A vast number of technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) have proliferated into various application domains. As part of its objectives to develop agents which can behave and think like humans, some branches of AI have focused on developing various algorithms that can learn from input data without explicitly being programmed. In the food industry, notably in restaurants, smartphone technology is typically used to collect data from customers efficiently such as orders or feedback toward the services provided. The use of smartphones by some restaurants is motivated by their convenience and efficiency. Furthermore, various promotions, discounts, and membership benefits offered by cellular service providers have attracted the use of smartphones as devices for improving restaurant services to their customers. This study aimed to conduct a sentiment analysis related to multi-brand restaurants in Indonesia based on customer feedback. The data retrieved from the Google Play Store consists of 756 reviews from Boga, Champs, Hangry, Ismaya, Kulo, and Union groups. In this study, TF-IDF was used as a vectorizer to represent customer feedback as numeric vectors. The polarity sentiment of customer feedback was recognized using classifier models based on machine learning such as Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes (NB), Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) as the classifier. The empirical results showed that SVM has the best accuracy of 93.10 % average accuracy followed by Logistic Regression with 92.41 %, Random Forest with 84.14 % average accuracy, and Naive Bayes with 76.55 % average accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

Numerous beverages available in Indonesia belong to the category of harmful drinks, which contributes to the country's high diabetes rate. As a result of the rising prevalence of diabetes among the population in Indonesia in recent years, primarily attributed to the growing use of harmful beverages, ***. Tea assistance with the rise of the tea startup. The primary objective of this startup is to establish a tea shop within the mall. In order to plan the interior design, the author requires a prototype in the form of visual support. This research aims to develop a design for a tea cafe startup employing advanced methodologies that utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) software. The employed approach entails a solitary case study employing software for generating three-dimensional (3D) objects and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven software for rendering. The first phase of the planning process involves creating a mood board and designing a three-dimensional tea cafe layout. The final result is a 3D image that is devoid of colour, as well as one that has been filled with colour. Software powered by artificial intelligence generates this image, responding to different triggers. Images that adhere to interior design principles when selecting furniture and supporting elements will yield superior rendering outcomes and align more closely with the desired results of the company owner. In this study, the author also incorporates Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 2 and 3 when examining the role of this startup. © 2024 IEEE.

Linear data is a collection of data that is linearly separated by a straight line and nonlinear data is a collection of data that is not separated by a line. Usually, non-linear data is separated by irregular curves. However, for non-linear data. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is difficult to classify data for non-linear data. The solution is to use Kernel Trick. Kernel Trick is a simple method used to map low-dimensional nonlinear data and transform it into a higher-dimensional space. The goal is to make it easier to classify data by finding a hyperplane that can separate the dataset linearly well. This research is to create a program that can predict heart disease using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model with Kernel Tricks. Heart disease prediction is very important because the heart is one of the most important organs in the human body. The results indicated that the SVM model with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) Kernel achieved the highest accuracy compared to the Linear Kernel and Polynomial Kernel.

Monitoring learning outcomes is an activity that must be carried out by the study program and requires time. Implementation of a system that can monitor learning outcomes needs to be done to eliminate the gap between information needs and the monitoring process. We propose an architectural model to monitor and evaluate student learning outcomes. The architectural model proposed will be able to assist study programs in building the tools used for monitoring learning outcomes. The research method was carried out qualitatively by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with heads of study programs of Tarumanagara University, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies, government policies, best practices, and other related documents. The results of the research are in the form of a conceptual model architecture which consists of the components needed to monitor student learning outcomes, which can help study programs, lecturers, and students monitor learning outcomes.

Indonesia has so many local cultures and languages that spread from Sabang to Merauke, and most Indonesians do not know how to speak two or more regional languages in Indonesia. Most Indonesians only know familiar tribes that are only commonly heard. Because of this problem, governments in the Indonesian provinces have included lessons on Indonesian culture. The lesson will explain Indonesia's national and local culture for their area. In this way, the government can also help Indonesians learn more about their local language. This paper proposes a solution to create a learning portal website for users, both from Indonesia and other countries, to learn Indonesian culture and regional languages. In this way, the author hopes that users can learn about Indonesian local culture and language and contribute to preserving Indonesian local culture and language. This application was built on a web-based basis by applying the following HTML, CSS, and javascript using Personal Home Pages (PHP) for database connection using MySQL. The built application was designed using a use case diagram and class diagram to describe the database relations. © 2022 IEEE.

