Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a type of diabetes mellitus that attacks the retina of the eye. DR will cause patients to experience blindness slowly. Generally, DR can be detected by using a special instrument called an ophthalmoscope to view the inside of the eyeball. However, in conditions where there is a very small difference between the normal image and the DR image, computer-based assistance is needed for maximizing image reading value. In this research, a method of image quality improvement will be carried out which will then be integrated with a classification algorithm based on deep learning. The results of image improvement using Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) shows that the average accuracy of the method on several models is very competitive, 91% for the VGG16 model, 95% for InceptionV3, and 97% for EfficientNet compared to the results original image which only has an accuracy of 87% for VGG16 model, 90% for InceptionV3 model, and 95% for EfficientNet. However, in ResNet34 better accuracy is obtained in the original image with an accuracy of 95% while in the CLAHE image the accuracy value is only 84%. The results of this comprehensive evaluation and recommendation of famous backbone networks can be useful in the computer-Aided diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. Indonesia's Food and Beverage (F&B) development is increasing rapidly every day. Our surroundings demonstrate that more and more food and beverage items, particularly light snacks, are being sold. As a result, the company's chances of connecting with a potential customer are indirectly reduced as market competition in the F &B industry heats up. To solve this problem, MunchUp, which specializes in selling light snacks F &B, tries to fully shift its marketing strategy to utilize the latest technology. The technology that MunchUp uses is a website and mobile-based applications. This research aims to investigate the impact of website and mobile app usage on the selling margin of a business. The study was conducted by analyzing sales data from a sample of the companies that have implemented a website and mobile app for their sales process. The study results indicate that businesses with a website and mobile app have seen an increase in their selling margin compared to companies that do not have a website and mobile app. The study also found that features such as push notifications, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations can help keep customers engaged and encourage repeat purchases. This research suggests that a well-designed and user-friendly website and mobile app can be a powerful tool for any business looking to boost its sales and increase its revenue.

The paradigm of polygenic risk score (PRS) has recently been getting much wider attention. PRS is a mathematical aggregate reflection of the risk conferred by deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) variations to estimate the susceptibility of people to some certain onset of diseases. It is enumerated by summing risk alleles which are weighted by effect sizes in a large population derived from genome-wide association study (GWAS) where the gene variations are reproducible in different sets of GWAS. The emerging of direct-to-consumer genetics testing has tremendously increased access to genetics testing for broader users. The result of this genetics testing can be used as a disease predictive tool. One of the applications is PRS. PRS is a mathematical aggregate reflection of the risk conferred by DNA variations to estimate the susceptibility of people to some certain onset of diseases. However, the accessibility of these heavy statistics and mathematical models is limited to certain groups such as physicians and researchers. The objective of this study is to propose a conceptual design of web based PRS calculation available for public users. The users can maximize the utilization of their genotype data as a predictive tool for various disease risks. The design presented in this paper including the proposed class diagram, use case diagram, user journey diagram, and a series of user interface mock-ups. This result can be used as a prototype to gain users' feedback before implementing in production stage. © 2021 IEEE.

The tourism industry significantly contributes to Indonesia's economy, particularly in West Java, where it plays a crucial role in social interaction and preserving local culture. This study aims to explore the impact of disruptive technology and strategic alliances on tourism innovation in popular destinations in West Java, incorporating local cultural engagement as a moderator. Using a quantitative, explanatory survey design, the study involved a sample of 172 businesspersons from 310 popular destinations. The results reveal that disruptive technology has a substantial direct and indirect effect on tourism innovation, with a significant positive role as the mediator. Additionally, local cultural engagement significantly moderates the relationships between both disruptive technology and strategic alliances with tourism innovation. These findings imply that integrating local culture into strategic partnerships and technological advancements can enhance innovation in tourism, offering new insights into effective practices in the industry.

