The dataset with imbalanced class can reduce the performance of the classifiers. In this study proposed a cross-project software defect prediction model that applies the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) to balance classes in datasets and ensembles technique to reduce misclassification. The ensemble technique using AdaBoost and Bagging algorithms. The results of the study show that the model that integrates SMOTE and Bagging provides better performance. The proposed model can find more software defects and more precise.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that encourage the use of visual electronic banking system (VEBS) application in Bank Central Asia Corporation, and provide an idea to increase the use of VEBS. This study using UTAUT 2 model approach. The primary data obtained from interviews, direct observation and questionnaires that distributed and processed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study provide qualitative calculation results of UTAUT 2 variable. The conclusion obtained that interest of the use of application VEBS affected by variables facilitating condition, performance expectancy and behavioral intention. From these conclusions this study provided an idea to the future development of application's features for more effective and efficient use.

The Constitutional Court of The Republic of Indonesia is an institution which has authority to judge and examine constitutions. In this institution, each component has responsibility to manage their own finance and budgeting. Based on this case, they need a solution to summarize the amount and absorption of the budget in every component. This paper proposes a solution to design a data warehouse model to process and analyse the down payment administration data. The nine steps design methodology for developing data warehouse is implemented in this work. This paper aims to bring some benefit for The Constitutional Court, especially in form of information about down payment absorption for every component each year. Deep Learning is currently the state-of-the-art technique for various computer Vision tasks, including object counting. Despite of its high performance, Deep Learning requires a gigantic amount of training data to show its best result. Getting this massive data in reasonable time requires a proper strategy such as crowdsourcing. However, in case of object counting, we found no crowdsourcing system able to effectively collect necessary data. To tackle this problem, we develop a crowdsourcing system to annotate image for object counting dataset. This system is also equipped with validation system to ensure the quality of collected dataset.

IDE (Integrated Development Environment) that is needed by developers to write sourcecode for computerprogramming is also starting to shift from desktop to web platform. As implemented in the cloud, Web IDE (WIDE) can be accessed online through browsers and on mobile devices. WIDE takes many advantages and becomes popular in recently years. Unfortunately, there is no tool found yet in currently WIDE to support translating novice programmers’ algorithm into programming language before they become experts in techniques of writing computerprograms. This study goal is to design a tool to support novice programmers’ early learning of programming before they step into coding, compiling, running, and debugging in WIDE. Software development method used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). Conclusion of this study is block-code tool can help novice programmers to learn programming language in early phase, and motivate them better.

Every organization must ensure that information assets are protected and information security system has been implemented well. PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a provider of business solutions applications and implementation services that include application Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). In order to ensure the security of the information, then in 2015 PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet implement ISO 27001: 2013. Through the implementation of ISO 27001: 2013, it is expected that information can be properly maintained, which in turn will affect the business continuity. Companies need to know the extent to which the process has been applied and what actions can be done to improve the performance of the application of ISO 27001: 2013. Factor analysis was conducted first to determine the factors that affect to the information security. After the factors that affect to the information security known, then observation and interview conducted to gather data about PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet ISO 27001:2013 implementation according to the factors that affect. And then recommendation and corrective action developed using gap analysis method. The most influential factor to the security of customer information PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a factor access control and security operations. For the audit results IS027001: 2013 from the aspect of access control, they found 11 check items that fit into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) of 33 check items in which 9 of them in the category of major and two remaining categories minor, while for operations security aspects of the 12 check items, found 5 that goes into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) and everything was included into the category of minor.

Decision support model (DSM) is familiarly applied in a lot of areas and issues. The model is commonly benefited by decision maker to solve semi / unstructured problems. One of them should be used to treat medical waste by considering six selected parameters and three decision alternatives. In this study, environmental issue is main concerned aspect that the constructed model consequently becomes ecological DSM (eco-DSM). Three main methods are operated to construct the model; they are fuzzy logic, Euclidean distance, and full-factorial optimization methods. The model is analysed and designed via object oriented method. Lastly, the study shows simulation results based on empirical data of medical waste from one class 'A' state hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Numerous efforts have been reasonably done to eliminate the road traffic congestion, however it occurs every working day, particularly in metropolitan. This study positively proposed a model which is not only able to show the effect of road traffic congestion ecologically, but also can recommend the strategy for road traffic engineering with methodically elaborating the environmental attributes as a dominant aspects considered. It is called as ecological decision support model (eco-DSM). To construct the model, two main methods were operated and combined: fuzzy logic and water flow algorithm (WFA). The method fuzzy logic exploited to exterminate the bias facet on parameters, and the WFA utilised to model the road traffic congestion and vehicle flow and to optimize its velocity based on emission calculation. The constructed model itself was designed thru the method object oriented, and the empirical road traffic congestion data of the Juanda Street in Tangerang Selatan city were functioned. Finally, the model showed the simulation result for suggesting the best decision alternative for road traffic engineering.

As a company which relates its customer service, a software company (this case is PT Boon Software) is induced to give the good service to its customer. The existing information technology (IT) system service is made by patchwork. It brings some problems in service catalog, problem managment, change management, and service level agreement (SLA). The purpose of this research is to implement helpdesk system to software company with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework as a standard reference to solve various problem related information technology service on a company. This research starts by investigation all stakeholders of the company with some questionnares. Implementation ITIL is strated by finding the gap between the current condition and the standard base line in ITIL. After implementation IT service using ITIL, the stakeholders are asked the same questionnares. The result shows that there is significant different before and after implementing system service using ITIL.
