Solar dryer is typically used for agricultural purposes in Indonesia. There are many economically important crops requiring storage or drying under particular environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. High temperatures inside solar dryer prevents the growth of microorganism, and quickly reduce moisture content from the substance. A hybrid solar dryer is generally considered to provide the most optimum solution, however solar panels may be expensive and they still only provide heat or energy in the daytime. Hence, we propose here a new kind of hybrid solar dryer for 24/7 optimum conditions for crops - enabled by recent advances in energy technologies as well as Industry 4.0. This study aims to create an efficient, affordable and a self-sufficient intelligent energy system that will be applied to agriculture for storage or drying purposes by measuring the energy needs for the optimal drying system. Therefore, it is crucial to estimate and assess the critical energy needs for such new systems in order to optimize and design such smart solar dryer (SSD) system especially for Indonesia's agricultural needs. We use design experience of our industry partner (PT Impack Pratama Industri, Indonesia) who has been working extensively on such solar dryer dome (SDD) based on polycarbonate material (only solar irradiation, no other technologies) and theoretical framework based on first principles in thermodynamics to estimate and assess critical energy needs for such dome with all the smart technologies. The calculation was performed based on Mollier diagram and the result still a rough estimation of energy required.

Providing high-order thinking skills is one of the main goals in the 21st-century learning concept which aims to form toughness and high-quality thinking skills in analyzing, evaluating, and looking for alternative solutions to the problems at hand. One of the efforts that can be made to improve teacher competence in the 21st-century learning concept is by organizing a Professional Development program (PK) through Increased Learning Competence (PKP). This research is a quantitative study using the one-group pretest-posttest design method. The population in this study were subject teachers throughout Bogor Regency. Sampling was carried out using convenience sampling. The sample of this study was 20 junior high school mathematics teachers in Bogor Regency. The 20 teachers are called target teachers The objectives of this study were 1) how is the provisioning process for target teachers in Bogor Regency to have learning competency skills that can train students in solving HOTS questions, 2) whether there is an increase in the learning competence of target teachers. This research is a quantitative study using the one-group pretest-posttest design method. Statistical tests were carried out twice, namely before the training process (pretest) and after the training process (posttest). The instrument used in this study was a test question. The test instrument consists of a comprehension ability test in the form of short answers and problem-solving in the form of a description. This research aims at examining the comparison of Different Solvent Extractions on antidiabetic activity tests of Cassia *** leaf. It conducted in vitro using the α-glucosidase enzyme and maceration technique with ethanol concentration of 70% and 90%. In this case, each ethanol extract was fractionated using ethyl acetate and hexane. The results of the t test statistic are greater than t table of 2.262 and the Sig value is smaller than α of 0.05. Therefore, It found that the difference in average antidiabetic activity for 70% and 90% concentrations in ethanol, ethyl acetate and hexane fractions produced positive values. However, the two ethanol concentrations differ in producing an average antidiabetic activity. Finally, the research concluded that the antidiabetic activity of *** leaf extract with an ethanol concentration of 70% is better than ethanol concentration of 90%.
