This study examines the mapping of research data on digital technology in the field of health education using bibliometric analysis method. Data was collected by identifying keywords in the Scopus database and sorting them out to sort the studies from the last 10 years (2012–2021). Through this step, a total of 1482 documents were obtained (articles, journals, proceedings, books, and others). The data is then processed using the VOSViewer instrument to obtain a visualization of the mapping analysis. This study also analyzes the network types of authors and co-authors through the VOSViewer instrument. The result of this study indicates that the most document types published within ten years are Articles (66.5%), Review (22.9 % ), Conference Paper (4.2 % ), and others. The most studied subjects are Medicine (55.7%), Nursing (9.0%), Health Professions (8.2%), Social sciences (7.8%), Engineering (3.9%), computer science (2.6 % ), Environmental science (2.6 % ), Biochemistry-Genetics and Molecular Biology (2.2%), Psychology (1.6%), and Dentistry (1.3%). This study offers a written communication process and the nature and direction of developing descriptive means of counting and analyzing the various phases of communication as well as recognizing the authorship and direction of its symptoms in documents on the subject of digital technology in the health sector.

In the industrial era 4.0, it has surpassed increasingly complex technological advances in the information system that required a very high infrastructure and facilities and prevented fraud. Counterfeiting is a procedure following an entity, statistics, or documents (observe forged documents) with plans to deceive. Falsification of extensive information certificates is exacerbated by the current economic situation in Indonesia, which is currently occurring due to the widespread epidemic, namely COVID-19. The spread of the COVID-19 outbreak has had a significant impact and changes in all sectors, especially certificate forgery in Indonesia. The imitation of busy certificates is the main focus of this journal, focusing on journal publications combined with Blockchain technology. The sophistication of blockchain technology as authentication is comparing two or more items or additional tests to ensure the accuracy, correctness, or correctness of the information. This method uses qualitative methods with data sources based on case studies in controlled supervision with the basic concept of cryptography as the basis of analysis. From the decisions made, it is hoped that this will minimize the level of forgery of certificates widely measured during the COVID-19 era. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper we report on the context and evaluation of a system for an automatic interpretation of sightings of individual western lowland gorillas (Gorilla gorilla gorilla) as captured in facial field photography in the wild. This effort aligns with a growing need for effective and integrated monitoring approaches for assessing the status of biodiversity at high spatio-temporal scales. Manual field photography and the utilisation of autonomous camera traps have already transformed the way ecological surveys are conducted. In principle, many environments can now be monitored continuously, and with a higher spatio-temporal resolution than ever before. Yet, the manual effort required to process photographic data to derive relevant information delimits any large scale application of this methodology. The described system applies existing computer vision techniques including deep convolutional neural networks to cover the tasks of detection and localisation, as well as individual identification of gorillas in a practically relevant setup. We evaluate the approach on a relatively large and challenging data corpus of 12,765 field images of 147 individual gorillas with image-level labels (i.e. missing bounding boxes) photographed at Mbeli Bai at the Nouabal-Ndoki National Park, Republic of Congo. Results indicate a facial detection rate of 90.8% AP and an individual identification accuracy for ranking within the Top 5 set of 80.3%. We conclude that, whilst keeping the human in the loop is critical, this result is practically relevant as it exemplifies model transferability and has the potential to assist manual identification efforts. We argue further that there is significant need towards integrating computer vision deeper into ecological sampling methodologies and field practice to move the discipline forward and open up new research horizons.

Publication of the society's sensitive personal data in the legitimate site of the general election committee

It is highly important to protect the society's sensitive personal data. The reason is that many personal data are published by the government institution without paying attention to the prevailing regulations. In this current study, the search for the data in the form of hyperlink with its contents in the legitimate site of the General Election Committees was conducted with the assistance of Crawling Web. The obtained contents were preprocessed using the Preprocessing Text, which were then weighted using the TF-IDF method before they were classified using the Naїve Bayes method. After that, an analysis on the types of the published sensitive personal and the extent of the publication based on the area groups was conducted. Out of 6,700 instances of the personal data which were analyzed, 6.430 were published. The personal data which were published were full name, place and date of birth, religion, marital status, ID Number of the government civil servants, identity card number, number of the tax payer, account number, mobile number, e-mail, address, position, and face photo. The level of publication based on the total data found was as follows: 11.45% in the Central General Election Committee, 21.60% in the eastern area, 17.01% in the central area and 49.94% in the eastern area. The accuracy of the Naїve Bayes method averaged 96.99%. Prior to publication, the General Election Committee is recommended to respect someone's personal data as privacy and the data which would be published should obtain approval and an easily-contacted contact person.

