The problem with telecommunications companies today is that transactional data is more extensive than existing source tables. This makes business reporting less efficient and overwhelms query processing results in data warehouses so that they do not meet business requirements. The fast and complex evolution of the digital world must be scalable to the data warehouse process, so that the authors implement it in the data warehouse using massive parallel processing (MPP) with the Greenplum database, so that business users can get reports faster and more optimally. This case study explains how the MPP system implements and measures the performance of the Greenplum database by performing complex queries in the data warehouse with parallel processing. Therefore, this case study analyzes whether the use of MPP systems can measure the scalability of throughput and the response time in the data warehouse so that system performance in the Greenplum database remains stable for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

Augmented Reality Technology is developing rapidly and has been widely used in the field of education. Due to the ease of developing AR by non-professionals, User Experience (UX) is often not considered in the application. Currently, there are no standard measurements of UX for AR applications especially in Education. The authors reviewed previous research to obtain UX references and the existing measurement standards. From the results of the review, the metrics were analyzed based on the characteristics of AR, especially in the field of education. The metrics will be recommended for the UX measurement of an AR application. The available standard metrics can be used to determine the UX quality of an AR application and contribute to the improvement of UX in AR applications, especially in the field of Education.

The identification of students’ mistakes on mathematical communication ability in three-dimensional shapes of geometry: Cube and cuboid

Geometry is one of the mathematical sciences that study point, line, 2D shapes, 3D shapes, and their properties and parts. It shows that how important geometry to be learnt by students. But in reality, students consider geometry to be the most difficult material to understand in mathematics subject because geometric objects are abstract. This research method is a descriptive study, with the aim of the study is to find out the number of percentage and the level of students’ mistakes using Newman's Error Analysis on mathematical communication ability in three-dimensional shapes of geometry: cube and cuboid. The subjects used in this study were students of Pre University students (class entry 2018) in STKIP Surya as many as 9 students coming from Lani Jaya Regency, Papua Province. The instrument used was type description items, as many as 5 numbers about mathematical communication ability. In giving a score in student work, researcher focus on the results of student answers that are wrong (error), 1 score for a wrong answer and 0 for a right. The analysis of the errors uses five errors according to Newman's Error Analysis, namely (1) reading error; (2) comprehension error; (3) transformation error; (4) process skill errors; and (5) encoding error. Here are the results that have been obtained based on five proficiency level errors, namely reading errors with a percentage of 37.78%, comprehension error with a percentage of 86.67%, transformation error with a percentage of 82.22%, process skill error with a percentage of 71.11 %, and encod- ing error with a percentage of 80%. Based on the results obtained in this study, the researchers conclude that the large percentage of errors made by Pre University students in STKIP Surya Tangerang at the stage of comprehension error, transformation error, and encoding are categorized very high, then at the stage of process skills error can be categorized high, while at the reading error stage can be categorized low.

Human Anatomy Learning Systems Using Augmented Reality on Mobile Application

Students generally experience difficulties in learning human body anatomy due to constraints to visualize the body anatomy from 2D into 3D image. This research aims to develop a human anatomy learning system using augmented reality technology. By using this system, it is expected that students can easily understand the anatomy of the human body using a 3D image visualization. The method used in this system is augmented reality marker on mobile computing platform. The marker is captured by taking a picture. Then, the captured image is divided into pieces and the pattern is matched with images stored in the database. In this research, we use Floating Euphoria Framework and combine it with the SQLite database. Augmented reality anatomy system of the human body has features that can interactively display the whole body or parts of the human organs. To evaluate the usefulness of the application, we tested the augmented reality anatomy system with high school students and medical students for learning the anatomy of the human body. The results show that the human anatomy learning system with interactive augmented reality visualization helps students learn human anatomy more easily.

