Utilization of Information Technology is increasingly high at this time requires the guarantee of any information processed by the system on a company. One of the benchmarks used is to measure the level of maturity of IT Governance. COBIT 5 becomes the main reference that is often used for these needs. But to do the assessment takes a long time because of the many processes assessed. This becomes an obstacle for a very dynamic company, the business has changed but the new assessment is completed. The authors propose a new approach using a priority model that adopts a enterprise strategy and incorporates it with a follow-up of previous IT Governance audit results. Tests have been conducted one of the state-owned enterprises in Indonesia engaged in the financial sector and has a dynamic business. The results showed that the assessment can effectively improve the quality of corporate IT objectives with the acceleration of the assessment process up to 20%. © 2018 IEEE.

Special need is a person who need assistance for their disabilities which include medical, physical, mental or psychological such as person with autism, down syndrome, dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia, cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, blindness, deafness, epilepsy, chronic asthma and so on. In this proposed research idea about intelligent E-commerce for special needs, we limited to four types of difficulties such as hearing difficulty, vision difficulty, language difficulty, and learning difficulty. In this paper, we interest in those special needs persons who can use e-commerce and how to model a system that can help them to joy and easy to join with e-commerce. For some, this intelligent e-commerce is not only for shopping only but will become part of their healing for special needs in order to engage with daily human activities and increase their daily confidence in life. This paper also a preliminary investigation that can be used for Ph.D. or Doctoral research degree who is interested in building e-commerce framework for people with a special need or disability.

Human Development Index (HDI) is a reference to how far the administration can develops their people. The development of a territory is related to a prosperity of the people. This research is focused on Human Development Index in West Java, a Province of Indonesia. Research identifies variables which are influence and very important to HDI and compares the model of CART and C5.0 algorithm based on HDI concept that has developed by United Nation (UN). Research uses 14 variables which are commonly used for measuring HDI and found that there are two variables that most influencing to HDI, MYS-index and EDU-Index. By knowing the MYS and EDU-Index research can predict and classify each territory to its HDI. Research could be conducted to predict HDI in the other territory. The results evaluated by measuring the accuracy and confusion matrix, 91.35 for CART algorithm and 90.80 for C5.0 algorithm. © 2018 IEEE.

The purpose of this initiative is to ensure that citizens use social media to access information about the state of the city. Social media application offers benefits in the form of a channel of communication between the community and the government or the group that has public interest. Through this application, the public could channel complaints about public services. Perception becomes the important key for this condition because user action is determined by their perception toward the government e-services. The result of standard measurement for customer satisfaction on government organization is used to help find the weakness of the service and correct it. The interface is made to be more user-friendly to ensure the effective service. So, it is necessary to develop the system continuously. Perceived quality is one of the important determinants of the success of social media application, therefore needs identification of the user's perception and expectations and involving becomes the key to success besides the good quality that will increase the trust and satisfaction of users. Evaluation of social media applications is needed so that it can provide recommendations to the provincial government of DKI Jakarta related to what things can be done to improve community service. © 2018 IEEE.

The information system is one brand for educational institutions to face various challenges from competitors in the same field. The information system is also the main media for consumers to assess and measure the achievements of an educational institution. The purpose of this study was to help the school of computer science (STIKOM) Dinamika Bangsa Jambi conduct an audit of the academic information system and information technology governance using the COBIT 5 standard. Data were collected using a questionnaire that refers to the scale. Based on the calculation of capability level, the current capability level of STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi in managing Academic Information Systems focuses on Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM) domains. The current capability level generally leads to level 2 managed process with a value of 1.80, which means that IT processes have been carried out, achieved goals, and are well managed. This result is obtained based on the average value of governance practice. © 2018 IEEE.

