In this decade, social media has become more frequently used because it is easy to see some news on the social media for example Instagram, Facebook, and other social media. However, the problem that often arises in social media problems is the accuracy of the news. There are many fake news circulating on social media. This paper aims to classify the fake news using random forest. This research uses data Kaggle “Fake News Dataset Combined Different Sources”. The accuracy of the Fake News Classifier using this model is is 0.9403, the Classification Report on this model is True Recall Score: 0.88 and the Fake Recall score is 0.98 while the Precision Score is 0.96 and 0.93 for each true and fake result, F1-Score is 0.92 and 0.95. At the end the model using self-inputted data is tested

News gives new insight and information from all over the world. News has many categories, such as politic, economy, science, and other common news categories. Every news will have their own category based on its content. The classification of news is usually done manually by inputting the category during the news posting. Some of the categories may be inputted incorrectly. The news classifier can be the solution for problem, but the news classifications out there are usually based on the news content. The classifier will receive the word vector inputs that are taken from the news content and try to classify it into one of certain categories. Unfortunately, news contents can be longer and harder to be processed rather than processing the news headline. The news headline is shorter and packs a decent information for the classifier to find out what category it is. Besides the news headline usage, the classifier also needs to be chosen correctly. In this paper, the SVC model will be tested using the news headline data to classify the news and compare with several other models, such as Linear Regression, Multinomial Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, and Random Forest. The common variables to be compared are the accuracy, recall, and precision to evaluate the SVC model.

Relationship with customers is one of the most crucial factors in business continuity and development. Many current businesses have started delving into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to establish and maintain their sales and customer relationships. This research was conducted on one retail company that implements CRM but experiencing a gap in their unit sales performance between their targeted sales and the realization. This study aims to analyze the gaps causing factors using Factor Analysis Method, constructing a suitable regression model, and proposing the company's necessary strategy. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire from 264 respondents. The result of this study showed that there are five causing factors which are CRM Reliability, Underutilization of CRM, CRM Capability, CRM Unpreparedness, and Customer Relation Quality, as well as forming a regression model of the company's CRM performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Social media communications offer valuable feedback to firms about their products. Twitter users share their opinions about e-commerce products on social networking sites. This paper reports a study in sentiment classification for Indonesian drug products for automatically classifying Twitter data as expressing positive or negative sentiments or opinions. The study investigates the effectiveness of using a Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine, Random Forest, Na rve Bayes, and Logistic Regression, along with the term frequency-inverse document frequency used to classify 531 tweets into recommended (positive sentiment) and not recommended (negative sentiment). Among all traditional machine learning models, the highest average accuracy value is 88.6 in the RF model and the lowest average accuracy value is 80.2 when using the LR model. This paper aims to build hate speech text classification model by applying a combination of LSTM and FastText. The features of hate speech & non-hate speech, target hate speech, and categories of the hate speech. Dataset of those features taken from previous research by Okky Ibrohim. FastText word embeddings is used for formation of text vectors that will be used as input of the LSTM training model. The evaluation results obtained by getting the level of accuracy using confusion matrix. The accuracy value of text classification in this study is 83.52% on the classification of hate speech, 78.44% on the classification of target labels for hate speech, 82.75% on the classification of the label for category of hate speech.

Companies or organizations usually use key performance indicators (KPI) as indicators to determine their performance. The company's performance achievements are reflected in the set indicators that will describe the overall performance, as well as higher education institutions can also set key performance indicators, to see their performance achievements. The use of e-learning as a tool to support teaching and learning processes to be more effective and efficient is an example of which performance needs to be measured. This article discusses how the process of developing key performance indicators is carried out through the stages of designing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to students, data is processed using the method of factor analysis to obtain the main indicators determining performance and the method of regression analysis is also used to build performance models. obtain KPI determinants, and then develop KPI models. The results show that there are indicators of sharing knowledge, managing knowledge, understanding knowledge, and utilization knowledge as performance measurement indicators. © 2023 IEEE.

Numerous beverages available in Indonesia belong to the category of harmful drinks, which contributes to the country's high diabetes rate. As a result of the rising prevalence of diabetes among the population in Indonesia in recent years, primarily attributed to the growing use of harmful beverages, ***. Tea assistance with the rise of the tea startup. The primary objective of this startup is to establish a tea shop within the mall. In order to plan the interior design, the author requires a prototype in the form of visual support. This research aims to develop a design for a tea cafe startup employing advanced methodologies that utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) software. The employed approach entails a solitary case study employing software for generating three-dimensional (3D) objects and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven software for rendering. The first phase of the planning process involves creating a mood board and designing a three-dimensional tea cafe layout. The final result is a 3D image that is devoid of colour, as well as one that has been filled with colour. Software powered by artificial intelligence generates this image, responding to different triggers. Images that adhere to interior design principles when selecting furniture and supporting elements will yield superior rendering outcomes and align more closely with the desired results of the company owner. In this study, the author also incorporates Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 2 and 3 when examining the role of this startup.

In life, various challenges and problems faced by deaf people such as communication skills and other problems, including emotional, mental, and societal development However, technology is needed that can help the process. This Smart Application try to build communication between the deaf to share thoughts in group chats, including getting information about the deaf, so that the communication learning process for the deaf becomes easier. The proposed model is using Unified Modeling Languages (UML) diagrams, such as case diagrams for the current proposed idea process and class diagrams for relational tables or database stores. In addition, the User interface (UI) is implemented in this research work, Personal Home Pages (PHP) as a web server programming and MySQL database as an open-source database.

Nowadays technological development has increased rapidly, information technology has made great progress in many scope especially in accounting. This research is ongoing research into the student learning process which aims to develop artificial intelligence-based technology to calculate essay exam scores automatically, based on the textual proximity of students' answers to the answer key. This research uses an approach based on natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis. Feature extraction was carried out using the BERT model and similarity comparison using the Cosine distance method. Model evaluation was carried out using sensitivity and specificity tests. The model evaluation results show a sensitivity of 98.21%, which means this assessment model is able to detect positive cases well.