The industry is rapidly transitioning from the 4.0 era to the 5.0 era, prompting renewed interest among scholars in scheduling problems. They allow operations to process and assemble various components simultaneously. This bibliometric analysis provides a comprehensive understanding of the diverse research perspectives on the potential challenges of integrated scheduling within the framework. We identified 357 Scopus articles and analysed co-occurrence keyword (CNK) by VOSViewer tools and Global Citation Score (GCS) by Scopus tools. The research data obtained from 1993 to 2023 mainly in the subject areas of Engineering, computer science, Maths, and others. CNK identified six cluster keywords, and nine most cited articles based on normalised GCS. These results contribute to our understanding of the development of scheduling algorithms, shifting from an emphasis on manufacturing transfers to contemporary demand-centric research directions. Furthermore, this research provides a valuable perspective for policymakers, plant personnel, and manufacturing managers to make informed decisions. © 2025 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

Gender Classification on Twitter Based on Feeds and User Descriptions Using Xlnet-Fasttext

This study proposes a gender classification method for Twitter data using a hybrid XLNet-fastText model. The objective is to enhance gender classification accuracy by leveraging the contextual understanding of XLNet and the semantic richness of fastText embeddings. Computational experiments were conducted on a dataset derived from Kaggle, focusing on user account descriptions and Twitter feeds. The proposed method achieved an accuracy of 71.4%, precision of 77%, recall of 60.9%, and F1-score of 68% for gender classification based on Twitter feeds. For user account descriptions, the scores were 72.4% for accuracy, 75.1% for precision, 63.24% for recall, and 68% for F1-score. These results outperform the baseline XLNet model and demonstrate the potential of the XLNet-fastText combination in improving text-based classification tasks. Our approach highlights a viable pathway to enhance gender classification on social media platforms, suggesting further improvements through multi-modal data integration. © 2024 Slovene Society Informatika. YOLOS-MCI: Automating Microservices Coupling Index Calculation using Vision Transformers

Microservice Architectures (MSA) provide flexibility and scalability in software development. However, accurately measuring the level of interdependence among Microservices continues to be a difficult task. Precisely evaluating this connection is essential for efficient MSA design, maintenance, and future development. Conventional techniques for assessing Microservice coupling are frequently done by hand, require a significant amount of time, and are susceptible to mistakes. This impedes the capacity to make well-informed judgments regarding the integration and adjustment of services. This study introduces a new method for automating the computation of the Microservice Coupling Index (MCI) by utilizing the You Only Look at One Sequence (YOLOS) object identification technique in combination with Vision Transformer (ViTs) technology. YOLOS is utilized for identifying constituents within Unified Modeling Language (UML) Component Diagrams, facilitating precise classification and effective assessment of coupling. The model exhibits varying performance over multiple Intersection over Union (IoU) thresholds and object sizes, with an average precision (AP) of 0.406 over IoU values ranging from 0.50 to 0.95. The maximum precision is achieved at an IoU of 0.50, with an AP of 0.709. The model demonstrates good performance in identifying smaller components, especially when evaluated at a 0.75 IoU threshold. However, it faces challenges in detecting small items, suggesting potential areas for improvement in future iterations. Initial results indicate that this automation greatly decreases the need for manual, labor-intensive tasks and enhances the precision of measuring coupling in MSA, hence facilitating effective decision-making in service integration and modification. Automating the computation of the coupling index has the potential to significantly influence the design and management of durable and readily controllable microservice architectures.

Medical imaging abnormality detection is challenging, but deep learning approaches have shown promise. This paper reviews the current state of the art in deep learning approaches for detecting abnormalities in chest medical imaging. To discover the trends, opportunities, and challenges associated with this field, 18 studies were selected from Google Scholar based on their titles, abstracts, and contents for extensive review to answer two research questions. The study found that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chest X-ray 14 dataset is the most used dataset for this task. Most research uses a single-modal approach, considering only image data as input, with X-ray being the more popular instrument. There are 8 out of 18 studies leverage the transfer learning approach, with ResN et50 being the most popular network. MobileNetV2 has demonstrated competitive results compared to more robust networks. Preprocessing techniques such as image enhancement and data augmentation are leveraged by 61.1 % of the reviewed studies and are shown to improve model performance. © 2023 IEEE.

IT/OT convergence in the form of a Cyber-Physical System (CPS) presents an opportunity to apply recent Information Technology (IT) advancements to Operational Technology (OT). The IT/OT convergence introduces cyber security threats for OT. The OT communication protocols, for example, have limited or no security capabilities for securing data exchange beyond basic authentication. The RNG (Random Number Generator) function is crucial in PLC for producing the encryption keys or the initial seed for security algorithms. The software-based PRNG (Pseudo RNG) is the most common approach for RNG in OT, instead of hardware-based RNG. This study provides a systematic literature review of the most recent evidence in digital transformation to secure data exchange in smart factories, within OT, or across OT and IT settings. It does this by looking at the PRNG on PLC and identifying the most recent trends and best practices. The findings include up-to-date data on author countries' distribution, published journals, research trends, industries, and industry types. The findings also address whether data flow is encrypted or shared in plaintext to ensure secure data transfer between IT and legacy OT environments. This paper concludes that while there is known RNG implementation in the actual embedded system in ICS, there is no evidence in the literature for using RNG in ICS networks for PLC implementation to secure data transfer with encryption.
