The condition of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) has become one of the causes of high maternal mortality. Improper handling of CED will have an impact on the health problems of both mother and baby. This is because when the diagnosis is still using conventional methods, so it takes a long time or is not time efficient, an alternative is needed to improve the quality of information system-based services in diagnosing mothers with CED. In this research, an information system design was carried out using the SDLC (System Development Life Cylce) method with the waterfall model which includes: needs analysis, design, implementation, and offer. Analysis of speed data using respondents 15 chronic energy deficiency pregnant and static test using Mann Whitney obtained p-value 0.000 p © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Quantum memory devices with high storage efficiency and bandwidth are essential elements for future quantum networks. Solid-state quantum memories can provide broadband storage, but they primarily suffer from low storage efficiency. We use passive optimization and machine learning techniques to demonstrate nearly a 6-fold enhancement in quantum memory efficiency. In this regime, we demonstrate coherent and single-photon-level storage with a high signal-to-noise ratio. The optimization technique presented here can be applied to most solid-state quantum memories to significantly improve the storage efficiency without compromising the memory bandwidth. © 2024, CC BY.

Due to the behavior of general users today, they do not give importance to saving electricity. The researcher has developed an automatic computer shutdown system. with image processing via a webcam By using image processing techniques (Image Processing) applied to a webcam. By using a webcam to capture the user on the computer screen. Then the images are analyzed and examined with the principles of image processing with the Face Detection technique using the algorithm of Haar-like Features to detect human faces and ROI. Define a specific area of interest The system will then check the amount of inactivity on the screen. or does not show the face image within 10 minutes, the system will automatically turn off the computer. with image processing This research can make it easier to turn off computers when not in use. and helps to save electricity for the organization or agencies as well. © 2023 IEEE.

Projecting Assumptions: The Duality Between Sparse Autoencoders and Concept Geometry

Sparse Autoencoders (SAEs) are widely used to interpret neural networks by identifying meaningful concepts from their representations. However, do SAEs truly uncover all concepts a model relies on, or are they inherently biased toward certain kinds of concepts? We introduce a unified framework that recasts SAEs as solutions to a bilevel optimization problem, revealing a fundamental challenge: each SAE imposes structural assumptions about how concepts are encoded in model representations, which in turn shapes what it can and cannot detect. This means different SAEs are not interchangeable—switching architectures can expose entirely new concepts or obscure existing ones. To systematically probe this effect, we evaluate SAEs across a spectrum of settings: from controlled toy models that isolate key variables, to semi-synthetic experiments on real model activations and finally to large-scale, naturalistic datasets. Across this progression, we examine two fundamental properties that real-world concepts often exhibit: heterogeneity in intrinsic dimensionality (some concepts are inherently low-dimensional, others are not) and nonlinear separability. We show that SAEs fail to recover concepts when these properties are ignored, and we design a new SAE that explicitly incorporates both, enabling the discovery of previously hidden concepts and reinforcing our theoretical insights. Our findings challenge the idea of a universal SAE and underscores the need for architecture-specific choices in model interpretability. Overall, we argue an SAE does not just reveal concepts—it determines what can be seen at all. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Surface modification is a highly effective strategy for addressing issues in lithium-rich layered oxide (LLO) cathodes, including phase transformation, particle cracking, oxygen gas release, and transition-metal ion dissolution. Existing single-/double-layer coating strategies face drawbacks such as poor component contact and complexity. Herein, we present the results of a low-temperature atomic layer deposition (ALD) process for creating a TiO2/Al2O3 bilayer on composite cathodes made of AS200 (Li1.08Ni0.34Co0.08Mn0.5O2). Electrochemical analysis demonstrates that TiO2/Al2O3-coated LLO electrodes exhibit improved discharge capacities and enhanced capacity retention compared with uncoated samples. The TAA-5/AS200 bilayer-coated electrode, in particular, demonstrates exceptional capacity retention (∼90.4%) and a specific discharge capacity of 146 mAh g-1 after 100 cycles at 1C within the voltage range of 2.2 to 4.6 V. The coated electrodes also show reduced voltage decay, lower surface film resistance, and improved interfacial charge transfer resistances, contributing to enhanced stability. The ALD-deposited TiO2/Al2O3 bilayer coatings exhibit promising potential for advancing the electrochemical performance of lithium-rich layered oxide cathodes in lithium-ion batteries. © 2024 The Authors. In recent years, deceptive content such as fake news and fake reviews, also known as opinion spams, have increasingly become a dangerous prospect for online users. Fake reviews have affected consumers and stores alike. Furthermore, the problem of fake news has gained attention in 2016, especially in the aftermath of the last U.S. presidential elections. Fake reviews and fake news are a closely related phenomenon as both consist of writing and spreading false information or beliefs. The opinion spam problem was formulated for the first time a few years ago, but it has quickly become a growing research area due to the abundance of user-generated content. It is now easy for anyone to either write fake reviews or write fake news on the web. The biggest challenge is the lack of an efficient way to tell the difference between a real review and a fake one;even humans are often unable to tell the difference. In this paper, we introduce a new n-gram model to detect automatically fake contents with a particular focus on fake reviews and fake news. © 2024 IEEE.