BACKGROUND Hereditary non-polyposis colon cancer is a dominantly inherited syndrome of colorectal cancer(CRC),with heightened risk for younger *** studies link its susceptibility to the DNA sequence polymorphism along with Amsterdam and Bethesda ***,those fail in term of *** To determine a clear cut-off of MSH2 gene expression for CRC heredity grouping ***,the study also aims to examine the association of risk factors to the CRC *** The cross-sectional study observed 71 respondents from May 2018 to December 2019 in determining the CRC hereditary status through MSH2 mRNA expression using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and the disease’s risk *** were analyzed through Chi-Square,Fischer exact,t-test,Mann-Whitney,and multiple *** There are significant differences of MSH2 within CRC group among tissue and blood;yet,negative for significance between *** the blood gene expression fifth percentile,the hereditary CRC cut-off is 11059 fc,dividing the 40 CRC respondents to 32.5%with hereditary *** risk factors include age,family history,and ***,after multivariate control,age is just a ***,the study develops a probability equation with area under the curve 82.2%.CONCLUSION Numerous factors have significant relations to heredity of CRC ***,true important factors are staging and family history,while age and others are *** study also established a definite cut-off point for heredity CRC based on mRNA MSH2 expression,11059 *** findings shall act as concrete foundations on further risk factors and/or genetical CRC future studies.

This paper trying to create something new regarding the online game marketplace for producing an integrated marketplace with several combined genre and categories of games. The primary purpose of this research is to develop e-commerce for online games and explain the benefit that people can get from it. This research focuses on building an online marketplace based on a website that can provide an opportunity to do it transaction related to a specific game. Mainly, the online games marketplace quality will be based on user satisfaction and user recommendation from the previous research. Meanwhile, these satisfaction level include four dimensions that decide the perceived value of the user reason for purchasing an online games item, which are functional value, emotional value, monetary value, and social value. From that information, we build a marketplace for online games item to satisfy the user requirement and also benefiting with its advantages. We also provide the difference between e-commerce mainly with our proposed e-commerce for online games item. The results will be a full-fledged web-based application for online games item marketplace. This paper will be an opportunity to further development of online games marketplace for the growth of online games transaction.

We introduce a composition of object-oriented component PHP grammar for taint analysis. Our novel method successfully restructured the PHP parser and reduced grammar artifact objects that must be visited in a taint analysis process by up to 52% grammar variation. Taint analysis is an analysis that detects any injection vulnerability pattern in source code. The analysis identifies the information flow of untrustworthy input that affects the sensitive sink or part of the system. The static taint analysis was run on an abstract syntax tree and traversed all nodes. A static taint analysis uses a parser to traverse abstract syntax trees of the source code. A web PHP parser has 140 grammar combinations in an abstract syntax tree, which has to be traversed to recognize the tainted flow pattern. Additionally, there are many variations of syntax and coding styles for tainted flow patterns. Therefore, the amount of combinations will consume many computation resources.

Power plant is one of the substantial industry in a country since it supports various needs of people. Optimum cost for running this industry is a necessity so that power generated can be produce according to power demand with appropriate cost. Economic dispatch is an optimization approach in power system plant with objective function is to minimize cost by finding appropriate arrangement of generator output according electric requirement and capacity of the system. Previous researches have been proposed techniques to solve this problem, however a stable convergence and good computational efficiency is still required. Therefore, this paper proposes bat algorithm to minimize total generator cost from thermal power plant. Bat algorithm is one of nature inspired optimization problem which has advantage in stable convergence. The experiment results show that Bat algorithm is able to save approximately 1.23% compare to the actual cost and 0.12% to firefly algorithm.

We as a human can not avoid the disease, and when we are sick, we need to see a practical doctor. However, in term of location and patient's right for changing the practical doctor, then the patient when moving from one practical doctor to others will have similar and repeated questions such as medicine allergy, history of diseases and so on. Moreover, become a problem for a vulnerable patient such as unconscious patient, disabled or elderly when seeing a new practical doctor and at the end of the day, it will become malpractice. Few of the causes of the problem above are the lack of health education, delay in diagnosing/misdiagnosis, and inaccessible healthcare facilities and with the increasing popularity of telemedicine and IoT across the world, then we need to apply IoT in order to help the patient. In this paper, a framework is created and designed for an IoT-integrated mobile application for the patient where this mobile application is expected to be implemented.
