Colonoscopy is the gold standard for colorectal lesion detection, with its accuracy directly influencing patient prognosis. The accurate detection of Annotation Boxes in computer-Aided Detection (CADe) systems is important for improving their performance in colonoscopy procedures. This research introduces a novel algorithm that combines active learning with a modified YOLOv8 algorithm, named ARBS-YOLOv8 (Active learning with RepVGG Block and SIoU loss function base on YOLOv8), for the detection of Annotation Boxes generated by colonoscopy CADe systems. We compared standard YOLOv8, YOLOv6, YOLOX algorithms and their active learning variants using colonoscopy video data from 31 patients. The active learning method involves analyzing false positives generated by the initially trained model on an active learning dataset. These false detection samples are then reintroduced into the training set as negative examples. This active learning method led to substantial performance improvements across all algorithms, with particularly notable increase in precision. Notably, the application of active learning to YOLOv6 resulted in a significant increase in Precision by 23.28%, reaching 95.79%. Furthermore, when active learning was integrated with YOLOv8, it achieved an impressive F1 Score of 99.70% on the test set. Compared to the standard YOLOv8, ARBS-YOLOv8 demonstrated 0.88% increase in F1 Score while maintaining high Sensitivity. This improvement suggests that ARBS-YOLOv8 is more effective at extracting features from the data and increase the F1 score in detecting Annotation Boxes. © 2024 IEEE.

Nyctophobia is a phobia of the dark and is common among children but also found in adults. While the phobia itself is commonly known, the diversity of its treatment is still minimal. As technology has reached its highest point, numerous inventions and innovations have emerged in the medical sector. This study aimed to examine the usability of Virtual Reality and Keyboard and Mouse as an interface using the Extended Reality Game Usability Questionnaire (XR-GUQ) in Nyctophobia therapy and to analyze the heart rate response, impact, and implications using t-test Paired/Wilcoxon Signed Rank. Thirty-four Bina Nusantara University students from various backgrounds completed the test using interfaces and a smartwatch. They were divided into two groups, high- and low fear, using the modified Acrophobia Questionnaire (AQ), which resulted in a significant difference. The XR-GUQ result was insignificant in all variables, which indicates similar usability scores on both interfaces. The t-test Paired/Wilcoxon Signed Rank test revealed a significant difference between the high- and low-fear groups when using the Virtual Reality interface compared to the Keyboard and Mouse interface. This significant difference was found within each group regardless of the interface used. This research shows similar scores in terms of usability but a significant difference in heart rate response with the help of a serious game to give a new sensation of phobia therapy.

The testing stage is essential in software development because it determines the quality level, which is indicated by minimal errors. Meanwhile, the error that is discovered by the tester is called a fault. Therefore, this research aims to create a Model-Based Testing (MBT) using the equivalence partitioning technique in the black-box method. The model is expected to log software errors such as Access, performance, initialization, a data structure or external database, incorrect or missing functions, to identify, categorize, and fix them methodically and appropriately. Based on the discoveries, the errors form a dataset that measures the accuracy of the fault output using a neural network algorithm. The result showed the formation of MBT can be developed using the equivalence partitioning technique by measuring the fault output accuracy level using a neural network algorithm, where the average accuracy rate is 80%. © 2022 IEEE.

The purpose of this study is to focus on the indicators related to motivation in the Work Mind, and to organize the concepts by Pile Sort experiments using the sentences of the question items that compose each indicator. By polymerizing the personal conceptual system by Self-Organizing Map, the map of the Work Mind with some degree of completeness and generality is drawn. It is expected that this map will be a material for getting the general picture of the Work Mind and will be treated as a ruler when designing and operating a better workplace. © 2022 Architectural Institute of Japan. Solar energy is one of the most abundant sources of renewable energy in Indonesia. Solar energy is now typically harnessed using solar panels, but the low efficiency of photovoltaic cells requires the development of other alternatives. The heliostat is a sunlight directing device with mirrors that can be used in a concentrated solar power system. Current heliostats require high capital investment due to their large frames and expensive components. This research was undertaken to develop a lower cost heliostat using a smaller frame, ESP32 microcontroller, servo motor and low-cost components. The position of the sun can be determined using an algorithm based on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) solar calculator, and the mirror is moved to maintain the sun's reflection on a target. The result of this research is a set of heliostat prototypes consisting of the frame and control system. Tests were carried out to test the performance of the designed heliostat and it was found that the heliostat has an accuracy of about 60 cm and can raise temperatures up to 3.41°C. The conclusion is that the heliostat can be used in a concentrated solar power system to heat boilers in solar power towers. © 2023 IEEE.

