The profiling for Aptitude Inventory (P4AI) application is an application developed to help students carry out self-assessments so they can understand the interests of the appropriate majors and careers. The application was developed using the agile scrum methodology, which is a software engineering method that applies the principles of the AGILE approach so that it relies on the strength of team collaboration, incremental product, and iterative processes to realize the product with the best final result. The Scrum. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the scrum methodology applies to the requirements of application development. The results of the research are several outputs from the Agile Scrum Methodology process which is implemented in the development of the artificial intelligence based P4AI Application aptitude test website.

This study aims to assist resource management and the project controller at Port Harbor Company. Port Harbor Company is an IT Consulting. Problems that often occur in IT Consulting are related to the project cost, resource management and control of each project. Problems that occur at the Port Harbor Company are poor resource management, spending costs that exceed a predetermined budget and how to see the status of ongoing projects. Using Business Intelligence and the dashboard as a front end will help the project controller and resource management manage resources, manage project costs and monitor ongoing projects. University in Indonesia contemporary is looking for a solution to improve the university documentation such as certificate and transcript. But fake diploma certificate and transcript is an issue reported in several articles recently. The new technology called Blockchain has been elaborate and predicted can be used to solve the issue because of blockchain characteristics which are immutable, secure, tamperproof and unchangeable. The enrollment process is one of the vital process for university before the document can be made. Therefore, the research tries to elaborate deeply to create a model of the university student enrollment process. The research question of this research is how Blockchain Technology can be merge in the enrollment process? The model has been validated by several universities in Indonesia. Forum Group Discussion had been performed to discuss for enrollment process. In the end, many benefits come up from blockchain technology utilization to produce a reliable document such as diploma certificate and transcripts. © 2020 IEEE.

This paper examines the incorporation of DNA testing into intelligent education systems to develop customized learning plans that respond to the specific needs of each student. Through the examination of distinct genetic indicators associated with personality traits, talent, and inborn abilities, educators can formulate approaches that optimize academic achievement and boost the overall welfare of students. This approach not only enhances learning outcomes but also promotes a supportive and inclusive educational environment. The study critically examines the present state of literature regarding the correlation between genetics and learning. It digs into the ethical implications surrounding this topic and shows case studies that provide evidence of the effectiveness of teaching methods informed by DNA analysis. The results underscore the capacity of DNA testing to transform education by enhancing its adaptability and responsiveness to the distinct genetic composition of individual students. This underscores the need for additional research and ethical guidelines to guarantee responsible integration in educational environments.

Website development that considers usability and aesthetics will have an impact on achieving the website development goals themselves. Ease of users in using the features provided and the appearance of beauty that will increase user comfort becomes an important factor that must be considered in the website development process. This research is an attempt to incorporate the concepts of usability and aesthetics in the development of the Teacher Competencies 4.0 website, which is a website aimed at Indonesian teachers in conducting self-assessment of their competencies whether they are in accordance with the competency needs of 4.0. This research used Neuroresearch and Website Development Life Cycle as the research methods. Gender classification or identification is an interesting research area in speech or voice signal processing. It is a promising research area, and there still a room for improvements, especially in the localization context. There are not many researches related gender identification in Bahasa Indonesia. Most of the research found are in English, some are in Chinese, Korea, Arab, France. This paper will used primary data, self-collected in Bahasa Indonesia to identify the gender using the supervised machine learning algorithm. MFCC is used as the feature extraction algorithm for input in the machine learning. After comparing several algorithms: Artificial Neural Network, SVM and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm, ANN shows more promising result then others. There are 2.735 primary data used in this research. The result in this research will be used in future experiment about the impact of gender classification in voice recognition in Bahasa Indonesia. © 2020 IEEE.

Opinion has always affected businesses and individuals especially from the Public. People react through social media and spread it incompletely. The situation was then accepted as public opinion. There are three categories of opinion i.e., positive, negative, and neutral. To investigate public opinion on a particular issue of interest, sentiment analysis might be employed. By offering a solution to the text classification challenge, this experiment focuses on the perception of airline tweets among the American public. We offer a method to classify tweets as positive, negative, or neutral using three machine learning classifiers: Random Forest Classifier, Naive Bayes Classifier, and K-Nearest Neighbors Classifier. We examined the performance of three machine learning classifiers in terms of accuracy, average precision, average recall, and average f-1 score. The results demonstrate that the Random Forest Classifier, which produces 82% accuracy, 80% average precision, 82% average recall, and 80% average f1-score, performs the best among the machine learning classifiers.

The drug supply chain is an important variable that will be asked when there is a shortage of drugs. The distribution and storage of drugs require accurate predictions to support the drug supply chain. Many methods have been studied to obtain a high level of prediction accuracy. One of the methods used is an artificial neural network to recognize the pattern of drug demand. It is important to find breakthroughs in artificial neural network technology to anticipate drug shortages. This study seeks to identify and find challenges from previous research in drug supply management and drug demand prediction by utilizing neural networks over the past five years. From the seven sources used, 34 articles were selected based on inclusion criteria and keyword searches according to Kitchenham's systematic review methodology. The discussion areas of the selected articles are 29% in the Logistics and Inventory area, 20% Risk - Resilience, and 18% for Drug supply chain planning which is a description of the research development area. Integrated development provides room for the use of neural networks in these three correlated areas. The model for implementing neural networks in maintaining the continuity of drug shortages is always associated with policies adopted by all drug supply chain stakeholders to anticipate drug shortages.

The expansion of the web is accelerating, which helps encourage the creation of fresh ideas. In today's internet era, we must suggest techniques to filter out various information. Social media sentiment analysis based on Twitter data can monitor the real-time monitoring of the COVID-19 vaccine. In this way, relevant organizations or governments can take proactive steps to address misinformation and inappropriate behaviour around the COVID-19 vaccine, which threatens the success of the national vaccination campaign. The purpose of this research is to determine if there is a link between how people feel about the COVID-19 vaccine on Twitter and how many people actually get vaccinated against it. This study uses the COVID-19 All Vaccines Tweet dataset sourced from Kaggle. This research Identifies public sentiment, emotion, word usage, and trend of all filtered tweets. The results show that there are 31% positive tweets, 10% negative tweets, and 58% neutral tweets. Tweets with neutral subjective valence tend to cluster in the middle of the polarity scale (between -1 and +1), whereas tweets with strong subjective valence are spread across the scale.

The development of the national industry towards a better industry has a qualitative descriptive category using primary data to analyze the development of industrial waste treatment in Indonesia. This paper discusses the development of the national industry on the results of research showing that to realize industrial processing, a strong foundation is needed, and the transformation of the Indonesian economy in the field of industrial waste treatment through the use of natural resources that provide added value, preparation of additional costs to replace the use of other materials. The industrial structure needed by Indonesia is an industry with strong links with various industrial factories that are more environmentally friendly to the action of minimizing waste in Indonesia and the world. The industrial waste can be in the form of solid, liquid, or gas. Most of them have been processed before being disposed of. However, there are types of waste that are not managed properly, namely plastic waste that is not optimally processed. This can disrupt the environment, such as marine ecosystems. The reason people dispose of plastic waste directly is that the process of handling plastic waste is difficult and takes a long time. With such things, reduced costs in saving natural resources, and the substitution of more environmentally friendly production materials in industrial waste recycling to build a sustainable business and improve company performance when waste is no longer a problem, which can cause difficulties in the future.
