It is difficult for small businesses to evolve without utilizing an adequate system which is able to manage information within the business entity efficiently. The reporting system commonly used utilizes query which consumes a large amount of time in order to generate results fulfilling requirements set by the user. In order to simplify and speed up reporting in digital world and eventually results in improvement of business, the business entity needs a system which can address problems quickly and easily. In this paper, data warehouse system which could simplify and speed up the reporting provisions that is needed by the business without having to modify the existing query being implemented. With Kimball approaches, the data to be reported could be customized in various forms in accordance with the requirements set by the entity.

Geographically, Indonesia is a meeting point of three continental plates. Scilicet, the Eurasian Plate, the Indo-Australian Plate, and the Pacific Plate. Therefore, Indonesia is part of the infamous volcanic zone called the ”Ring of Fire” and one of the areas prone to natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and landslides. This study aims to capture the spatial pattern and identify the causes of social vulnerability in the districts/cities in Indonesia using the biclustering method. The data is extracted from the Indonesian National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) by BPS-Statistics in 2014. The biclustering result indicates that each district/city has its own social vulnerability characteristics and shows that the vulnerable aspects of each district/city are different. The adjacent observations tend to have social vulenrability characteristics. The results of this study can be used as a reference for national disaster mitigation policy in Indonesia.

Technology has developed so well even to the point where machines can recognize our faces. There many APIs and algorithms out there that can recognize human faces. These APIs or algorithms is called Artificial Intelligence or AI. As modern civilian life in modern society, AI has been used so many times and developed into something more. This time, we proposed an idea to recognize motions and emotions on human faces to detect their stress levels. Companies nowadays need to have something that can know how their employees are feeling or think about their work. This program works by taking an image input from mounted cameras on the office's monitor. However, before that, the program must have been trained first to recognize faces and emotions. For this, the eigenfaces algorithm is used. After the input is received, then the program will process the image received and extract the features from the images such as eyes, nose, mouth, etc. to detect if there are faces and also the emotions of the face. After that, the features extracted will be matched with the features in the database to give an output of the percentage of stress.

Channa striata or the striped snakehead fish is one of snakehead fish species which inhabits all types of freshwater bodies distributed across Asian countries. Because this fish is known to have higher albumin fraction (64.61%) of protein and other economic values, domestication, and cultivation of this fish has been done in many Asian countries such as Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, and India. Environmental factors such as temperature, water pH, dissolved oxygen, total dissolved solids, and turbidity are important parameters must be considered inbreeding and growing this type of fish. The aim of this paper is to propose an IoT solution to automatically monitor these environmental factors. It is designed with affordable and open-source electrical components to provide a cost-efficient solution for farmers. Five sensors are used to measure each parameter. A web application prototype is also presented as a companion application for the users to get useful information from the IoT device. It is developed using a Pythonframework. By accessing this web application, the users can immediately detect any abnormal conditions of the pond.

Website development that considers usability and aesthetics will have an impact on achieving the website development goals themselves. Ease of users in using the features provided and the appearance of beauty that will increase user comfort becomes an important factor that must be considered in the website development process. This research is an attempt to incorporate the concepts of usability and aesthetics in the development of the Teacher Competencies 4.0 website, which is a website aimed at Indonesian teachers in conducting self-assessment of their competencies whether they are in accordance with the competency needs of 4.0. This research used Neuroresearch and Website Development Life Cycle as the research methods. The results of the research are website designs that have taken into account the usability and aesthetics so that the website is expected to be able to be felt by the teacher and continue to continuously use the website to carry out continuous assessment.

The Constitutional Court of The Republic of Indonesia is an institution which has authority to judge and examine constitutions. In this institution, each component has responsibility to manage their own finance and budgeting. Based on this case, they need a solution to summarize the amount and absorption of the budget in every component. This paper proposes a solution to design a data warehouse model to process and analyse the down payment administration data. The nine steps design methodology for developing data warehouse is implemented in this work. This paper aims to bring some benefit for The Constitutional Court, especially in form of information about down payment absorption for every component each year. Content based recommendation system tries to recommend items similar to those a given user has likely in the past, whereas systems designed according to the collaborative recommendation paradigm identify users whose preferences are similar to those of the given user and recommend items they have liked. The proposed recommendation system is discussing about Data finitihotel recommendations for a place across U.S. The selected process for the recommendation is calculating the rating of hotel categories on the city. By calculating hotel categories from several city by combining two features namely categories and taken from the city of the selected hotelcategory as well. The result of process will be recommended hotel with highest ratingto the user.

This paper propose a serious game to teach social critique to adults with a desktop horror myth game, as the moral story of the myth fits to the social subject to teach to the player/learner. Social problems have been an interesting subject to talk, discuss, and debate in all around the world. This due to the wave of change and shift in the population cohort, and influence the behaviour differences within population cohort, causing a plenty of social problems in the world. Research shown that in Indonesia, social problem is one of the highlight in the society nowadays. Hence, this research is aiming to contribute to a design of a serious game teach social critique to adults, and the evaluations of the serious game design for social problems. The results demonstrate the participants rated that they are happy with the game. Moreover, from the questionnaire, the average score for all items is 3,968, and the highest score belongs to Q6 (4,223), while the lowest score belongs to Q4 (3,800). Moreover, 81% of the players got the right messages about social critique to the society. Finally, the short interview shows the participants felt that the experience when playing the game empower them to get right messages about social critique to the society, where 90% agreed they have gained knowledge and awareness regarding to Narcotics Psychotropic and Addictive Substance and culture of littering arise in the Indonesia. © 2018 The Author(s).

computer has been assisting human in almost all aspects of daily life. Despite the computer outsmart human in some tasks, it is a social ignorant tool. It does not understand and capable of doing natural conversation with human. To build a system that can naturally understand and communicate with human, it is essential to train the system with natural conversation data. This paper proposes a dataset which consists of natural dyadic conversation in Indonesian language. Where literature suggested that there are exists inadequate number of conversation dataset in Indonesian Language. There are 3164 words (formal and slang (informal nonstandard words) annotated from the recording of five groups, with the largest number of words belong to Food topic (Group 3, 826 words), and the lowest one belongs to Travelling topic (Group 2, 372 words). The dataset contributes a pre-trained conversation model with deep learning (LSTM). The model is trained in 10000 iterations, 128 batches, and 4 hidden layers, resulted in a perplexity of 2.01. © 2018 The Author(s).

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) has been increasingly used in wireless broadband communication systems. Guard interval (GI) is used in OFDM system to reduce inter-symbol interference (ISI). As selection of the length of guard interval depends on the channel condition, the length of guard interval will change dynamically. Thus there must be a way to synchronize this parameter between the transmitter and the receivers. Traditional OFDM systems require a transmitter to notify its receivers using additional signal and thus result additional bandwidth. However, the length of guard interval is usually fixed in conventional OFDM system, which decreases the power and spectrum efficiency considerably, especially in a mobile environment. To solve this problem, an OFDM system with variable guard interval is proposed in this paper. This system first utilizes the preamble and pilot sub-carriers of each OFDM packet burst to estimate the channel RMS delay spread, and then the result is fed into the guard interval controller. Then, the controller uses a criterion to calculate the guard interval and control the OFDM transmitter.
