Air pollution has been concerning yet it has not been firmly addressed. As the advancement of technology and bulked up population are both inevitable, air pollution remains troublesome to manage. Air pollution has been associated with many respiratory-associated diseases, one of which is lung cancer. Lung cancer is the top deadly fatal cancer globally as well as in Indonesia. This study was aimed to detect a plausible interaction of air pollution contributors being that PM10, PM2.5 and CO2 emissions, and lung cancer death rate. We incorporated metadata provided parallelly by Macrotrends, the Central Bureau of Statistics Republic of Indonesia andseveral published reports to produce a regression-based model. We learned that hitherto in almost all aspects vital data in Indonesia are poorly available. This leads to scattered data thus hard to be tailored into paramount information. Our model was intended to fill this gap therefore people's and stakeholders' understanding on the actual problem could be elevated. Our results demonstrate that the increase of CO2 emissions is positively correlated with lung cancer deaths. In contrast, PM2.5 and PM10 are negatively correlated with lung cancer deaths. This is surprising owing to the well-accepted carcinogenic properties of these both. These profiles reflectmore on the data quality than the actual death burden which indicates the need of data availability as well as integration multisectorally. Overall, our results are expected to raise moreattention from the relevant stakeholders in Indonesia to improve or re-strategize intervention for the air pollution as this firmly carries adverse effects on health. © 2023 IEEE.

Considering the potential and benefits of augmented reality and the development of education efficiency is essential, it is necessary to utilize the benefits and potential suitable to be implemented in the education field. One of the benefits is the fun learning experience compared to the traditional method. Furthermore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using augmented reality in learning simple English words. The technology method is marker-based tracking, where the marker is flashcards that will be uploaded into Vuforia SDK Kit. Also, this research method uses ADDIE because it is an instructional design that makes the researcher easily to keep track of the progress and result. Then, the method is tested and analyzed using paired t-tests to measure its effectiveness and the User Experience Questionnaire to measure the user experience. Based on the analysis, the result shows that the result is effective, and the questionnaire has a good overall score. In conclusion, the result corresponds to the contribution of this research that enables the education learning experience to be effective, fun, and interactive. © 2023 The Authors. Augmented Reality is a technology that is able to bring virtual objects into the real environment. Augmented reality environment allows users to interact with virtual objects so that users will get a hands-on experience. For this reason, we designed an AR application that will be used as a presentation medium in redesigning interactive elements in one of the interior cafes in the city of Malang, namely HD’R Comic Cafe, which uses comics and board game media commonly known as cafe libraries. The design of the use of AR uses the Unity 3D engine that can display objects in real time using the marker-based tracking method. The results of this design are interactive products for the first floor and for the second floor which aims to test the use of applications in the form of AR in the scope of interior design, especially users of interactive products at the HD’R Comic Cafe. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

Easily accessible Internet and the need for communication led to the widespread use of social media platforms, e.g., TikTok. Social media platforms offer opportunities for social interaction and enter-Tainment but also introduce risks such as fake news, fraud, and cyberbullying. The latter severely threatens the victim's mental health and overall well-being. This research collects, annotates, and analyzes 1,508 TikTok comments concerning cyberbullying behavior. Then, the comments were used to build a Deep Learning BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) architecture prediction model. This experiment will use pretrained model BERT and fine-Tuning BERT. After fine-Tuning, the prediction model achieves 0.63 validation accuracy. This research high-lights the importance of building a prediction model to detect cyberbullying and contribute to a better understanding and prevention of this behavior on social media platforms. © 2023 IEEE.

The growing number of medical images has led to radiologist burnout, which seriously impacts the radiologist's performance. To address the previously mentioned issue, an Auxiliary Signal Guided Knowledge (ASGK) multimodal encoder-decoder framework was designed to automatically generate the medical report based on the proposed medical graph and natural language decoder. It utilizes DenseNet-121 as the image encoder. With DenseNet-121 lack of computational and memory efficiency, this study aims to explore the potential of EfficientNetB0 to EfficientNetB4 as an ASGK image encoder substitute. The framework is trained with IU X-Ray dataset for 30 epochs, with Adam optimizer, a learning rate of 0.01 with 0.8 decay rate, binary cross entropy loss for the medical tags, and cross-entropy loss for the generated medical captions. During the framework training process with each image encoder, the parameter that achieves the highest CIDEr score on the validation set is considered the best image encoder parameter and will be used on the test set. On the test set, EfficientNetB3 as an ASGK image encoder has been shown to increase the CIDEr score to 0.35, a significant increase from the 0.28 CIDEr score obtained by the ASGK using DenseNet-121. This score is only a 1% decrease from the best validation score. It suggests that not only EfficientNetB3 increases the framework's performance, it is also less prone to overfitting. This study has demonstrated that EfficientNetB3 is a potential image encoder substitute for DenseNet-121 in the ASGK framework. © 2024 The Authors.

