The rapid advancement of smart cities, driven by innovative communication and information technologies (ICT), has transformed urban management. This paper introduces the Robust SmartCityAI Lakehouse, a hybrid framework specifically designed to implement smart city solutions in IKN, the New Capital City of Indonesia. The proposed architecture seamlessly integrates diverse data sources and supports a wide range of applications, including real-time AI-driven transportation management, energy optimization, public safety enhancement, waste and water management, environmental monitoring, and air quality control. By leveraging both on-premises processing and scalable cloud infrastructure, this framework enhances urban sustainability and improves the quality of life for citizens. The paper also explores the key benefits and challenges of deploying this architecture, providing practical strategies for its implementation in complex urban environments.

Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that still applies subsidies for fuel oil. By the law, the Indonesian government must ensure the supply and distribution of fuel for all Indonesian people. To implement this policy properly, understanding the pattern of fuel consumption is fundamental. In this study, clustering will be used to determine the categories of districts and cities based on subsidized fuel consumption patterns. Our research used several methods to compare which cluster method is the most optimal;the methods include k-means, Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM), and Clustering Large Applications (CLARA). The results show that k-means is the best clustering method with the highest Dunn index and Silhouette coefficient compared to others. The optimum cluster number we get is two and represents fuel consumption from several districts and cities. Some districts and cities had under-average consumption and needed to be monitored. © (2023), (International Association of Engineers). All Rights Reserved.

Personnel and education data very important for organizations, including the military. All data related to military personnel will give effect positions and careers in the military field. The integration of personnel and education data can assist in processing and decision making. An analysis is needed so that the developed system can be useful for the long term. Analysis with IT balanced scorecard and COBIT® 2019, will be able to help and fill the gaps in the existing system based on the objectives of the military organization itself. It is shown that the domains BAI05 (Managed Organizational Change) and DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents) are still not being implemented well. The system developed will have the features and capabilities to support the organization in achieving its goals, including in the field of staffing and education. Besides, it provides convenience in making decisions in terms of positions related to personnel careers. © 2020 IEEE.

A stock option as a derivative is a financial instrument expected to be involved in the associated risk. Currently, options trading in Indonesia is being stopped. Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is initiating the developments (revitalizations) of option products in terms of infrastructure and the latest contract specifications by general practice. This study aims to provide some simulations of option price fluctuations based on stock prices. The simulation derives based on the Black-Scholes Equation, a mathematical model representing the buying and selling prices of European options. This model is solved numerically using the Forward Time Center Space as an implicit finite difference method to get more accuracy. The data used here for determining the parameter value is taken from the daily closing price of Microsoft Corporation (MSFT), the biggest company with long-term growth in the stock market. At the end of the study, it will show that the simulation results can be used to analyze the leverage parameters such as interest rates, volatility, and strike prices on option prices. Thus, if the options market reopens later, this simulation model can be used as a consideration for investors in making decisions.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus 2019) has now shown a flattening curve as the impact of increased immunity system through vaccination or natural infection. However, experience and data suggest new variants can emerge at any time. Therefore, research in this topic is still rising. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help the health practitioners and medical personnel to understand the problems caused by this disease based on the historical data. Usually, the progress of the patients in a hospital are monitored by the nurse or the doctors in daily basis. Especially when they are in the critical stage of the illness. They take the reading from the devices to monitor the vital signs. In this study, we aim to explain the vital sign causal relationship by using one of the Bayesian Network (BN) method, namely PC algorithm. The result shows that causal relationship from died patients vital signs is different and unexplainable due to many failures of the body to regulate the flow of oxygen supply.

To strengthen conservation efforts for preserving biodiversity in a conservation area, forest inventory is important to understand the natural succession process in the area and to establish a monitoring strategy. Further, tree inventory aims to monitor the output yielded in the area. More specifically, the tree inventory in the watershed area plays a key role to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), especially in riparian zones which are also vital parts of green zones in forests. However, the traditional inventory approach is time-consuming and laborious therefore the development of an expert system to assist in inventory monitoring is required. In this study, we develop a monitoring system via a mobile application to collect, analyze and visualize tree inventory data. The application includes algorithms required to compute tree biodiversity, distribution, and richness for the given input of the data of all tree species in a conservation area. For the model validation stage, we compare the traditional inventory approach with our proposed application-based approach to compute diversity inventory in two riparian locations: Klaten Conservation Park and Wonosobo Conservation Park. After the three-day data collection in the areas, we obtain that the accuracy of reading data of our proposed system can achieve more than 90% in comparison with the manual approach. This demonstrates that the system can assist forestry workers to perform more efficient tree inventories in different locations.

