This article aims to implement the algorithm model of k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) in analyzing, predicting, and classifying students who have potentials to get scholarships in universities. The k-NN algorithm works by making a prediction based on the closest data points between the old data history as training data and the new data as testing data. The data collected totals 1018 students with 24 scholarship receiver candidate students are used as the dataset for the test purposes. The attributes used in the prediction process are a semester, parents' income, number of family dependents, and Cumulative Grade Point Average. The distance calculation of the value from testing attribute to each training attribute uses Euclidean Distance equation, while the test of the model accuracy value is calculated using Confusion Matrix. The results of the simulation of the prediction model show that the determining factor of training data from both the number and the variation of different values can improve the performance of the k-NN algorithm with the best accuracy rate of 95.83 percent in predicting students who have the greatest chance of getting the scholarship. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

COVID-19 makes the community must carry out activities such as school, work, and worship at home. However, the long-running activities from home make people experience boredom which can lead to stress. On the other side, the entertainment obtained by the public through smartphones by reading articles by their interests can reduce boredom. This paper proposed a rules-based decision support system to help the people to make choices of their activities from home while COVID-19 e rules-based approach for make an application decision support system. Ruled base used in application to selected process through characteristics following the interests of the community. This decision support system is implemented in mobile web applications. The system can display articles based on interests by questions or statements through the front end system. The results showed that most users of the application in a happy condition while working from home.

Background: We aimed to develop and validate multimodal models integrating computed tomography (CT) images, text and tabular clinical data to predict poor functional outcomes and in-hospital mortality in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). These models were designed to assist non-specialists in emergency settings with limited access to stroke specialists. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 527 patients with ICH admitted to a Japanese tertiary hospital between April 2019 and February 2022 was conducted. Deep learning techniques were used to extract features from three-dimensional CT images and unstructured data, which were then combined with tabular data to develop an L1-regularized logistic regression model to predict poor functional outcomes (modified Rankin scale score 3–6) and in-hospital mortality. The model's performance was evaluated by assessing discrimination metrics, calibration plots, and decision curve analysis (DCA) using temporal validation data. Results: The multimodal model utilizing both imaging and text data, such as medical interviews, exhibited the highest performance in predicting poor functional outcomes. In contrast, the model that combined imaging with tabular data, including physiological and laboratory results, demonstrated the best predictive performance for in-hospital mortality. These models exhibited high discriminative performance, with areas under the receiver operating curve (AUROCs) of 0.86 (95% CI: 0.79–0.92) and 0.91 (95% CI: 0.84–0.96) for poor functional outcomes and in-hospital mortality, respectively. Calibration was satisfactory for predicting poor functional outcomes, but requires refinement for mortality prediction. The models performed similar to or better than conventional risk scores, and DCA curves supported their clinical utility. Geographically, Indonesia is a meeting point of three continental plates. Scilicet, the Eurasian Plate, the Indo-Australian Plate, and the Pacific Plate. Therefore, Indonesia is part of the infamous volcanic zone called the ”Ring of Fire” and one of the areas prone to natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and landslides. This study aims to capture the spatial pattern and identify the causes of social vulnerability in the districts/cities in Indonesia using the biclustering method. The data is extracted from the Indonesian National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) by BPS-Statistics in 2014. The biclustering result indicates that each district/city has its own social vulnerability characteristics and shows that the vulnerable aspects of each district/city are different. The adjacent observations tend to have social vulenrability characteristics. The results of this study can be used as a reference for national disaster mitigation policy in Indonesia.

Web applications continue to grow however web attacks are also increasing, this shows an increase in web application vulnerabilities. Several methods have been used to detect vulnerabilities in web applications such as black-box testing, dynamic analysis, and static analysis. In this article, we propose a framework for detecting web application vulnerabilities by combining all three methods. The strengths of one method are used to overcome the weaknesses of another method. This framework is believed to provide better results than if each method was used separately.

A self-adaptive system can dynamically monitor and adapt its behavior to preserve or enhance its quality attributes under uncertain operating conditions. This article identifies key challenges for the development of microservice applications as self-adaptive systems, using a cloud-based intelligent video surveillance application as a motivating example. It also suggests potential new directions for addressing most of the identified challenges by leveraging existing microservice practices and technologies. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. This research explores the development of effective corporate governance strategies for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) by evaluating both critical decision criteria and innovative organizational models. Based on an extensive literature review, seven governance criteria were identified: credibility and non-profit orientation, regular information flow and transparency, level of institutionalization, frequency of leadership turnover, internal and external stakeholder relations, annual budget, and ideological or religious motivation. In addition, five innovative organizational models were selected as strategic alternatives: continuous learning organization, technology-oriented policy development, income diversification, pluralistic governance, and transformational leadership. The empirical data were gathered through interviews with 16 experts from academia, civil society, and public institutions in Türkiye. To address the complexity and uncertainty of decision-making processes, a hybrid type-2 neutrosophic number (T2NN) multi-criteria decision-making methodology is introduced. The T2NN-ranking comparison and T2NN-criteria importance through intercriteria correlation methods are used to determine the weight of criteria, while T2NN-stable preference ordering towards ideal solution is utilized to rank the alternative models. Results show that the level of institutionalization is the most significant criterion, and income diversification is the most effective organizational model for improving NGO sustainability. The study not only provides practical guidance for NGO leaders but also introduces a robust methodological approach applicable to governance challenges under uncertain conditions.

This paper purpose to combine the GDSS framework with AHP and Copeland Score Model. The framework model is used to ranking popular tourism object in Bali. Tourism became one of the main factors in the development of an area. One of the famous tourist destinations in Indonesia is the province of Bali. Bali becomes a world tourism destination because of its culture and there are hundreds of tourism objects in Bali spread in every district. Each tourist object has beautiful characteristics and panoramas but not all tourist object have a high level of visits. There is an deferences between one tourist objects with the other, affecting the number of tourist visits. To overcome these problems by knowing the characteristics each tourism object that is done through the ranking process. The assessment and ranking process involves various parties related to tourism objects such as tourism, community, academia, government, and entrepreneurs. The model used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm, which is used to rank tourism objects individually and combine ranking results, using the Copeland score model. In the Copeland score model, each object has a weight that is different from each other. The next ranking becomes a reference for improving the assessment criteria of each tourism object. The results showed that the tourism object of Uluwatu is the first rank, with an assessment of 8.1 and Taman Ayun obtaining the last rank with a value of 1. Analysis of sensitivity and risk by changing the characteristic weights on the criteria by giving a high point has an impact on ranking changes. © 2018 IEEE.

Augmented Reality is a technology that allows users to see the real world, with virtual objects placed on it or combined with the real world. Augmented Reality itself can be applied to various things, including as an educational media. In the field of education, technology can be used a culture introduction to society. One part of Indonesian culture is traditional houses. Traditional house is a building that symbolizes the culture of the local community. In North Sumatra itself, there are several traditional houses that have different forms. The use of Vuforia SDK in the construction of this application can display augmented objects in the form of 3-dimentional objects and also provide information on the house. This application will run on the Android mobile platform to make it easier for users to access it.
