Indonesia will benefit from a demographic boom in 2030 with a higher labor supply than in earlier decades. Then in industrial revolution 4.0 robotics and artificial intelligence will take the place of low-skilled or menial employment that don't require specialized expertise (AI). To aim research is Telematics Work Field Review Text Classification Using the Naïve Bayes Method. The method using Multinomial Naïve Bayes model which is trained to learn from patterns in training data set without being programmed explicitly. Then, based on the Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency, consider the weighting of the word used (TF-IDF). The text classification stage is then carried out using the multinominal nave bayes classification method with evaluation using the confusion matrix, following the acquisition of the TF-IDF value. In the study it took data with web crawling techniques on social media sites twitter. The data collected was 936 data consisting of 7,8% negative sentiments, 26,4% positive sentiments, and 65,8% neutrals. The results of accuracy testing using the Confusion Matrix. And from the results of such tests resulted in an accuracy of 66%, precision 73%, and recall 85%.

Information technology can influence task characteristics for the improvement of task performance. This review of the literature aims to explore the application of the TTF theory by exploring the scope and range of the available literature that applies the specific elements of the theory and summarizing and disseminating the research findings, specifically the environments where TTF has been applied. It was found that the education field is the most researched topic in TTF for the last three years, followed by social media, business, and management fields. Overall, the results of this study provide an understanding of applications of the theory and assists in providing avenues for future studies to investigate TTF studies further. © 2021 IEEE.

Crop Yield Analysis and Prediction is a fast-expanding discipline that is critical for optimizing agricultural methods. A lack of trustworthy data is one of the challenges in estimating crop yields. We develop predictive models for 22 different fruits and vegetables data. The goals of this study are to create accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models. We used multiple machine learning (ML) models for multi-class crop production prediction to fulfill our research goal. We thoroughly examined the influence of climate and nutrient factors on crop yield, considering their complex interactions. To improve the dataset, augmented data techniques were applied. Configuring the parameters and fine-tuning the hyperparameters is our technique to increase the model performance. Furthermore, we employ explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) techniques and interpretability tools like Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) to improve the interpretability of our prediction model. Our findings reveal that the XGBoost model has the best performance model with 99.86% accuracy, followed by SVM Poly Kernel with 99.32% and Random Forest with 98.82%. Feature selection and analysis are emphasized, particularly in regional agricultural contexts. This study contributes to the creation of accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models while also addressing the issue of untrustworthy data, providing useful insights for optimizing agricultural practices.

The study of the adoption of Blockchain Technology (BT) of the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) automotive components industry still in infancy. BT's previous research topic mostly in virtual currency, security, and IoT. However, the automotive market's significant development causes several issues in the SCMS automotive components industry, such as fake components. Blockchain Technology (BT), as identified, might be possible as a way out for the development of SCMS automotive components. There are several research questions in this research, such as how BT can facilitate SCMS open issues? What is the BT impact in the SCM area? The study method used the systematic literature review (SLR) method to gather all information from 12 publishers and an international index journal. Seven open issues identified in this study and SCM's core operational aspect, such as supplier, logistics, manufacturer, distribution, and customer, have been identified impact with BT. © 2020 IEEE.

