The recent development of advanced machine learning methods for hybrid models has greatly addressed the need for the correct prediction of electrical prices. This method combines AlexNet and LSTM algorithms, which are used to introduce a new model with higher accuracy in price forecasting. Despite RNN and ANN being effective, they often fail to deal with forex time sequence data. The traditional methods do not accurately forecast the prices. These traditional methods only focus on demand and price which leads to insufficient analysis of data. To address this issue, using the hybrid approach, which focuses on external variables that also effect the predicted prices. Nevertheless, due to AlexNet's excellent feature extraction and LSTM's learning sequential patterns, the prediction accuracy is vastly increased. The model is built on the past data, which has been supplied with the most significant elements like demand, temperature, sunlight, and rain. For example, the model applies methods, such as minimum-maximum scaling and a time window, to predict the electricity prices of the future. The results show that this hybrid model is good than the standalone ones in terms of accuracy. Although we got our accuracy rating of 97.08, it shows higher accompaniments than remaining models RNN and ANN with accuracies of 96.64 and 96.63 respectively. © 2025 IEEE.

Due to the disparity in the levels of difficulty presented by the several tasks, doing domain adaptation in an adversarial way may result in an imbalanced learning process. In the MNIST dataset, this phenomenon also manifests itself in the form of domain adaptation for color-shifted distribution. In this particular situation, the domain classifier has a higher tendency to fit more quickly, but the category classifier fits quite poorly in the learning process. In order to address this problem, a new hyper-parameter has been added to the loss function in order to strike a compromise between the learning speed of the domain and the categorical classifier. By using this technique, the categorical classifier may better match the data while still maintaining the same level of performance as the domain classifier. In order to determine whether or not making use of this hyper-parameter is useful, the phenomena in question is examined using three distinct color-shifted settings. Following the evaluations, it was discovered that the newly introduced hyper-parameter is capable of coping with imbalanced learning while simultaneously engaging in domain adaptation. © 2023 IEEE.

The increasing use of fossil fuels has a significant impact on the environment and ecosystem,which increases the rate of *** the high potential of renewable energy sources inYemen and the absence of similar studies in the region,this study aims to examine the potential of wind energy in Socotra *** was done by analyzing and evaluating wind properties,determining available energy density,calculating wind energy extracted at different altitudes,and then computing the capacity factor for a number of wind turbines and determining the *** average wind speed in Socotra Island was obtained from the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Authority data,only for the five-year data currently *** results showed high wind speeds from June to September(9.85-14.88 m/s)while the wind speed decreased for the rest of the *** average wind speed in the five years was 7.95 m/*** average annual wind speed,wind energy density,and annual energy density were calculated at different altitudes(10,30,and 50 m).According to the International Wind Energy Rating criteria,the region of Socotra Island falls under Category 7 and is classified as‘Superb’for most of the *** study provides useful information for developing wind energy and an efficient wind approach.

Diagnosability is an important parameter to measure the fault tolerance of a multiprocessor system. If we only care about the state of a node, instead of doing the global diagnosis, Hsu and Tan proposed the idea of local diagnosis. Chiang and Tan provided an extended star structure to diagnose a node under comparison model. In this work, we evaluate the local diagnosability better by proposing a tree structure around this node. We provide the corresponding algorithm to diagnose the node. Simulation results are presented for different failure probability of a node in the tree and different percentage of faulty nodes in the tree, showing the performance of our algorithm. © 2024 Institute of Information science. The scrap recycler app is an online application where users can sell the scrap materials that are available in the house. Scrap materials are referred to as waste, unused products like broken items, plastics, waste metals, papers, glass etc. Scrap is defined as a material that has no economic value only the basic materials that are available in that scrap can be recovered and *** application serves as a bridge to sell those waste scraps online. The main motto is to create an application that will be used to sell waste scraps and reduce the scraps that are available in the house and increase the recycling process and develop a sustainable environment. By using this application users can directly post the scrap materials online and vendors can be able to see the available scrap materials to be purchased and it is send to recycling stations. This application helps the vendors to easily make profit and it collects the scraps efficiently from the users, by this transportation costs can be managed. Only verified vendors can buy the scrap from the customers so that customer trust is developed and the vendors can mainly focus on customer satisfaction. This study provides a new perspective on selling those available scraps that are available in houses and small organizations using machine learning. The main objective of creating this algorithm is to reduce the usage of waste and reduce the land pollution. The algorithm is going to encounter challenges in sorting scraps and segregating waste, as well as disposing of waste. The machine learning is also used to detect the scraps so that the app will able to detect the scraps and indicate to the vendors. As a consequence, the algorithm is capable of resolving it. The software application is free and is available on the android platform. The application is user-friendly with a basic structure and easily able to sell scraps online. This software application is developed using MYSQL, android studio, and kotlin. © 2023 IEE

This paper aims to determine the better technique for kidney stone detection between K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). As well known, the presence of kidney stones is an important topic that deserves discussion regarding expected medical outcomes. Most of the detection measures comprise CT scans, ultrasounds, and abdominal X-rays. These measures have varying effectiveness levels, hence used in the detection to prepare patients for specific treatment options. Patients' treatment options comprise percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL), and ureteroscopy. The different detection techniques carried out for the patients are essential to test whether the patient has small or large kidney stones. One essential technique is using conventional neural networks (CNNs) technology. In this paper kidney, stone detection will be carried out using both of K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and CNN's techniques. A comparison between both techniques will be carried out to figure out the better. All of the simulations are carried out using MATLAB. © 2023 IEEE.

This study focuses on the creation of a Neura Smart Book Reader that can help people who have visual impairments, especially those who are blind or have low vision and do not know Braille. The project uses IoT technology, which includes hardware, infrastructure, and services within the Internet of Things framework. The project primarily uses the energy-efficient Raspberry Pi device, which has machine-learning capabilities, making it adaptable. The Raspberry Pi computer is small and portable and operates on minimal power, showcasing advanced computing and Machine Learning algorithms. The system has a camera for capturing book pages, and the software performs Optical Character Recognition (OCR), combined with Machine Learning-driven character recognition. This improves the system's proficiency with each use. Once the image is recognized, the Neura Smart Book Reader converts it into audible text, allowing users to listen without tactile interaction. This proves how Machine Learning can improve accessibility. The device also offers online text-to-voice conversion via WiFi and 4G services and uses Machine Learning-based algorithms for enhanced linguistic articulation. This ensures a seamless reading experience for users across digital and hardcopy books. This amalgamation of IoT, Raspberry Pi, and Machine Learning technologies highlights the latest accessible reading solutions for visually impaired individuals,proving how Machine Learning can improve accessibility technology. © 2023 IEEE.