This article will be described replication system of oracle database standard edition by utilizing traditional archived log, because in this database version doesn’t have replication feature like in oracle database enterprise edition. The research methodology which being used by this research are data collection, analysis, and design. Literature study is used for data collection methods. Analyze current replication system such as data-guard and Golden-gate are used for analysis methods. Design is method by development of prototype application to run extract, transport and recovery function for source and target database. The result of this research is a replicator application prototype for oracle database standard edition by utilizing traditional archived log was created by transaction at database. The conclusions of this are replication performance by utilizing traditional archived log has quite similarly function compared by data-guard that exist in Oracle enterprise edition in terms of data replication

The background of this research is an early stage of the use of Spline Art graph theory, namely in the construction techniques of objects that will be required or used in the design model of objects / car / aircraft and other construction. There are two basic objectives for the use, which are first to facilitate and deepen the basic knowledge of polynom spline art principles by understanding the correct use of the polynom spline art formula. The second mastery of this theme is the need to produce a graphical system, which is based on the polynom spline art formula. The use of polynom spline art is a large number in the field of construction of object graphs. This Research takes into account the node K of the B-spline blending function. The method used is based on the polynom spline-art theory. The results to be achieved, namely the model of making objects based on polynom spline Art. In this research using programming language to describe and achieve the goal, that is graph by using simple openGL and make in general and can recordthe structure of good data. © 2018 Association for Computing Machinery.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime and must be eradicated not only as fast as possible, but also as efficient and as effective as possible as it hinders the process of achieving sustainable economy. In current modern society, information technology exists as a multidisciplinary tool to solve lingering problems that could not be solved by traditional efforts. This paper aims to provide knowledge regarding identified efforts to fight corruption specifically in Indonesia region. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is used as the methodology, and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) flow is used as framework to identify relevant records. Scopus database is used as data source. A total of 10 records are labelled as relevant to this research, and the findings are synthesized. It was found from the records that the main areas of interest for ICT research for corruption prevention in Indonesia are (1) information transparency, (2) operational enhancement, (3) success evaluation, (4) security and fraud, and (4) decision support. The findings are expected to assist future research in term of providing valuable insights on corruption prevention using ICT in Indonesia. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. Code-mixed sentiment analysis of Indonesian language and Javanese language using Lexicon based approach

Nowadays mixing one language with another language either in spoken or written communication has become a common practice for bilingual speakers in daily conversation as well as in social media. Lexicon based approach is one of the approaches in extracting the sentiment analysis. This study is aimed to compare two lexicon models which are SentiNetWord and VADER in extracting the polarity of the code-mixed sentences in Indonesian language and Javanese language. 3,963 tweets were gathered from two accounts that provide code-mixed tweets. Pre-processing such as removing duplicates, translating to English, filter special characters, transform lower case and filter stop words were conducted on the tweets. Positive and negative word score from lexicon model was then calculated using simple mathematic formula in order to classify the polarity. By comparing with the manual labelling, the result showed that SentiNetWord perform better than VADER in negative sentiments. However, both of the lexicon model did not perform well in neutral and positive sentiments. On overall performance, VADER showed better performance than SentiNetWord. This study showed that the reason for the misclassified was that most of Indonesian language and Javanese language consist of words that were considered as positive in both Lexicon model.

The purpose of this study is to find the influence factors of blockchain technology adoption of payments system in Indonesia banking industry. Moreover, the researchers proposed new model of payment system by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. All this time, the researchers of blockchain in payment systems were done in major countries such as UK, USA, Australia, Scotland, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, and China. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) used as a method in this study and there were five databases that taken as references, such as IEEE, science direct, AIS electronic, ACM and Google Scholar. The researchers were found 26 references Studies Included in Quantitative Synthesis and 9 variables (Easy to use, Usefulness, Transaction fees, Risk perception, Behaviour intention of use, Attitude toward, Cognitive style, Subjective Norm, Effectiveness). Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, there were two conclusions in this study, the first, the researchers found nine factors that expected tobe used as a reference if Indonesia banking industry wants to adopt blockchain technology for payment system;and second, the researchers had to propose payment system model by using blockchain technology in Indonesia banking industry. © 2018 IEEE.

Every year, there are always forest and land fires in Indonesia. Riau Province is one area that often experiences forest and land fires. One of the factors causing forest fires is the emergence of hotspots. The hotspot is an indicator of forest fires that indicates a location has a relatively higher temperature than its surroundings is ≥42°. This research studies about hotspot prediction using a 1d convolutional neural network to give some information about the number of hotspots for early treatment of forest fires. Experiments carried out by changing the amount of output that is daily, monthly, and 12 months. It also experimented on the learning rate and number of nodes used on neural networks. The results of this research are using 20 nodes and a learning rate of 0.2 on daily predictions with a MAAPE of 0.9386, 40 nodes and a learning rate of 0.5 on a monthly prediction with a MAAPE of 0.4139, 40 nodes and a learning rate of 0.5 on a prediction of 12 months with a MAAPE of 0.4397.