Android is the world's most popular system of operation. In the Android system, communication applications can be installed, for example, Facebook Messenger, which is one of the most popular communication applications with 988 million active users. As a medium for communication and data exchange, the Facebook Messenger application may be misused by unauthorized parties for cybercrime. This action is usually done to obtain a one-sided profit for unauthorized parties. After doing cybercrime, cybercriminals will delete all of the data to remove digital evidence. Digital forensics serves the challenge of uncovering evidence in investigations. Digital forensics on the Facebook Messenger application is needed to help the authorities organize digital evidence when the disclosure process is performed. The data revealed through the digital forensics process can reinforce existing evidence in a court. In this research, digital forensics on the Facebook Messenger application was conducted with data deletion scenarios and application uninstall scenarios. The results are digital evidence in the form of Facebook Messenger application information , photo, and video sent by the cybercriminal. The conversation and audio evidence could not be located because there was no rooting process, or the smartphone was in an untied state. When the uninstall process was carried out, the smartphone automatically deleted all the data including thumbnails. However, the digital forensics process in an unrooted state on the Facebook Messenger application can still produce digital evidence that can be used in the court .

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from soya beans, but it has recently been improved by using other types of beans as the base source. Tempeh has been consumed around the world for a long time and is one of the food substitutes for animal protein. The creation of tempeh until now still utilizes the traditional method from the beginning, observation, until the collection of the final product, which still includes the human role inside the process. The process of creating tempeh products takes approximately 1 to 4 days. The observation of tempeh creation in the soya bean’s fermentation phase has automation potential by implementing computer image detection with a Machine Learning method that can increase the working time efficiency. Based on the potential, this research forms an image dataset containing the soya bean fermentation process for creating traditional tempeh products. The image data were taken by capturing product photos directly using the smartphone camera. There are 3 stages at the time of tempeh product creation for image data collection. Starting from the zero-day process, the soya beans that have been through the cooking and washing process and have been mixed with tempeh yeast (Rhizopus sp), are put into the product mold package. The first-day process is when the wrapped soya beans are at the fermentation stage and turn into the tempeh products and can be identified by warm water dew and a little tempeh mold. On the second-day process, the soya beans have been fully covered by tempeh mold and have been solidified. The data created from this research is in the raw image data that has been through the process of filtration and image cropping. The image data is grouped by folders named by the time of the fermentation process to form the tempeh product, namely Day-0, Day-1, and Day-2.

Indonesia is one of the biggest palm oil exporters in the world. For Indonesia to stay competitive in thepalm oil industry, the harvesting and evacuating process in its oil palm plantation need to be optimized. This research introduces machinerycalled as Smart Crane Grabber. This machinery can be used for automatic harvesting and evacuation process of oil palm fresh fruit bunch. To enable automation, Smart Crane Grabber is equipped with an Artificial Intelligencesystem for automatic ripeness sorting. TheArtificial Intelligence system developed for Smart Crane Grabber achieves 71.34% accuracy by using only 400 images as preliminary training data. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

E-voting is an electronic voting information technology service, while E-participation is an information technology service for citizens of the public to provide reports, polls, or suggestions on government policies electronically. The Technology Services E-Participation-VOT (EPV) model is a combined E-Participation and E-Voting service model. The concept of this service model is that citizens transform from E-participation and E-voting services into an EPV model. The purpose of this model is to provide information to participants (citizens) about online-based voting services. This method of developing the EP-Voting Anticipation (EPV) technology model uses agile methods that are effective and flexible in various cases of designing Information Technology models for Information Technology (IT) services that apply a Framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The results obtained from this study are an Information Technology service system model that provides recommendations for participation in conducting electronic elections (E-Voting). © 2020 IEEE.