The ease of using transportation is one of the most critical things in the city with a significant population like Jakarta. The growth of the population in Jakarta is increased rapidly. The wage that Many transportations are causing a traffic jam in Jakarta. The government suggests that people use public transportation for their mobility. However, people choose to use their vehicles rather than public transportation. The main reason is that public transportation cannot guarantee the arriving time, whether it is on time or not. Many people move on to online transportation services. However, the massive growth of online transportation is still a contradiction as public transportation. People in Jakarta need faster mobility to go. This research is trying to make a system for public transport without any delay and hard to use it. This problem can be solved by building a new system. This system required e-wallet for payment in public transportation. This E-Wallet will search the possible route from the nearest location to the destination - only the public transport where there is a station that can use it. By using QR-Code generated by e-wallet on the mobile phone, people can scan it directly to a machine located in the station. This method will make a transaction faster than ever. Moreover, people can enjoy another feature like cashback and redeem the prize by a point system. In this era, e-commerce is dominating the market for purchasing something. This is also the attraction of the system. This system is also required excellent facilities from the government so that people can enjoy it. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Augmented reality technology application in variety of sectors is becoming more common in line with progress of technological advances towards the digital future. However, the experience of online shopping that lacks in virtual dressing room deter consumers to make the purchase decisions. Existing application for virtual dressing room is yet to include headwear products in software applications. Therefore, this project is proposed to develop an augmented reality mobile application that helps user to visualize virtual hat onto user’s head. The targeted users for this project are adults aged 20 to 30 years old who are the customers of The Cap City. Multimedia Mobile Content Development (MMCD) model is implemented to develop the headweAR application. Based on user testing results, more than 80% of the respondents left positive feedback on the proposed application. Development with additional 3D models and multiple face tracking are some of the future works of this markerless AR-based application.

Profiles of specialization in education and profession are currently heavily influenced by the development of industry 4.0. The era of disruption is marked by massive changes due to innovations that change business systems and arrangements to newer levels. In various studies, there will be many professions that are extinct but there will also be many new professions that will be born. This study aims to conduct a literature review of profiles of specialization in education and profession that are relevant to industry 4.0 trends which will then be developed in a measurement through an artificial intelligence-based website. The research method used is a bibliometric approach through scientific studies of various library sources using VOSViewer with cartographic overlay techniques and density visualization maps, to represent sequences and their relationships. While the method used to develop website profiles of specialization in education and profession based on artificial intelligence is to use the waterfall method. The results of the literature review found 10 words with a high level of bibliometric correlation as the basis for developing artificial intelligence-based websites.

Along with technological improvements, online shopping is currently developing quickly. Online shops started by selling electronics, clothing, food, and home appliances and continue to evolve, selling various things. Currently, digital marketing has a novel technique, namely live shopping, where sellers can present, promote and offer their products directly through live streaming on social media and e-commerce platforms. This research will focus on gaining insight into the factors influencing customers to watch and purchase through live streaming. This research is an early-stage study of exploring and searching for research models. The study used a literature review approach by reviewing similar previous research articles. Several variable components were used in this study. The findings of the factors include visibility capacity, meta-vocation capacity, purchase orientation capacity, social presence, price, perceived product quality, perceived enjoyment, purchase orientation, perceived usefulness, and intention to buy. These factors were tested and proved to be valid with Cronbach's Alpha value being more than 0.5 and reliable with the value of the loading factor a greater than 0.6. Criteria The factors of the findings for further analysis of the relationship between factors and other variables.

Post millennial generation, born after 1996 have their own characteristics especially in applying information technology in learning, and the teaching of English should be revisited to meet their needs and styles. The paper presents the gap between the experience of the post millennial generation and their expectation in learning English;as well as the lecturers' experience and perspective regarding the use of technology in learning a language. The data were gathered by distributing questionnaires to 247 university students investigating their generations, their expectation, and experience in learning English. The information from the lecturers was obtained by interviewing 10 lecturers from various generations. The results show that the score of students' experience regarding the use of technology is lower than those of their expectation. In their experience, technology has been implemented to obtain materials from website and to communicate with lecturers using Whattsap/facebook/Line. However, the highest score of students' expectation indicates that technology should be provided as campus facilities and be used to communicate with lecturers. The lecturers have applied technology to obtain supplementary materials and to initiate online games, also they expect to use various language application in teaching. The results of the research can function as the input in developing the teaching of English using technology. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Gamification is a concept in which game elements are applied in a non-game environment. In this paper, we analyze the use of the concept of gamification in learning using the mechanics, dynamics, and aesthetic (MDA) framework. Using the literature between 2017 and 2020, the gamification model used at the university is detailed according to three categories of the MDA Framework. From this study, it was found that leaderboard and points are still the dominant game mechanics. The results of this study can be used as a basis for researchers to know the application model of gamification that has been implemented and the impact of the implementation of the model. © 2020 IEEE.
