IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit/Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical. © 2019 IEEE.

Information Technology (IT) has been widely used by most companies to improve competitiveness in the business, especially banks. It even becomes a crucial pillar to support business activities and should be managed properly to keep the continuity of its services. To achieve excellent IT services, knowledge among employees in IT division are needed to leverage their skills and shared the same information among them. The targets of this research are to accommodate knowledge procurement tools to record the problems and update the solutions on the helpdesk module, add knowledge presentation for searching solutions feature on agent helpdesk, and library module. The implementation of Knowledge Management System (KMS) based on Value Network and Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analysis is the answer that has been waiting for to solve the existing problems, especially for human resources which tends to be difficult to manage. This solution gives many great benefits to the company to store the knowledge as the important assets, improve the collaboration between employees, help to search the solution based on the problem, support self-learning culture, make the process easy to do the knowledge sharing and distribution, and facilitating the aspirations and ideas of the employees.

Mathematical understanding is one of the five essential skills in learning mathematics. It is essential to develop this mathematical understanding ability to solve problems in real life by applying the mathematics they understand. This study aimed to find out how the mathematical understanding ability of Tuton students in the Statistics Method class at the Open University was determined. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The instruments used to collect data are in the form of tests of mathematical understanding abilities and documentation. The test results were analyzed based on indicators of mathematical understanding. The results of this study indicate that the students’ mathematical understanding ability is high.

Student performance has an important role to measure student quality. Student quality can be measured through predictions of student performance. Prediction can be done using data mining techniques. One technique that can be used is the classification method. The research aims to find out which classification model has the best performance related to student performance data. The data used is taken from UCI Machine Learning, namely student performance. The study used seven methods, namely K-nearest neighbor, classification and regression trees, naïve bayes, adaboost, extratree, bernaoulli naïve bayes, random forest. The technology used to compare the seven methods uses Python programming. Testing the performance of methods using cross validation. The results of this study are the comparison of student performance classification algorithms on student math, namely K-Nearest Neighboring of 86.52%, classification and regression tests of 86.08%, naïve bayes of 84.78%, adaboost of 88.04%, extratree of 81.30%, bernaoulli naïve bayes of 79.34%, random forest E of 87.82%, random forest G of 89.78%. Based on these results we know that the best classification method is the random forest G of 89.78%. © 2019 IEEE.

Meeting the demands of industry 4.0, teachers are required to improve the quality of their profession. Gamification is a concept that is carried out in order to improve the results of the delivery of information. One area that can take advantage of gamification is education. In education, gamification is a strategy that impelements the elements of a game into a non-game context to resolve the issue with the aim of motivating the user in the process of the activities of learning such as snake and ladders. The basic reason for eliminating the kind of gamification into the game of snakes and ladders is because this game is one of the lightest board games and is quite popular in Indonesia besides other board games such as monopoly, ludo, checkers, and checkers The study will also examine some of the literature that supports the gamification strategy adopted in the game of snakes and ladders, analyzes the weaknesses of the past research, looks for novelties that can be implemented and modified as a learning tool for early childhood to increase attractiveness, interaction and understanding. This study uses a systematic literature review approach from journals and scientific publication articles from 2014 to 2020 regarding gamification strategies in learning using learning tools, especially using snake and ladders. This study will conclude the novelty and opportunities of the snake and ladder game to be modified as part of the gamification strategy concept for early childhood learning. The development of these games can be directed towards some material and changes in the form of games from conventional to digital according to learning needs. © 2020 IEEE.

While Information Technology becomes the interesting topic in education, computer Laboratory as a learning center becomes an important supporting facilities in Higher Education. Whereas, current awareness level of service quality for higher education management is quite lower than the enterprise management. In the daily operation of IT Service Management (ITSM) in computer laboratory, service activities in computer laboratory mostly uncontrolled and not standardized. By maximizing the service standard level in computer laboratory, university could maintain customer satisfaction subsequently. This research will focus in creating an IT Service Model, Service Standard Process, and the web application by referring to ITIL-Incident Management Framework as a best practice of ITSM framework. The design process use UML diagram as the tools in drawing the process flow of system. © 2019 IEEE.

Business model research on m-business with an entrepreneurial mindset continues to grow. The purpose of this study was to review the body of knowledge and research on the relationship between business models and m-business from the standpoint of a systematic literature review. The PRISMA protocol for conducting and reporting the systematic review was followed when conducting the systematic literature review. Based on a systematic search of the Scopus database, a total of 21 peer-reviewed articles were included. The research agenda for further work in this field was provided in themes such as yearly research, multilevel, perspective, as well as the geographic context of the business model on m-business. The categorization of the business model on m-business was carried out to understand the direction of study in this field and the emphasis on certain aspects.

Online Learning provides flexibility in the teaching model. Flipped learning is a learning model that combines Online Learning and Classical Learning or what is called blended learning. In flipped learning, the role of Information Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in the success of student engagement. The application of technology and the framework used are some success factors in flipped learning. In this study reviewing the use of ICT articles and models / frameworks in flipped learning, there are 163 articles which are further synthesized based on content and Research Questions into 41 papers. From the results of the review, there are 3 factors that are considered in flipped learning, namely cognitive aspects, ICT utilization and models / frameworks.

Chemical and biological contaminants on fishery products: A comparative comparison

Indonesia has an important role as a global fishery source country. Therefore, food security in the field of fishery products as an export commodity needs to receive great attention to maintain the acceptance of Indonesian fishery products in export destination countries. In this comparative study, data collected from laboratory tests on fishery export products during 2021 was carried out. In this study, 49 types of fish product samples were obtained. The number of tests carried out was 1,143 tests consisting of 348 tests for chemical contaminants and 795 tests for biological contaminants. The results showed that fishery products contaminated with heavy metals Pb, Cd, and Hg were 15.0%, 27.1%, and 29.9% and were still below the maximum threshold for fishery products. Meanwhile, for microbiological contamination, TPC results ranged from 1.0 x 102-9.0 x 105 CFU/ml, E. coli was less than 2.55 MPN/100ml, Coliform was less than 2.85 MPN/100 ml, and S. aureus was less than 10 MPN/100ml. and still below the maximum threshold for fishery products. From the results of this comparative study, it can be concluded that there are still fishery products that are contaminated with chemical and biological contaminants. However, the contaminant value is still below the predetermined threshold.
