This paper demonstrates the usability measurement of web-based student grade processing information system. The instrument used is a USE Questionnaire to obtain user satisfaction data. Atisa Dipamkara High school has been using an online application system to process the Students Grade. The application system is a web-based information system to assist the process of making the student reports every semester. This paper discusses the method of measuring the level of use of the application of student grade processing in Atisa Dipamkara High school. One factor in measuring the quality of an information system is usability. Usability level refers to the ease of use of such information systems or software. The higher the usability value means the higher the benefits of the information system in helping the users. This measurement of usability is using USE Questionnaire consisting of 3 parameters namely benefits (usefulness), ease to use and ease to learn. Data collection involves 25 teachers as user respondents of this information system. The result of usability measurement will have the value of «feasibility» and proof that there is significant influence between usefulness variable, ease to use and ease to learn to user satisfaction variable. © 2018 The Authors. Nowadays the content growth in a Knowledge Management System (KMS) occurs very quickly and is formed in various file types. Due to the phenomenon, many organizations shift their system or storage media with cloud computing. So that formed an architecture where the application system and content storage to be separate and distribute. In advance these two sub-systems are generally integrated into an intranet infrastructure, so there is no problem in communication between the sub-systems. Another thing to note is that the hook information between the people and the content is required. Hence, an architecture to push new content when it is present in the system is needed. Therefore, it takes an architecture that integrates cloud storage with an on-premise KMS system to push new content in the system. The objective of this study is to generate an architecture for an organization that implements KMS and requires push new content system from cloud storage. The method used is using literature study and architecture model development with examples of implementation in cloud Microsoft Azure and KMS bina nusantara University. The result of this study is an architecture on KMS that is integrated with cloud storage and supports a new content push notification system. © 2018 IEEE.

Nowadays, the phenomenon that occurs in a system is the data collected very much, data growth very fast and data formed in several dimensions or commonly referred as big data. Along with this, it is generally an application that uses big data needs to be equipped with a search feature. BINUS Pages module on Applications BINUS Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a module to facilitate the search function for employees as expert locator system. This module has been built using employees data consist of various dimensions and distributed database, these impact on query performance was very slow. With the current algorithm, search time is about 5 to 8 minutes, it is felt too long and causes reluctance to use the system. The purpose of this research is to develop a new algorithm so that the execution time of the search function can be faster. The research method used are literature study, algorithm development and algorithm test. The test is done by testing 3 keywords with 30 iterations for each. The conclusion of this research is that the new algorithm using temporary table can speed up the searching execution time with result maximum is 34 seconds, minimum is 4 seconds, and average is 21 seconds with same context testing. © 2018 IEEE.

Virtual Pet Simulator Game Using Augmented Reality on Android Platform

Augmented reality is one of the interactive technologies that can be used to help the user to easily interact with the system. The game application called AR Virtual Pet Simulator is a simulator game which uses Augmented Reality technology to display a virtual pet, for the purpose of enhancing the users' experience. Users can also interact by using application to understand the daily behaviours of pets. Application development methods are carried out starting from gathering requirements, design, implementation, to testing and evaluation. Results from the end evaluation shows that the application was well-liked by users and it could help users in knowing how to take care of pets, but the experience of using the application is not the same as having a pet in the real world. Conclusion gathered from the research is that applications with virtual pets are not able to entirely replace real pets but are able to provide knowledge on taking care of pets. Where users cannot interact directly with pets.

Agriculture plays a very important role in the welfare of the Indonesian people, amounting to more than 260 million people, with the majority of professions as farmers (40 million people). Agriculture is also very strategic for national development because it absorbs 32 % of the labor market, the largest compared to the trade sector which is only 23 %, services as much as 16%, industry by 13% and construction around 5%. However, agriculture cannot be perceived as a sufficient livelihood for some farmers, which is indicated by a decline in the number of farmers by 1.1 % per year. Knowledge and information will be one of the important solution to the problem if it can be collected, accessed and implemented by farmers, so they can increase productivity, and sell high-value commodities. Agricultural Knowledge and Information System is a necessary instrument for that purpose because it is an efficient model of managing resources which will drive low cost model of operation and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This study proposes an agricultural knowledge and innovation system model by conducting a literature review and questionnaire distribution to collected data, then followed by conducting system analysis and design with Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) method. Furthermore, the study using use case diagram and class diagram in Unified Modeling Language (UML) notations. The results of this research are the comprehensive and robust system model to collect, manage, and disseminate agricultural knowledge and information in the context of best practices in the field. © 2018 IEEE.

Searching for data or documents that are always a necessity in the world of education, work, research an others requires convenience so that time efficiency occurs. This is supported by the emergence of various Information Retrieval system applications, one of which is cata, which is built on the Java programming language and applies the Generalized Vector Space Model method which can search based on similar keywords. Other facilities need to be developed, one of which is by applying the stemmer porter algorithm applied to the WTS (Web Tokenization Stemming) web which is built with the laravel framework that can search data or documents simply by typing the basic words so that searches are easier and faster. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. Improving the company's performance to compete globally, in rapid growth market economy condition, is practically required. One of the important things is right decision in issues of supplier selection. The improper supplier affects consequence negatively to the quality of company's business process. Thus, the right way to answer the issues is incredibly crucial to be proposed. This study aims to design an application to determine the sub-criteria weight with Fuzzy-AHP method, select the best supplier via Fuzzy-TOPSIS method, and calculate the allocation of quota to each supplier thru Fuzzy-MOLP method. The study was conducted on high class store by taking the object of material gymnastic product (spandex). Simulation confidently demonstrates that the Fuzzy-AHP approach is able to be operated to generate parameter Quality Product as the best sub-criteria (with value 0.221), the Fuzzy-TOPSIS technique can be used to ring out the supplier (where CV. Maju Jaya Abadi as the best supplier), and the method Fuzzy-MOLP is exploited to calculate the allocation of quota (where CV. Maju Jaya Abadi as a supplier with the highest percentage of 44.40%). © 2018 IEEE.

Deep Learning is currently the state-of-the-art technique for various computer Vision tasks, including object counting. Despite of its high performance, Deep Learning requires a gigantic amount of training data to show its best result. Getting this massive data in reasonable time requires a proper strategy such as crowdsourcing. However, in case of object counting, we found no crowdsourcing system able to effectively collect necessary data. To tackle this problem, we develop a crowdsourcing system to annotate image for object counting dataset. This system is also equipped with validation system to ensure the quality of collected dataset. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

Breast cancer is one of the deadliest cancer for female nowadays. Despite of the rapid advancement in medical image analysis with the rise of deep learning, development of breast cancer detection system is limited due to relatively small size of the publicly available mammogram dataset. In this paper, we discover an effective configuration for transfer learning from Chest X-Ray pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network to overcome the small-size mammogram dataset problem. We found that the best configuration achieve 90.38% validation accuracy for modified. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

After Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) established in Jakarta, a change of air quality was indicated by the citizens. Representatives of Indonesia's Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) supported as the fact that mobility of Jakarta's citizen and commuters were reduced. With utilizing Weather Data Acquisition System managed by BMKG, this research compared fluctuations of Jakarta's air quality during two periods of time: Pre-PSBB and During-PSBB. This study proved that Jakarta's air quality has positively improved compared to the previous year, although in the lower range of unhealthy level.
