Considering the fact that the test case runs abnormally and the test case execution fails during the development and debugging of the 5G terminal protocol conformance test system. Here useful approach is implemented by embedding data copy and storage module in the system, which completes the encapsulation, copy and storage of massive data generated during the operation of the system, so that equipment developers can correctly locate the errors in the system according to the data, and repair the system loopholes to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system. © 2024 IEEE.

Text summarization is a technique that converts large text into shorter ones by keeping its important information. Most of the available summarizers, summarize English language text. The availability of summarizers in other languages is rare. In the proposed work, abstractive text summarization (ATS) for the Hindi language has been used to generate headlines from news text. To build the model, a Hindi news dataset has been used that contains different news articles related to sports, politics, crime, etc. After pre-processing the text, Word2Vec method has been used for word embedding. ATS model has been built using the Seq2Seq model with attention. After that, we have calculated evaluation metrics like ROUGE and BLEU scores of the result summaries. We have also fine-tuned two pre-trained models, indicBART and multi-lingual variant of T5. After result comparison, it was found that the indicBART perform better than the other two models, considered for the experiment. © 2023 IEEE.

Genetic algorithms are effectively capable to find out solution of a variety of challenging actual situations. They are heuristic search and optimization methods influenced by natural evolution. The process of making a schedule has been quite time- and labor-intensive. To create a schedule, a lot of time and effort must be invested. Timetables are produced for a wide range of reasons, including class scheduling at educational institutions, developing timing charts for buses and trains, and many more. A schedule requires a lot of effort and time to create. In our research, we tried to reduce the difficulties of generating a schedule using a genetic approach. We may create timetables that are quicker to create while still being more precise, exact, and error-free by using genetic algorithms. © 2023 IEEE.

Computing on the Web is based on distributed system applications that use the client-server architecture. Since web-based applications have been beta-tested, the quality criteria cannot be fixed. Whenever a website is launched, the question is always raised as to how many HTTP requests of users can the website handle at once. One of the buzz words in current research depends for a weather forecast is the atmospheric temperature, and this value may change at any time. Predicting air temperature exactly is necessary since it is particularly important for various communities and events. In today's world of massive amounts of data and unforeseen data fluctuations, long-short term memory (LSTM), a sort of neural network method, is becoming more and more popular. The present work employed a sequence to sequence LSTM autoencoder to forecast Indian weather patterns. The prediction model was trained using historical data obtained from the Khordha district administration. The proposed method primarily emphasizes two phases of the procedure. The present study involves an examination of a proposed model, wherein a comparison is made between four distinct variants of LSTM techniques: vanilla LSTM, stacked LSTM, bidirectional LSTM, and convLSTM. The objective of this analysis is to predict temperature patterns. Additionally, this paper utilizes an LSTM autoencoder model to forecast the temperature for the subsequent two-year period in the Khordha district of Odisha, India. The experimental investigation demonstrates that the utilization of Stacking encoder-decoders with bidirectional LSTM cells leads to a notable enhancement in the accuracy of the model, resulting in maximum efficacy. A notably lower Mean Absolute Error (MAE) result suggests that the 9-layer stacked autoencoder model has superior performance in predicting both the minimum and maximum temperature. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. The outcome of simulated experiments expressed the efficiency of grid-based algorithm in the domain of image processing in the context of Brain MRI Images for Tumor Detection. It provides a faster approach in detecting object and achieving higher rate of detection in comparison with existing algorithms for the similar purpose. The foremost goal of this work is improving the rate of detection by using grid based feature fusion approach with Genetic Algorithm(GA), Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) and Scalp Swarm Optimization Algorithm. This technique produces efficient result due to hybrid fusion of gridded Images and optimization for exhaustive and precise image analysis. In the initial phase Each image is segmented into 4 grids. Pretrained models like Inception-V2, Resnet 50, Mobnetv2, VGG-16 are used to extract features before and after the images are gridded. The extracted features are analysed with classifiers such as Decision tree, Support vector Machine, Multiplayer and Self Attention Transformer that not only chooses the best set of features as well as best feature extractor. Among all these models the VGG-16 gives best result in terms of Accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and F-score. Hence VGG-16 is utilized as evaluation functions in the optimization Algorithms. The performance of the approach is measured by the values produced against the terms as precision, Recall, F-score, and accuracy rate. In the first phase of iteration, features extracted from each grid are assigned with initial weight. Optimization algorithms are used for optimizing the weight values in the combined features to bring best accuracy ratio. Grid based segmentation of Image stabilize the computation time thereby reduces the time complexity. Weighted sum Scalp Swarm Optimisation assigns best weighted values to segmentation parameters to get maximum performance. The experimental outcomes proves the efficiency of the proposed strategy. © 2024 IEEE.

Handwritten Character Recognition (HCR) has gained significant popularity as an Artificial Intelligence tool in today's world. Recognition of a particular character is one of the challenging tasks when every work is done digitally. This technology converts handwritten characters to machine readable or digital form by applying various machine algorithms. Since handwriting and the style of writing a particular character always varies from one person to another person. A person may write some character whose style may differ in size, shape, font and position. An implementation a Handwritten Character recognition technology that uses deep learning algorithm is used. The dataset used in this technology is EMNIST (Extended Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology) dataset. The format of this dataset is of CSV file and it contains handwritten characters, which includes both uppercase and lowercase letters along with digits and various symbols. The dataset used in this model is divided into two parts one is training and other is testing. We have performed an operation for reshaping the image into 28 x 28 pixels so that it can be fitted with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). During the training process training data is iterated through multiple epochs. The accuracy of the model is measured simultaneously. During the testing process several grayscale images are used to test the trained model and the prediction is made accordingly This model presents the accuracy, potential and high performance of CNN model in prediction of a handwritten character. This system opens up possibilities for its usage in various other applications, as it speeds up our task of analyzing documents and digitization. © 2023 IEEE.

The growing problem of water scarcity is made worse by the unchecked use of fossil fuels for irrigation water-table pumping, which contributes to both environmental degradation and global warming. An burgeoning population and rising food demand mean that sustainable agriculture has to make effective use of its energy and water resources. In reaction, the area of 'smart agriculture' (SA) becomes more important, using information and communication technology (ICT) to maximize resource use and improve agricultural yields. In order to help small and medium farms overcome their financial barriers to adopting commercial solutions, this study proposes a complete SA solution that prioritizes cost-effectiveness. Tested in a real-world Smart Farm testbed, the deployed SA system demonstrated a significant decrease in water use (up to 71.8% compared to typical irrigation systems). The solution's open-source nature makes it easier for academics to adopt and modify it, particularly when it comes to creating specialized Cloud-based platforms that solve issues with water table consumption, especially in dry and sub-Saharan nations. © 2023 IEEE.
