Sports science can have a significant and positive impact on coaches and athletes, as well as for the professional sports organization. According to this situation, more and more organizations are competing to implement sports science as the monitoring systems. Along with the development of technology, it becomes easier for humans to carry out their activities, including communication with each other. Advances in the field of communication technologies have led to the use of social networks to support all activity. With social media, all kinds of information that people want to search for can be found easily. Social networks have their uniqueness in their characteristics. Like LINE has free calling and video calling features, while Instagram has features like Instagram Story, where users can document their activities in the form of photos or recordings. By all the characteristics of social networks, it will support the activity of sports science. The methodology of this research focused on quantitative research based on the T-test approach. The result shows that social media involvement can significantly support collaboration in sports science, so it can increase people's motivation to interact with other participants in sport organizations.

Recent advances in genomics on healthcare technology have opened the path towards more precise treatments by analysing patients' genome using a high throughput DNA sequencing technology called Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). The information obtained is further used to determine a more effective treatment path for patients based on their genetic profiles. It can also be employed to predict the risk of patients developing certain diseases. Despite particular difficulties it might create in the first phase of settling the integrative frameworks down, a successful combination of NGS and Big Data technology would offer a huge improvement in terms of the effectiveness of treatments and medicine administration for the patients. This study defines the problem of how understanding health protocols during a pandemic is correctly conveyed according to age levels. This problem for the Government to implement gamification by modifying game media through snake and ladder game that can socialize health protocols for pre-school. Measuring the acceptance of a snake and ladder game media can be considered as a learning medium from the Government which will refer to four components (game content, ease of play, appearance, and active player involvement). The purpose of this study was to modify online-based games as a learning media and to measure children's active interaction with parents in practicing health protocols during game play. This study will use a quantitative approach with data techniques through playing together experiments and filling in online research questionnaires from 115 samples as participants (7 Kindergartens). The results show that the snake and ladder digital game can have a significant effect on changes behavior in implementing health protocols. This research can provide a contribution that can be used as a reference for the Government to design a strategy for socialization through gamification.

This study aims to find empirical evidence in filling the 'how-to' gap of a service company in order to have a sustainable competitive advantage by adopting lean system or known as a workplace organization. This study surveyed 150 customers from three largest franchise minimarts in Bandung City in order to determine the characteristics and interrelations that occur in the three research objects observed, namely 5S or workplace organization, service's waste, and service quality. The method used is descriptive method and structural equation modeling based on the least squares method or PLS-SEM. The statistical tools used are SPSS20 and SmartPLS3. The results reveals that the three largest franchise minimarts in Bandung City, had a high level of service quality, low service's waste, and well-managed workplace organization. The relationship between them shows that the three franchise minimarts continue to survive and continue to grow after operating for more than 3 decades, because they implemented a workplace organization (5S, seiri-seiton-seiso-seiketsu-shitsuke), so that this can reduce the occurrence of service's waste by 82.4 %, where even this has an impact on increasing service quality by 27.9% with a very high model strength of 73.5%.

Statistical Downscaling (SD) is a model that uses satellite data from General Circulation Models (GCM), which in climatology are very useful in predicting climate for the next few decades. GCM data is generally ill-conditioned, which is high dimension and multicollinearity, so a special technique is needed to handle this poorly conditioned. One of the variable selection techniques and handling of multicollinearity which is currently highly developed is regularization techniques including Adaptive Lasso, where selective parameters are adaptive, which can differ for each regression coefficient. Until now, predictions of extreme rainfall in Indonesia have not used Adaptive Lasso in SD modeling. This paper aims to predict the amount of rainfall (in millimeters) at moderate extreme (quantile 0.75) and high extreme rainfall (quantile 0.9 da 0.95) and handling poorly conditioned GCM data with Adaptive Lasso techniques and building predictive models of local rainfall by utilizing GCM data using the Bayes quantile regression model. Response in the form of monthly rainfall at Indramayu district, West Java Indonesia, and 49 explanatory variables in the form of GCM precipitation data in the period January 1981 - December 2013, which handled multicollinearity and variable selection using the Adaptive Lasso. The results are very satisfying with correlation between predicted and real data is above 0.91 for and the RMSEP is less than 50.
