A Fast and Accurate Model of Thoracic Disease Detection by Integrating Attention Mechanism to a Lightweight Convolutional Neural Network

The utilization of Deep Learning, especially the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), is currently the best approach for thoracic disease detection from Chest X-Ray images. However, CNN typically has a slow runtime, hence potentially can introduce a bottleneck in the healthcare that uses the technology. To answer the challenge, we proposed a model that integrates an attention mechanism to a lightweight CNN. The proposed model can run faster than the state-of-the-art thoracic disease detection model while having the second-best performance among the thoracic disease detection models.

Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy.

The development of information technology (IT) infrastructure currently has a vast influence on the economic growth of cities and districts in Indonesia, especially rural areas. This has resulted in government organizations including village governments building IT infrastructure to provide services and information about villages which is very significant. Digital villages are programs that implement government service systems, community services and community empowerment based on the use of technology. This program aims to develop village potential, marketing and accelerate access and public services. This research focuses on developing digital villages as a means of improving public services using internet infrastructure design approaches, e-business, and village potential information. This study aims to create a digital village concept as a means of building villages in Ogan Ilir district. The data collection technique uses direct interviews with several heads, village secretaries and village communities about their hopes regarding village internet development for the tourism business in their respective areas. After conducting interviews with the head, secretary and village community, the research summarizes them into research results and discussions which will describe the results of interviews and observations. The results of this research are internet network design and the needs of a digital village. Furthermore, this research develops a concept of digital village that is capable of being a guide for each village toward providing better public services. The proposed concept is categorized into six dimensions including village internet design, village internet infrastructure development, village network security, the role of private sectors in developing digital village, the role of internet providers, and the role of local government to distribute intenet access. © 2023 IEEE.

In carrying out drilling projects at PT China Oilfields Services Limited ( COSL) Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there were a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there were inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of the research was to look the factors that caused for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. Data analysis was conducted by using a factor analysis method and the location of the research was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of the research indicate that there are four factors that influence the time gap, namely Project Management Activities, Risk Analysis and Procurement, Manage Stairs, and Project Planning Development. By knowing the causes of the delay, companies can find the best solutions for future learning and the impact on environmental, social and economic problems can also be anticipated so that sustainable development occurs in the context of petroleum management. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Research on digital innovation with an entrepreneurial spirit continues to develop but is limited to one country and/or one field. From a bibliometric review, this study purpose to visually study mapping and research trends in the field of digital innovation on an international scale. This study used bibliometric techniques with secondary data from Scopus. Analyze and visualize data using the VOSViewer program and the analyze search results function on Scopus. This study analyzed 821 academic documents published from 1983 to 2019. According to the research, the Universitetet I Oslo and Henfridsson, O. had the most active affiliated institutions and individual scientists in digital innovation research. computer science was the most studied of digital innovation. Based on the identification of a collection of knowledge accumulated from over thirty-six years of publication, this research proposes a grouping of digital innovation research themes: Health Care, Internet of Things, Conceptual Framework, Open System, Digital Platforms, Education, abbreviated as HICODE research themes. © 2021 IEEE.

Understanding how social structures with the use of a network have been an active field of study for academics in the past five years alone. The need to properly comprehends how Social Network Analysis (SNA) is being studied grows more and more in recent years. In this article, we propose a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to the SNA to see how the algorithms, techniques, and methods are used also discuss their findings. We select thirty-one research studies on SNA. We found different algorithms and techniques that are being used. It is found that the selected research could be categorized into five different main topics which is academic, health, social media, communication, and technology. From all of the research paper discussed, it is also found that many algorithms and techniques are being used to enhanced the SNA, most of them are being machine learning algorithm such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, K Nearest Neighbor, and Whale Optimization Algorithm. While the common features of the datasets used in the research comes as different arrays of user information from social media platforms, Tweets and posts from multiple platforms, also a photographic input such as self-images, portraits, and context related pictures. This article will serve as a single reference for future researchers to the discovery of the latest SNA findings. © 2021 IEEE.

(Abstract)M-learning is very important in attracting entrepreneurial skills in ICT. The purpose of this study was to review the existing literature and research the relationship between m-learning and entrepreneurship. Following the PRISMA guidelines for performing and reporting systematic reviews, a review of the literature was done systematically. Based on a systematic search of the Scopus database, a total of 20 peer-reviewed articles were included. The results show that there were several publications in m-learning and entrepreneurship from the analysis of quantitative, multilevel, and perspective. Europe, social science, and the International Journal of Interactive Mobile Technologies were the top continent, subject area, and publication sources. The most intensive topics of school-based management component and multilevel were curriculum and learning, and individual level. Further research that has the opportunity to be carried out, such as research in the relationship between m-learning and entrepreneurship, uses the topics of learners, educator and education personnel, facilities and infrastructure, and level of team, firm, and institutional. © 2022 IEEE.

Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) confirmed cases in the world still occurred more than 1.5 years after the first cases outbreak in Wuhan, China. Education is a main key to deal with this pandemic. The information on how to prevent COVID-19 continues to be informed by direct approach and by using advertisements on television, radio, printed media, and on the internet are being provided to gain the awareness to the people. Consumer neuroscience is necessarily needed and important for understanding consumer behavior. This research paper proposed the techniques to collect the visual data of COVID-19 advertisements by using electroencephalogram (EEG) and Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) to understand the brain activity. The results of this research can be useful to create a better COVID-19 advertisement that can attract people to memorize the health protocol. © 2021 IEEE.

We all know that (Z m ×Z n ,+) is a group under addition modulo m and n. Recall that a cyclic subgroup is a subgroup that generated by one element in the group. We can get the group factor of all cyclic subgroups in a group (Z m ×Z n ,+) since any their cyclic subgroup is normal On the other hand, Python is a programming language that is multipurpose, easy to use, and also can run on various OS like Windows, Ubuntu, or Android. Moreover, the modulo operations on groups (Z m × Z n ,+) also can be calculated by Python, so we can use Python to get the factor groups off all their cyclic subgroups. In this paper, we determine the group factor in a group (Z m ×Z n ,+) of any cyclic subgroup using Python. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) outbreak is a global emergency, and this pandemic has been going on for more than a year. It is crucial to provide health information regarding how to prevent COVID-19 to the public to gain the health awareness. Conventional research in consumer behavior and marketing sees the human organism as a "black box"that cannot be assessed directly or physiologically. Consumer neuroscience has the significant benefit for the research to understand the consumer behavior. On the other hand, conducting the research can be similar like Information Technology (IT) project. It can lead to failure if not been conducted properly and do not have a proper guidance. This urgency encourages us to proposed Information Technology for Research (ITfResch) IT strategic planning for data collecting and analyzing of visual COVID-19 advertisements to minimize the risk of research failure. By using bioinformatics-neuroscience devices such as Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) can help to understand the reaction of human brain while see the advertisement - which COVID-19 advertisement grabs the attention of people and gets them to memorize it. © 2021 IEEE.
