This research proposes a dynamic game balancing by using Facial Expression Recognition to enhance the player's experience when playing the game. Research has shown that players generally express their emotions when playing the game. This allow us to capture the player's expression from their face and use it to dynamically adjust the game difficulties. A preliminary study was conducted to capture what kind of game that would be suitable to test dynamic balancing. The game with a dynamic balancing system then was developed using Scrum methodology as the software development methodology. Furthermore, the dynamic balancing in the game was simulated in the computer and evaluated, with some of items from Immersive Experience Questionnaire, with players played two versions of game, one with dynamic balancing activated and the other with-out dynamic balancing activated. The results evidently show that there was some statistically significant enhancement in the game with Facial Expression Recognition activated as a game dynamic game balancing compare to the one with-out Facial Expression Recognition. © 2018 The Author(s).

Document management system makes user to access information anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to analyze what variables have impact on the intention to use of document management system. To achieve the objectives conducted by identification problem on the research model developed from the model of Technology Acceptance Model and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to the use of document management system. Furthermore, the data obtained from the respondents tested outer model, inner model test, hypothesis test and to produce a comprehensive analysis will be conducted Importance Performance Analysis. This research will result in a comprehensive analysis and able to provide recommendations and solutions for improvement from the implementation DMS has been done earlier. © 2018 IEEE.

This research aims to design and implement a home security system with the capability for human detection. The traditional home security system, i.e. closed circuit television (CCTV) can only capture and record the video without able to give warning feedback if there is any suspicious object. Therefore, an additional object detection and warning method is required if there is an intruder. The proposed design is implemented using Raspberry Pi 3 and Arduino, which are connected by USB cable. The PIR sensor is installed on the Arduino and the webcam is mounted on Raspberry Pi 3. The Raspberry Pi 3 is used to process inputs from received sensors and process images for human detection. The PIR sensor detects the movement around the sensor to activate the webcam to capture a picture. Then, the object recognition is performed using histogram of gradient (HoG) and support vector machine (SVM) to detect the suspicious object. If the suspicious object is detected, then alarm is activated to warn the house owner about the existence of intruder. The evaluation results show that it takes in average 2 seconds for proposed system to detect the intruder. It also shows that the system can successfully detects the intruder with accuracy of 89%. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

A growth of city can be a benefit both for the government and the citizen its self. In addition, if the growth are not accompany with the advantages of the technology, it would be such a time and work stress. In this work will focus on the integration citizen’s suggestion system. In addition to the suggestion system, citizen will be able to suggest an improvement through android application independently, various categories provided in the system. By implementing such system, the government will collect the data efficiently and will execute the proposal effectively without gap of time due to the traditional approach.

The purposes of this research are to learn the construction of Pancasila as an applied paradigm in suggesting policies of fair economy for developing saving habits of students in bina nusantara University Jakarta. The economy of Indonesia has expected high growth in accordance with Pancasila, which is the value of Indonesian's ideology such as religious values, culture, and norms that have been well-respected. This study used a qualitative descriptive method through interviews with ten millennial generation students. Data analysis techniques are using 'contents analysis' methods to explore and build meanings from the taken research data. Pancasila is the basic compass of the breath of economic movement. The values of Pancasila encourage to every citizen of the right to freedom of savings. The lifestyle of saving is one of the initial factors for economic growth in a society because it has social benefits. The family is the first place where the younger generation is formed. The results revealed that the role of parents, especially fathers, really took a role in financial character education in the family. schools must also provide financial education to parents and students.

Tuna fishing in Indonesia is excessive and if left unchecked, some types of tuna will become extinct within 3-10 years. There is an urgent need to help MMAF for producing more accurate fish catches data. This paper proposed a system that utilizes computer vision, fuzzy logic and Global Positioning System (GPS) for supporting a sustainableIndonesian fishery by recognizing and measuring fish length, determine fish age and where is the catch location. The system can help authority to manage sustainable fisheries management in Indonesia.

The objective of this study is to apply cluster analysis on Indonesia's international tourism data set. Algorithm used in this cluster analysis is k-means and the number of cluster (k) is four and the similarity measurement between members of clusters is based on Euclidean distance. The source of data set was taken from Ministry of Tourism portal of Republic of Indonesia per November 2017. The results of this cluster analysis is presented in a table consisting of four clusters and each cluster consists of its members. Cluster analysis in this study can be used more quickly and efficiently to identify countries which will be the promotional and campaign targets on tax-free incentives for foreign tourists assuming a constraint that promotional and campaign budgets are always limited so that the related policy makers need to set a priority on targeted countries. © 2018 IEEE.

Many methods used to perform a password authentication using user’s biometrics such as fingerprint recognition, retina recognition, voice recognition, etc. However, additional sensors needed to perform most of biometric recognition methods and will be invasive to users caused by additional tools needed to perform a password authentication. Keyboard Dynamics is one of the solution to perform password authentication without adding any tools which being disruptive to some users. The biometric keystroke dynamic system is relatively unexplored compared to other behavioral authentications discipline. Coupled with the limited number of studies that have been done compared with other biometric systems. Several machine learning research has been conducted but few of them applying deep learning for solving this problem. This research will be focusing in deep learning using optimizer to beat the previous research which using another machine learning techniques. This research shows a better result using optimizer in deep learning resulting in 92.60% accuracy.

It is necessary to study technical factors such as bait used, oceanographic conditions of fishing areas and skipjack tuna trade patterns (Katsuwonus pelamis) as well as other factors in Sulawesi Fisheries. Supporting data to study these technical factors need to be obtained so that it can be improved throughout the year as a skipjack fishing standard with weights taken by the skipjack weights. Therefore, drones and underwater drones with cameras with high-resolution video and images to be fed and processed by computer vision. These drones are operated via Huhate ships which are then used to test efficient technical factors as expected, can be used in determining the size, shape, and colour as well as the analysis of skipjack fish that are in the Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs or Rumpon) in order to manage the management of fisheries managed in Indonesia.

This paper proposed a method which detects a political buzzer in social media, specifically Instagram. With Indonesia undergoing 2019 presidential election, a detection of buzzers that causes much trouble in maintaining information neutrality is seen as a needed. One of the many reasons is because those buzzers spread false news making the information gained by the use of social media to be not neutral and deliberately offends or attack those that they are not in favor of. Those buzzers share a similar characteristic, tendency, or even possess the same pattern. Grouping, classification, and detection method are used to counter this problem. This research gives a slight overview of what is happening in social media and a theory of how to deal with those problems. The argument is expected to help to identify buzzer in real life, thus helps in maintaining information neutrality along with the social media in Indonesia.
