The purpose of writing this paper is to look at how factors of big data adoption affect the users of social media and brand popularity. The method used in the writing of this paper is by using path analysis and also by doing literature study to find reference material. The results of the analysis indicate that there is influence of big data adoption factors that affect the popularity of the brand. Students can learn from many various way, not only from textbook but also from the video game, Young people not so interested when learning about theorical or conceptual. Pancasila as a Indonesia Ideology, so young people must understand about Pancasila value. As Indonesian people, millennial generation lack of sense of nationalism because they don't understand about Pancasila value. They prefer interested to learn foreign culture than learning Pancasila value. Because of that to attract young people learning Pancasila value, it is must using interesting way for learning. Along with this research, the writer wants to Enhance Learning Experience through Visual Novel Game Genre. Researches uses User Experience Questionnaire to calculate overall participants reaction about what they experienced about The Friendship Game. The Friendship game have 5 chapters in total, the name of the chapters itself are inherited from Pancasila. The result show that while The Friendship game could relay the moral of the story very well, The game also Motivate the users to apply Pancasila morals into their everyday life and simultaneously increase the users knowledge about Pancasila and its principal seeds, The Character Design, The User Interface, and Layout Design itself should be taken into consideration as they could affect the users overall experience. So it could be concluded that The Friendship Visual Novel Game has an story that could relay the message inside to the users, motivate the users to apply Pancasila in their daily life and also increase their overall knowledge about Pancasila.

The development of information technology (IT) infrastructure currently has a vast influence on the economic growth of cities and districts in Indonesia, especially rural areas. This has resulted in government organizations including village governments building IT infrastructure to provide services and information about villages which is very significant. Digital villages are programs that implement government service systems, community services and community empowerment based on the use of technology. This program aims to develop village potential, marketing and accelerate access and public services. This research focuses on developing digital villages as a means of improving public services using internet infrastructure design approaches, e-business, and village potential information. This study aims to create a digital village concept as a means of building villages in Ogan Ilir district. The data collection technique uses direct interviews with several heads, village secretaries and village communities about their hopes regarding village internet development for the tourism business in their respective areas. After conducting interviews with the head, secretary and village community, the research summarizes them into research results and discussions which will describe the results of interviews and observations. The results of this research are internet network design and the needs of a digital village. Furthermore, this research develops a concept of digital village that is capable of being a guide for each village toward providing better public services. The proposed concept is categorized into six dimensions including village internet design, village internet infrastructure development, village network security, the role of private sectors in developing digital village, the role of internet providers, and the role of local government to distribute intenet access.

The goal of this research is to analyze of effectiveness the Next Generation Firewall that implemented to secure IoT in smart house and company network. The method used in this research is the method of comparison with a test of DDoS attacks, phishing and SQL Injection on both network, smart house network and company network. From the results of experiment, it can be concluded that the Next Generation Firewall has significantly better performance for protecting smart house and company network, it can increase security of data communication networks against threats from the Internet. © 2019 IEEE.

Smartphones are an object that is always carried everywhere and cannot be separated from everyday life. Smartphones were created with various purposes and features present in terms of education, entertainment, information, communication, and others. Besides these positive things, smartphones also trigger negative impacts such as wasting time interacting with screens, reducing academic achievement, and even decreasing muscle mass due to lack of movement. The next level is to make people become addicted to smartphones. For early adolescent children, smartphone addictions cause insomnia, social behavior, low self-esteem, and even anxiety. The complexity of anxiety symptoms in children is difficult for adults to understand. So, a way to predict smartphone addiction in early adolescence was initiated with a machine learning method, namely the SVM algorithm. The experiment in this paper is the SVM kernel testing. The best performance of SVM is while using a linear kernel; the accuracy reaches 96.4467%.

