The growing impact of industrial dynamics will be a challenge to increase productivity. Productivity is a demand for improving organizational performance. ERP systems are a way to increase productivity. Therefore, ERP implementation is important to ensure that ERP runs well. Critical factors in ERP implementation must get serious attention to project management. Even so, the reality of ERP implementation is slowly, even tends to experience failure, resulting in highly expensive. The previous research that carried out ERP implementation showed that the failure reached 40%, and the achievement of the benefits of ERP implementation in Indonesia is still not optimal. It can be said that ERP implementation is a complexity project. For this reason, it is necessary to consider other implementation methods that can overcome the problem in implementing ERP. An agile method is a proactive and reactive alternative to handle the problem in implementing of ERP. The development of an agile ERP model is one way to achieve success in ERP implementation. This research methodology is a survey approach to the study of literature. This research will propose an agile ERP model which will be used as an effective guide for achieving the success of ERP implementation. © 2019 IEEE.

Directorate General of Taxes for Republic of Indonesia has an internal unit named data processing centre (DPC) that has main duty to process paper tax return delivered from tax office. DPC practically implemented new tax return processing system to replace the old system, however the performance of the new system was not on a par with the old one, at the beginning. Then, DPC made several improvements to increase new system's performance. This study aims to measure the improvements made by DPC by using Six Sigma approach. The approach is functioned to assess data processing performance through DMAIC concept: i.e. define, measure, analyse, improve, and control. With the DMAIC concept, improvement exposes better result, the average value of six sigma significantly escalated by 0.97 to 2.56. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Having good sleep is important to maintain physical and mental health. However, many young adults suffer poor sleep due to work or academic demands. Even more, sleep is associated with stress which is many young adults experienced it. To solve this problem, many epidemiologic studies suggest that exercise may improve sleep quality. On the other hand, several studies show that daily activity has no association with sleep quality. In this study, we tried to find more evidence of whether the daily activity has an association with sleep quality or not. We used a commercially available wearable device to capture the subject's heart rate, step count and deep sleep duration for 7 months. Then we used linear regression, XGBoost, and Long Short-Term Memory to find an association between these variables. The results show that there was no association between these variables.

Statement of problem: Despite their widespread use in various educational contexts, the integration of chatbots into dental clinical education has not been thoroughly investigated. The noted discrepancy signifies a lack of understanding of how chatbots could enhance the personalized and interactive learning experiences of predoctoral dental students. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the awareness and perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, interaction experiences, and concerns about a custom-developed chatbot (CB) intervention in the clinical education of predoctoral dental students at the University of Illinois Chicago, College of Dentistry (UIC-COD) compared with the traditional Blackboard (BB) online platform. Material and methods: Eligible participants (n=86) providing verbal consent were allocated via the random block method into BB (n=43) and CB (n=43) groups and asked to engage with their designated platforms for 10 to 15 minutes by focusing on clinical inquiries in a predoctoral implant clinic and supported by a list of 35 typical questions. After the interaction, participants responded on a 5-point Likert scale to a 19-item survey probing AI awareness, platform engagement, and technological concerns. Survey data were anonymized and analyzed using descriptive, inferential statistics and nonparametric Mann-Whitney U tests to compare interventions. The Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons was performed (α=.0045). Results: Neither the BB or CB group showed any difference in their awareness and perception of AI technology. The CB group demonstrated improved timeliness (P<.001), more interaction (P<.001), reduced faculty workload (P=.001), enhanced receptiveness (P=.002), and less anxiety (P<.001) and was more satisfied (P<.001) when compared with the BB group. This study aims to develop a valid and reliable video analysis instrument to determine teachers’ character in the opening lesson in terms of its utterances and produce video analysis on micro-teaching that will be used in training related to Artificial Intelligence (AI). The type of research used is research and development. The subject of this research is the micro-teaching video of class E students’ batch 2019, Mathematics Education Study program at Sanata Dharma University. The product of this research is a video analysis instrument to find out the character of the prospective teachers, such as confidence, enthusiasm, and happiness in terms of voice utterances. This study uses the ADDIE research model. The results show that the video analysis instrument has a validity value of 4.80 which means it's very valid. Video analysis instrument to find out the enthusiastic character has a value of validity of 4.70, which means it's very valid. Then, the video analysis instrument to find out the character of happiness has a validity value of 4.60 which means it's very valid. The practicality of the developed video analysis instrument meets the required criteria with a practicality value of 4.31. Overall, the video analysis instrument developed belongs to an effective category.

Mathematical modeling in the epidemiology study can be applied to describe the current transmission of viruses, one of which is compartments. However, this simulation model is rigorous to understand, especially in interpreting the parameter values in influencing the solution. Therefore, it is necessary to present a coherent mathematical model solution. This study aims to determine the SEIRD model solution in the COVID-19 transmission using Microsoft Excel with three conditions (normal, new normal, and lockdown) to facilitate the interpretation of data. The SEIRD model used in this study considers natural population growth, namely natural births and deaths. Three stages to evaluate the model solution in this study are constructing a mathematical model, deciding the parameter intervals, and creating an applet in Microsoft Excel. The system of differential equations is converted into a system of difference equations to obtain numerical model solutions. The results showed that the differences in the infection rates for old normal, new normal, and lockdown conditions were 24%, 4%, and 3%, respectively.

Politic is one of the most favorite topics to discuss in social media for people in Indonesia. It was proven when a people movement to support the Commission of Corruption Eradication (KPK) named #SaveKPK has been enlived for ten years and become a trending topic on Twitter for several times. In this research, all tweets contain `#SaveKPK' are crawled and compiled using an alternative algorithm to get twitter historical data instead of using Twitter API. The result described the characteristic of the dataset statistically, from the most frequently used words to the most active users. A clustering algorithm named Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) was run over the gathered text dataset to discover most relevant keywords using unsupervised learning approach.

Face recognition has a lot of use on smartphone authentication, finding people, etc. Nowadays, face recognition with a constrained environment has achieved very good performance on accuracy. However, the accuracy of existing face recognition methods will gradually decrease when using a dataset with an unconstrained environment. Face image with an unconstrained environment is usually taken from a surveillance camera. In general, surveillance cameras will be placed on the corner of a room or even on the street. So, the image resolution will be low. Low-resolution image will cause the face very hard to be recognized and the accuracy will eventually decrease. That is the main reason why increasing the accuracy of the Low-Resolution Face Recognition (LRFR) problem is still challenging. This research aimed to solve the Low-Resolution Face Recognition (LRFR) problem. The datasets are YouTube Faces Database (YTF) and Labelled Faces in The Wild (LFW). In this research, face image resolution would be decreased using bicubic linear and became the low-resolution image data. Then super resolution methods as the preprocessing step would increase the image resolution. Super resolution methods used in this research are Super resolution GAN (SRGAN) [1] and Enhanced Super resolution GAN (ESRGAN) [2]. These methods would be compared to reach a better accuracy on solving LRFR problem. After increased the image resolution, the image would be recognized using FaceNet. This research concluded that using super resolution as the preprocessing step for LRFR problem has achieved a higher accuracy compared to [3]. The highest accuracy achieved by using ESRGAN as the preprocessing and FaceNet for face recognition with accuracy of 98.96 % and Validation rate 96.757 %. © 2020, CC BY.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit/Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical. © 2019 IEEE.
