A large body of research effort has been dedicated to automated issue classification for Issue Tracking Systems(ITSs).Although the existing approaches have shown promising performance,the different design choices,including the different textual fields,feature representation methods and machine learning algorithms adopted by existing approaches,have not been comprehensively compared and *** fill this gap,we perform the first extensive study of automated issue classification on 9 state-of-the-art issue classification *** experimental results on the widely studied dataset reveal multiple practical guidelines for automated issue classification,including:(1)Training separate models for the issue titles and descriptions and then combining these two models tend to achieve better performance for issue classification;(2)Word embedding with Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)can better extract features from the textual fields in the issues,and hence,lead to better issue classification models;(3)There exist certain terms in the textual fields that are helpful for building more discriminating classifiers between bug and non-bug issues;(4)The performance of the issue classification model is not sensitive to the choices of ML *** on our study outcomes,we further propose an advanced issue classification approach,DEEPLABEL,which can achieve better performance compared with the existing issue classification approaches.

FeP/FeO was prepared on carbon cloth(CC)via hydrothermal method,heat treatment in air,and phosphorization in ***/FeO/CC presents a porous and loose morphology which is conducive to the exposure of active sites and the transfer of ***/FeO/CC requires the low overpotentials of 257 and 117 mV(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE))to achieve the current density of 10 mA_·cm^(-2)for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline KOH solution,*** small Tafel slope values of 36.1 mV_·dec^(-1)(for OER)and 96.2 mV_·dec^(-1)(for HER)indicate that FeP/FeO/CC exhibits the fast electrocatalytic reactive kinetics for OER and *** particular,the reaction kinetics of FeP/FeO/CC accelerated with the progress of *** charge-transfer resistance(R_(ct))of FeP/FeO/CC is only 11Ω.Excellent bifunctional electrocatalytic performances of FeP/FeO/CC should be attributed to the porous morphology and the lower charge-transfer resistance.

Agile development aims at rapidly developing software while embracing the continuous evolution of user requirements along the whole development *** stories are the primary means of requirements collection and elicitation in the agile development.A project can involve a large amount of user stories,which should be clustered into different groups based on their functionality’s similarity for systematic requirements analysis,effective mapping to developed features,and efficient ***,the current user story clustering is mainly conducted in a manual manner,which is time-consuming and subjective to human *** this paper,we propose a novel approach for clustering the user stories automatically on the basis of natural language ***,the sentence patterns of each component in a user story are first analysed and determined such that the critical structure in the representative tasks can be automatically extracted based on the user story *** similarity of user stories is calculated,which can be used to generate the connected graph as the basis of automatic user story *** evaluate the approach based on thirteen datasets,compared against ten baseline *** results show that our clustering approach has higher accuracy,recall rate and F1-score than these *** is demonstrated that the proposed approach can significantly improve the efficacy of user story clustering and thus enhance the overall performance of agile *** study also highlights promising research directions for more accurate requirements elicitation.

This study details an astrometric observation campaign of the Near-Earth Asteroid 1998 HH49,conducted with the aim of refining our understanding of its physical *** the 50 cm telescope located at the Wumingshan Mountain in Daocheng,Sichuan,images were obtained over four nights,from 2023 October 19 to October *** observations were processed using Astrometrica software,facilitating the precise determination of the asteroid's *** observational results were compared with the ephemerides from three distinct sources to verify accuracy:the Jet Propulsion laboratory(JPL)Horizons System,the Institut de Mécanique Céleste et de Calcul deséphémérides(IMCCE)Miriade,and the Near-Earth Objects Dynamic Site(NEODyS-2).When compared with the JPL ephemeris,a mean observed-minus-calculated(O-C)result of 0.″07 in the *** and-0.″35 in the *** was ***,the comparison with the IMCCE ephemeris yielded mean O-C results of 0.″08 in the *** and-0.″06 in the *** comparison with the NEODyS-2 ephemeris yielded the mean O-C results of 0.″06 in ***-0.″49 in *** study's findings demonstrate a general consistency between the observed data and the ephemeris predictions,with minor discrepancies observed across the data ***,both the JPL and NEODyS-2 ephemerides show that the residuals in the *** exceed those in the *** disparities may result from atmospheric differential color refraction,ephemeris discrepancies,observational errors,and other ***,it is worth noting that further investigation is required due to the potential influence of additional ***,the Daocheng 50 cm Telescope exhibits the ability to conduct high-precision positional measurements.

Generative Flow Networks (GFlowNets) have been shown effective to generate combinatorial objects with desired properties. We here propose a new GFlowNet training framework, with policy-dependent rewards, that bridges keeping flow balance of GFlowNets to optimizing the expected accumulated reward in traditional Reinforcement-Learning (RL). This enables the derivation of new policy-based GFlowNet training methods, in contrast to existing ones resembling value-based RL. It is known that the design of backward policies in GFlowNet training affects efficiency. We further develop a coupled training strategy that jointly solves GFlowNet forward policy training and backward policy design. Performance analysis is provided with a theoretical guarantee of our policy-based GFlowNet training. Experiments on both simulated and real-world datasets verify that our policy-based strategies provide advanced RL perspectives for robust gradient estimation to improve GFlowNet performance.
