfortunately, there is no tool found yet in currently WIDE to support translating novice programmers' algorithm into programming language before they become experts in techniques of writing computer programs. This study goal is to design a tool to support novice programmers' early learning of programming before they step into coding, compiling, running, and debugging in WIDE. Software development method used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). Conclusion of this study is block-code tool can help novice programmers to learn programming language in early phase, and motivate them better. © 2017 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

Digital forensic tool is a software used by digital evidence investigators to extract data and information from a digital evidence. The integrity of the digital evidence must be maintained through the chain of custody in order to be admissible in court. Most digital extraction tool use either MD5 (Message Digest) or SHA (Secured Hash Algorithm) hashing to check the integrity of digital evidence. The hashing algorithm has been found to have a weakness known as collision in which two different messages have the same hashing values. Although the probability of producing such weakness is very small, this collision can be used to deny the usage of the evidence in court of justice. After the first collision has been found, many cryptanalysts have tried to explore various methods to detect the collisions with shorter and efficient time. This paper is to review the existing methods in digital forensic tools that have been used to create a collision attacks in digital evidence.