Indonesia is one of the biggest agriculture countries in the world with one of its major commodities, rice. Despite its vast paddy field and tropical resources, Indonesia still has not achieved food security. This paper explores ideas about how to present artificial intelligence that may increase rice productivity in Indonesia. Current situations of rice cultivation are mentioned start from existing technologies and systems used in Indonesia. Some artificial intelligence concepts are also introduced. Artificial Intelligence use in rice farming is then analyzed which ideas may be applicable to increase efficiency further. Those that are already implemented in rice farming include diseases and pest detection, prediction and estimation, and automated intelligent systems. In the proposed idea section, ideas to increase production are explored. Using advanced technologies may not be suitable for Indonesia's rice farmers. One argument is to minimize the differences in rice yield in different areas or so what we called yield gap. Factors such as weather, water, and harvest date are those with most impacts on the yield gap. It is beneficial to have a model that can predict the optimal planting date of rice since that will maximize the factors before. Among those implemented, a planting calendar prediction on rice-based on rainfall is already developed. However, rainfall is not the only factor. El-Nino occurrences and temperature changes also have a role in deciding when best to plant rice. The author suggests adding those two new variables, making three in total to the earlier neural network model may improve the overall result. © 2019 IEEE.

In this modern era, we can find for anything anytime, anywhere on the internet. Most people will find it on Google. When we look for something, we will go to Google search engines. Google has more than 35 trillion Web Pages on the internet and if we have a website how can people notice your website that is buried with other 35 trillion websites? The question is how to make our website can be in the top position of search results. The answer is simple, that is by optimizing search engines on your website. In this paper we will inform SEO techniques such as onsite optimization and offsite optimization along with the effects of the two techniques which also allows your website to be on the top search of results. Finally, we also discussed the benefits of the website being to be the top in search engine.

Understanding how social structures with the use of a network have been an active field of study for academics in the past five years alone. The need to properly comprehends how Social Network Analysis (SNA) is being studied grows more and more in recent years. In this article, we propose a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to the SNA to see how the algorithms, techniques, and methods are used also discuss their findings. We select thirty-one research studies on SNA. We found different algorithms and techniques that are being used. It is found that the selected research could be categorized into five different main topics which is academic, health, social media, communication, and technology. From all of the research paper discussed, it is also found that many algorithms and techniques are being used to enhanced the SNA, most of them are being machine learning algorithm such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, K Nearest Neighbor, and Whale Optimization Algorithm. While the common features of the datasets used in the research comes as different arrays of user information from social media platforms, Tweets and posts from multiple platforms, also a photographic input such as self-images, portraits, and context related pictures. This article will serve as a single reference for future researchers to the discovery of the latest SNA findings.

Sign language is an absolute thing that is mastered by some people, especially people who have hearing or deaf problems. Problems will occur if they want to communicate via mobile devices. They have to use an application that translate sign language to text and vice versa. The research in this field still open because each language will have different sign language. In the other hand the image that was captured by the mobile devices depend on the environment such as brightness and the background. The sign language captured with static background has high accuracy compared with dynamic background that has colorful background. Most of research do not include the dynamic background. Therefore in this study introduced an application used image recognition that can translate sign language with dynamic background into a text so that it can be used to communicate among people who have hearing problems and also between deaf and normal people. The experimental showed that accuracy of our system is 87%.

Artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare is becoming increasingly important, given its potential to optimize healthcare resources, such as generating and analyzing healthcare data, facilitating better patient experiences, increasing healthcare professional satisfaction, reducing per capita costs, and increasing population health. Most research focuses on the potential benefits and barriers of implementing AI in healthcare. At the same time, only a few describe rational research opportunities and trends for developing Applied Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare research. In this study, a graphical mapping of scientific publications and research trends in the Applied Artificial Intelligence in the Healthcare sector worldwide was conducted using biometric analysis. The Scopus database was used to collect information and conduct online analysis using the Scopus website. A demonstration of bibliometric network mapping was conducted using VOSViewer. The selection of articles starts by searching based on the desired keywords and year restrictions. Then the database was exported as RIS and CSV format files. Based on the search results from the Scopus database for the last five years, researchers obtained 492 scientific publications published between 2012 and 2021. We also use VOSViewer to map the network. According to the database, researchers in United States had the most published papers indexed by Scopus among the most prolific authors (N=98), with the India coming second (N=72) and the China third (N=48). This study recommends combining the research subjects of Applied Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare: Internet, Covid, Artificial Intelligence, Dataset, abbreviated with the ICAD research theme.