Optimization of artificial neural networks to improve accuracy of vocational competence selection of vocational school students using nguyen-widrow

The present study used Neural Network Backpropagation combined with Nguyen-Widrow to optimize the disadvantages of ANN causes, which is the difficulty in initializing initial weights. The test was conducted on a dataset of values in semesters 1 and 2. The test results show that the best performance in training model of artificial neural networks with Nguyen-widrow is the smallest average MSE error of 0.002 and the highest average accuracy of 96.38%. Training on artificial neural network model training data with Nguyen-widrow has the smallest MSE error, 0.000996 and the highest accuracy is 97.49% on architecture ANN 9-9.1 with training function parameters: traingdx, epoch: 1000, learning rate: 0.1, and error: 0.001. The best performance was also seen in testing the testing of artificial neural network models with Nguyen-widrow with the smallest average error-MSE of 0.026 and the highest average accuracy of 87.85%. Training data testing on artificial neural network models with Nguyen-widrow has the smallest error-MSE which is 0.004436 and the highest accuracy is 94.50% on architecture ANN 9-9.1 with training function parameters: traingdx, epoch: 1000, learning rate: 0.1, and error: 0.001. The artificial neural network model with Nguyen-widrow has an accuracy difference of 8.53% smaller than the artificial neural network model with an accuracy difference of 9.28%. It can be concluded that the Artificial Neural Network with Nguyen-Widrow can overcome the ANN problem in determining initial weights so that it gives an increase in the accuracy of the prediction of students' competency selection better than the Artificial Neural Network without Nguyen-Widrow.

Diabetes poses a considerable global health challenge, with varying levels of diabetes knowledge among healthcare professionals, highlighting the importance of diabetes training. Large Language Models(LLMs)provide new insights into diabetes training, but their performance in diabetes-related queries remains uncertain, especially outside the English language like Chinese. We first evaluated the performance of ten LLMs: Chat GPT-3.5, Chat GPT-4.0, Google Bard, Lla MA-7B, Lla MA2-7B, Baidu ERNIE Bot, Ali Tongyi Qianwen, Med GPT, Huatuo GPT, and Chinese Lla MA2-7B on diabetes-related queries, based on the Chinese National Certificate Examination for Primary Diabetes Care in China(NCE-CPDC) and the English Specialty Certificate Examination in Endocrinology and Diabetes of Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. Second, we assessed the training of primary care physicians(PCPs) without and with the assistance of Chat GPT-4.0 in the NCE-CPDC examination to ascertain the reliability of LLMs as medical assistants. We found that Chat GPT-4.0 outperformed other LLMs in the English examination, achieving a passing accuracy of 62.50%, which was significantly higher than that of Google Bard, Lla MA-7B, and Lla MA2-7B. For the NCE-CPFC examination, Chat GPT-4.0, Ali Tongyi Qianwen, Baidu ERNIE Bot, Google Bard, Med GPT, and Chat GPT-3.5 successfully passed, whereas Lla MA2-7B, Huatuo GPT,Chinese LLa MA2-7B, and Lla MA-7B failed. Chat GPT-4.0(84.82%) surpassed all PCPs and assisted most PCPs in the NCE-CPDC examination(improving by 1%–6.13%). In summary, LLMs demonstrated outstanding competence for diabetes-related questions in both the Chinese and English language, and hold great potential to assist future diabetes training for physicians globally.

University Course Timetabling (UCT) is a common problem in educational institutions. The preparation of the class schedule must pay attention to available resources without violating set constraints. This research applies Evolutionary Algorithm such as Genetic Algorithm into timetabling system, to replace human expertise in generating optimal lecture schedules. Genetic Algorithm (GA) uses chromosomes to represent the solution of the UCT. One chromosome represents a set of schedule solutions that AG generates. Genes and alleles become components of chromosomes that represent the value of each entity to be optimized. We modeled chromosomes into four gene types, each of which has three allele types, namely day, hour, and room alleles which will be optimized with GA. The N-point and cycle crossovers were implemented into the new chromosome encoding scheme and do not take place at the gene level, but at the allele level by grouping similar allele types before the crossover process is carried out. The success rate is measured by the percentage of the optimal number of schedules generated from the trials. The proposed method provides a success rate of 80 - 85% and can produce an optimal schedule with an average computation time of 8 minutes. GA can reduce human resources and save time in the process of preparing lecture schedules. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The greybody factor of the massive Dirac field around the black hole in the dRGT massive gravity theory is investigated using the rigorous bound and the WKB approximation methods. In both methods, the greybody factor significantly depends on the shape of the potential. If the potential is smaller, there is more probability for the Dirac field to transmit through the black hole, therefore, the greybody factor is higher. Moreover, there exists a critical mass of the Dirac field such that the greybody factor is maximum. By comparing the results from these two methods, we argue that it is useful to use the rigorous bound method for the low potential cases, while using the WKB approximation method for the high potential cases. Photonic technologies continue to drive the quest for new optical materials with unprecedented responses. A major frontier in this field is the exploration of nonlocal (spatially dispersive) materials, going beyond the local, wavevector-independent assumption traditionally made in optical material modeling. On one end, the growing interest in plasmonic, polaritonic and quantum materials has revealed naturally occurring nonlocalities, emphasizing the need for more accurate models to predict and design their optical responses. This has major implications also for topological, nonreciprocal, and time-varying systems based on these material platforms. Beyond natural materials, artificially structured materials—metamaterials and metasurfaces–can provide even stronger and engineered nonlocal effects, emerging from long-range interactions or multipolar effects. This is a rapidly expanding area in the field of photonic metamaterials, with open frontiers yet to be explored. In the case of metasurfaces, in particular, nonlocality engineering has become a powerful tool for designing strongly wavevector-dependent responses, enabling enhanced wavefront control, spatial compression, multifunctional devices, and wave-based computing. Furthermore, nonlocality and related concepts play a critical role in defining the ultimate limits of what is possible in optics, photonics, and wave physics. This Roadmap aims to survey the most exciting developments in nonlocal photonic materials, highlight new opportunities and open challenges, and chart new pathways that will drive this emerging field forward–toward new scientific discoveries and technological advancements.