Capital market transactions provide an opportunity for investors to acquire ownership of company shares and capital gains, as well as dividends. However, alongside the benefits, there are risks of capital loss and liquidation, leading to stress and depression due to profit targets and decision-making errors. To mitigate the risk of decision-making errors in investment, data analysis is needed, including sentiment analysis, which influences stock prices. This study aims to develop a new deep learning model to classify Indonesian public opinion on JCI stocks, especially the Energy sector, obtained from the Twitter social media platform. The model will perform sentiment analysis and categorize opinions as negative, neutral, or positive. We created a dataset that was trained using Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) to summarize the analysis of public sentiment above so that it can assist investors in studying public sentiment as a reference for investing with a yield precision of 76%, Recall of 77%, and F1-score on 76%.

This paper explores the development of a multilabel machine learning system for predicting both gender and age from human gait patterns. Gait analysis, a non-intrusive method of identifying subtle nuances in human movement, has proven to be a rich source of information related to demographic characteristics. The research extends beyond traditional single-label classification approaches, adopting a multilabel framework to simultaneously predict gender and age *** study evaluates various multilabel machine learning algorithms, with the Random k-labeLsets (RAKEL) algorithm demonstrating superior performance in predicting gender and age labels from human gait datasets. The accuracy of the algorithm can reach up to 87%. We also compared the multilabel approach with several multiclass algorithms such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, K-Neighbors and XGBoost. However, when we also considering the training time, Classifier Chain algorithm showed the best trade off with the accuracy of 86% and the training time is twice faster than the RAKEL algorithm.

Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology.

This research explores the intricate relationship between questionnaire structures and the accuracy of learning style predictions among students. Focusing on the balance between core and secondary questions, the study meticulously analyzes various ratios, emphasizing their impact on the learning style classification system. Through rigorous testing and integration of the Felder-Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM) with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, the research uncovers crucial insights. Results showcase that a careful balance and distribution of questions significantly enhance the accuracy of predicting student learning styles, with accuracy rates reaching up to 89%. This study not only emphasizes the importance of personalized education but also demonstrates the practical applicability of advanced machine learning techniques. The findings provide a roadmap for the future of education, emphasizing a nuanced, question-specific approach for a more accurate, tailored, and responsive learning experience.

Improving the welfare of villagers is a noble goal to be achieved together with various parties. The Village's opportunity to develop Village following the potential offered by prioritizing community participation has been regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014. Sanankerto Village in Turen Malang is one of the Tourism Villages known as the Boon Pring Ecotourism Village. Boon Pring is a bamboo area covering 36.8 ha and has more than 60 types of bamboo and natural springs. For the development and strengthening of the village economy, a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) was formed. This development and strengthening are also supported by the existence of the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS). Increasing fan-inclusive and sustainable economic growth, including rural economic growth, is the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Starting from POKDARWIS information, the management of Sanankerto Tourism Village is not good, so research was carried out. The development of Sanankerto Tourism Village has been slow, starting from the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and assessment of tourism village development strategies. This research aims to uncover and understand the management model of Sanankerto Tourism Village so that it becomes a strength, weakness, and opportunity to develop a tourism village development strategy. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Our study discusses the application of the perspective grid concept as the basis for the process of transforming the 2D coordinates of the image into 3D coordinates in real space for estimating the location of objects in a single image scene. In several other studies in the field of robotics, AR use methods and media in the form of a chessboard box as a reference for camera calibration and location estimation. However, it does not show accurate results for the size of objects in the room. We saw the potential areas of Alberti's perspective grid, which is often used as a reference in making sketches for the arts and various engineering fields so that they are visually precise with reality. Our study uses 6 reference points in a room arrangement with a floor grid pattern as a reference for the formation of a perspective grid. Based on the triangle comparison approach to determine the x-ordinate, the average error is 0.2193. And through 3 interpolation approaches to get the most accurate results with the Lagrange and Newton methods on the 6th order with the average difference between the actual and predicted points of 1.5 cm from the y-direction distance of the camera from 2 meters to 6.80 meters.