Cloud has been adopted for many production systems and becomes a common IT infrastructure for production systems. IoT applications provide services based on sensors and actuators that are interconnected between cyber and physical spaces. The integrated systems management for Cloud and IoT is required to manage IoT resources as well as CPU, Memory, Storage, and Network. Systems management for IoT resources needs to support the same level as ordinary cloud resources. This paper proposes the integrated systems management for Cloud and IoT called Logical IoT Cloud (LIC). LIC enables Logical Sensors (LSs) with multiple virtual sensors and Logical Actuators (LAs) with multiple virtual actuators. They can act as the same functions as physical sensors and actuators in cloud-native environments. LIC can support multiple IoT applications that require receiving sensor data and sending physical actuators the control commands for production usage. © 2023 IEEE.

Classification of Indonesian crops is a critical task in developing farming and getting more understanding of agriculture. However, there is no clear task in classifying types of crops in Indonesia. Transfer learning has been used successfully in a variety of image classification applications. Thus, in this paper, we collected images of Indonesian crops from the internet randomly and proposed a classification by using transfer learning of deep learning with four pre-trained models: EffficientNetB0, ResNet18, VGG19, and AlexNet. In the experiment, augmentation techniques such as random horizontal flip, random vertical flip, and random affine were utilized to prevent the network from overfitting. The result found that EfficientNet-B0 outperformed other models with an accuracy of 82.55. Then, the model struggled to distinguish between crops in the same family. According to the results, although transfer learning can work well to classify images of Indonesian agricultural crops, some improvements are still required to address existing issues. © 2023 The Authors. Examining topic-level variability in modeling Twitter data can potentially yield more comprehensive insights into public perception during critical periods, thereby enhancing natural disaster mitigation and surveillance efforts. In this study, we utilized generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) to illustrate the variability in tweet counts related to specific topics in Indonesia during the flood events that occurred in February 2021. The glmmTMB library in R was employed for this purpose. The data were assumed to follow two distinct exponential distributions: Poisson and Negative Binomial. To incorporate random effects, random intercepts and random slopes were introduced, allowing them to vary randomly across topics in the initial two models. Additionally, the final model addressed issues related to dispersion and zero-inflation. By evaluating the Akaike Information Criteria scores, we determined that a model based on the Negative Binomial distribution with random zero-inflation intercepts best fit the data. The chosen model formulation and the estimated parameters have the potential to forecast topic-specific trends in Indonesian flood-related Twitter data. © 2023 The Authors. In the digital era, the demand for quick access to goods (q-Commerce) has driven retail companies to develop online shopping applications, aiming to attract more consumers. To cater to the demands of q-Commerce, specialized mobile applications that prioritize fast delivery and user-friendly experiences are crucial. However, developing and maintaining these applications present challenges in terms of speed of development and security. This research focuses on a retail company, PT X, with a q-Commerce application serving 3.5 million active users monthly. The research aims to assess PT X's capability maturity level in application development governance using the COBIT 2019 Capability Maturity Model. Additionally, the study investigates the differences in assessment methods between COBIT 2019 and previous versions. The findings contribute to understanding in which level of capability maturity that companies can achieve in developing quick commerce applications with a large user base. Findings of this research provides an overview for PT X to initiate the necessary initial steps to comply with the good application development according to COBIT 2019 standard. This research also highlights to future researchers that COBIT 2019 is primarily a framework for enterprise-level assessment and need to be adjusted to be suitable for measurements below the enterprise level. © 2023 IEEE.

Studies show that mosquitos could be identified using their recording during their flights with machine learning. However, differences in environmental conditions and the use of various recording devices can cause significant variations in audio channels making their performances drop. Models created with Machine Learning are usually less robust to audio channel variations. This research aims to increase the robustness of the model in identifying Aedes Aegypti and Aedes Albopictus through audio spectral analysis. The approach used involves audio manipulation techniques such as normalization, channel equalization, and histogram equalization. Modeling is performed using various machine learning architectures, including Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Gated CNN, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). Feature extraction involves ShortTime Fourier Transform (STFT), Filter Bank (FBank), MelFrequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), Gammatone Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (GFCC), and Power Normalized Cepstral Coefficients (PNCC). Test results show that the combination of histogram equalization, MLP, and GFCC produces optimal performance. On the Wingbeats dataset, the highest accuracy rate reached 93.82%. Apart from that, this model also shows good performance on the Humbugdb dataset with an accuracy of 83.08% and on the Dryad dataset with an accuracy of 75.86%. These findings provide a valuable contribution in developing a robust model and can be a solid basis for supporting efforts to monitor and control diseases caused by Aedes Aegypti and Aedes Albopictus mosquitoes. © 2024 IEEE.