Along with the increasing population density and dense multi-story buildings around Kampung Wisata Jodipan (KWJ) Malang, it has an impact on the group of villagers who are still children. With so many dense buildings, there is limited space for children to interact or play. This results in a reduced area for social interaction and interaction with the surrounding natural environment. The purpose of this research is to create a design basis or design recommendation for a child-friendly play and interaction area. This research was conducted through several methods such as interviews, behavioural observation through a behavioural setting approach, and Bing Creator Image feature in the form of inputting several word interventions based on predetermined parameters. The results obtained from this research were to produce several new images (based on predetermined parameters) to be used as the basis for the design of the Bing Image Creator feature. The instructions used in the feature are based on physical, cognition, perception, emotion, and social parameters according to the conditions in KWJ Malang. © 2023 IEEE.

Twitter is one of Indonesia's most widely used social media to express positive and negative emotions. Negative emotions are referred to as emotional reactivity, an example of which is depression. To detect emotional reactivity, Artificial Intelligence (AI) was used. With deep learning pretrained model methods (IndoBERT and IndoBERTweet), AI successfully classified emotional reactivity. AI satisfactorily detected emotional reactivity on Twitter. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper explores the use of multimodal visual features, including color, texture, and shape, for the classification of rhizome images using Support Vector Machines (SVM). Rhizomes, such as turmeric and curcuma, exhibit distinct visual characteristics that can be leveraged for identification. The study highlights the advantages of SVM in handling complex classification tasks, even with limited training data, making it a suitable approach for rhizome image recognition. The integration of color, texture, and shape features provides a comprehensive understanding of the visual data, leading to enhanced classification accuracy and robustness. The proposed methodology outlines the steps involved in extracting and combining these visual features and employing SVM for effective rhizome image recognition. The findings of this research contribute to advancements in agricultural practices and botanical studies by enabling accurate identification of different rhizome plant species using color, texture, and shape features with an accuracy score of 83%. © 2024 IEEE.

This study investigates the factors influencing user willingness to share data in mobile health (m-health) applications in Indonesia, integrating the Technology Acceptance Model, Theory of Planned Behavior, and Privacy Calculus Theory through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data were collected via an online questionnaire from 103 Indonesian active users of m-health platforms, aged 15-55, focusing on applications that provide online consultations and health-related information. The SEM analysis, validated by indices including the Goodness of Fit Index and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation, reveals a strong model fit. The findings highlight that perceived benefits, such as improved health outcomes and personalized advice, are the primary drivers for users' willingness to share data, significantly outweighing concerns over privacy risks. Perceived usefulness and trust in the application also significantly affect data-sharing behavior, while ease of use and social influences have a moderate to minor influence, respectively. These insights are critical for application developers and policymakers in enhancing app utility and user engagement while addressing privacy concerns. The study's limitations include its demographic scope and reliance on self-administered questionnaires, pointing to directions for future research to broaden demographic representation and deepen qualitative insights. © 2024 IEEE.

One of the biggest challenges in Music Information Retrieval (MIR) is classification. MIR is a subset of Machine Learning (ML), where the methods found in computer science can be used to solve problems in the music domain area. Indonesia is an archipelago country inhabited by around 1,340 ethnic groups spread across 38 provinces. This ethnic group has a variety of cultures, including folk songs, and almost every area in Indonesia has folk songs. In this study, we conducted a regional classification of 500 Indonesian folk songs from 10 regions in Indonesia. We build a model for regional classification tasks using the MIR approach. This model combines feature selection and dimension reduction capabilities. By using hyperparameter tunning and a cross- validation of 5 folds, the result of our proposed model for regional classification of Indonesian folk songs using K-NN with PCC-LDA can obtain an accuracy rate of 84.7%. © 2023 IEEE.
