The purpose of this study is to Minimize the purchase cost for each food from the catering menu. Therefore, raw material inventory control method is needed to plan arrival schedule, order schedule, and the amount of ordering of each foodstuff. The technique of deterMining the amount of ordering (lotting technique) used there are three, namely the least unit cost technique, the lot for lot technique and the least total cost technique. The results of this study indicate that the company can Minimize the cost of purchasing food based on lead time, storage time limit, and optimal lotting techniques. Lead time is the period between the order to the delivery time, the storage time limit is how long the best time required for the quality of foodstuffs are maintained, while the lotting technique is the optimal size of order quantity. The lotting technique chosen for each type of food material is different. The cost of purchasing the food consists of the price of the foodstuff, the ordering fee for the type of material and the storage cost for the type of foodstuff. There are 16 types of foodstuffs with the cost of purchasing the smallest raw material with the lot for lot techniques. There are 29 types of foodstuffs with the cost of purchasing the smallest raw materials using the least unit cost techniques. And 10 types of foodstuffs with the least total cost technique as a lotting technique with the purchase of the smallest raw material. Of the 55 types of food raw materials, the company was able to save the cost of purchasing groceries of 33,006,371.75 IDR per month. Of course, in order to apply this planning, the company must provide facilities in order to extend the life of the foodstuff in accordance with predeterMined lead time and to ensure the quality of the foodstuff is guaranteed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This research is formulated with a research question, namely the comparison of the C.45 Algorithm with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, which aims to select scholarship recipients at Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang so that a comparison between the two algorithms for scholarship recipients with a high level of accuracy is obtained. The methodology used in determining scholarship recipients at Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang is to compare the stages of the C.45 Algorithm and the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Cloud computing has emerged as a transformative technology that offers numerous benefits to various industries, including the music industry. Cloud computing has revolutionized the way businesses operate and has had a significant impact on various industries, including the music industry Cloud computing, with its scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, presents an opportunity for the music industry to leverage technology to enhance its operations and meet the evolving demands of the digital era. This paper presents a systematic literature review on cloud computing migration strategies specifically tailored for the music industry. Knowledge Management System (KMS) is one way to organize and documented the knowledge of institution. The purpose of this study is to develop a prototype KMS in organizing and documenting the knowledge in the university and to do a document aggregation based on the total number, subjects and writers (lecturers). The development method of KMS prototype is using sharepoints which are able to collect, store and publish all digital data available at the university which can be accessed online. Aggregation is using the percentage between the number of documents, subjects, and writers (lecturers). The aggregation's result between the number of digital files compared to the number of courses and the number of lecturers are each below 10%. In the future, the university still needs to encourage all lecturers or academic community to increase the collection of digital files that can indirectly improve the quality and educational services. © 2012 International Journal of computer science Issues.

The quadcopter has a fairly simple mechanical design because it does not require other drives to perform various movements such as roll, pitch, and yaw. The simplicity of this mechanical design has a considerable impact on the complexity of its control. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good control method to maintain the stability of the quadcopter. The research aims to maintain stability of quadcopter by using a combination of the Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) with the Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) method, where FLC is used to initialize the input of the PID method to find the quadcopter stability point. The application of fuzzy methods for the initial tuning of PID parameters has proven effective in enhancing the system's fundamental performance, such as overshoot, rise time, and settling time, compared to the conventional PID approach. The proposed method can reduce overshoot by over 20%, with reductions reaching up to 88% in yaw motion. Additionally, the Fuzzy-PID approach significantly improves stability, shortening the time to achieve steady-state by less than 1 seconds for all movements while PID did more than 2s for pitch and roll motions and over 1s for yaw motion. © 2024 IEEE.

Disease detection in rice plants at the Padang Lawas District Agriculture Service is carried out every year by collecting data from the Agriculture Service. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out classification to determine the best percentage of training data and test data in determining rice plant diseases and a comparison between testing data and training data for accurate accurate predictions. So data mining algorithms are needed that must be used to classify these diseases. Classification is carried out to group data into categories or groups so that objects from the same data are more similar to data objects from different groups. In this study, disease classification was processed using the C4.5 algorithm using disease data collection on rice plants from 2017 to 2020 which had a total of 248 data. The results of testing data and training data will be compared to see accuracy performance.

Spam filters have become an important tool for ISP(Internet service Provider) to address the growing spam in cyberspace. Spam filtering is a program used to detect spam, prevent it and enter users' mailboxes. With the rapid growth of Internet technology, email communication is becoming increasingly important in people's daily lives. In addition, the amount of spam contained in emails has increased considerably in recent years. In this study, the authors will compare the performance of the decision tree classification models using or not using Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) in spam filtering. The results of this test will be compared with the results of level accuracy, recall, precision, and F1 Score using or not using the RFE method. where in the results of this level measurement, the model used can be a reference or solution to filter spam correctly, especially through the use of supervised learning data. © 2019 IEEE.

Universitas Potensi Utama has various study programs, and also has various facilities to support student learning activities. However, the main obstacle in higher education is the uncertainty of the interest of students who register, so that sometimes the facilities are inadequate. To overcome these problems, there must be activities to predict prospective new student applicants to improve facilities and interest of prospective students to choose to study at the Universitas Potensi Utama. Forecasting is the most important thing that must be applied to a company. With this forecasting, companies can see the opportunities that exist to generate sales predictions in the future based on the results of past sales data. Naive Bayes is a classification using probability and statistical methods, the Naive Bayes algorithm can be used in scientific fields, one of which is predicting future opportunities based on previous experience. Linear regression method can be used for forecasting with the assumption that the correlation between variables will continue in the future. Linear Regression is a Regression Method where the resulting equation is linear. Based on the resulting equation, predictions can be calculated by entering the values of the predictor variables in the equation. Based on this process, the predictive value of the response variable can be generated. In this study, the author explains more about how to determine new student predictions using a combination of the two algorithms where the Naïve Bayes algorithm is used to state which study programs have a lot of interest in the coming year, and the Linear Regression algorithm is used to show which study programs are most in demand based on the number of students who registered in the previous year, In the description that has been stated above, the author makes a paper with the title: “Predictions of New Student Registration Using the Naive Bayes Algorithm and Regression Analysis at the Universitas Potensi Utama”.

E-learning satisfaction is an important factor in assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of distance learning. The use of Big Data technology can have a significant impact on e-learning satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of big data in e-learning and the factors that can increase student e-learning satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research respondents were randomly selected e-learning students from several educational institutions that use Big Data technology in their e-learning platforms. There are 663 data collected through online questionnaires, then the data is processed through SmartPLS to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that the use of Big Data technology in an e-learning environment has a positive impact on student satisfaction. Several factors determine e-learning satisfaction including usability requirements, quality level, learning competence, and material relatedness. Relatedness to e-learning is more important in increasing student motivation in learning, as can be seen from the correlation value which is more dominant in forming student satisfaction. The e-learning platform must have navigation that is easy for users to understand and use. Learning content must be well-designed and follow established learning standards. The use of Big Data technology in e-learning can have a significant impact on student satisfaction and the quality of learning. Future research can develop a more personal and adaptive e-learning platform, using Big Data technology as the basis for its development. © 2023 IEEE.

This study's purpose is to look at techniques and models that can increase students at universities' willingness to continue with e-learning while considering the most recent technological advances and data analysis. The study assesses the variables that can facilitate the continuance intention, focusing on the measurable aspects related to the quality, usefulness, and effectiveness of online learning. A quantitative survey was conducted to acquire relevant data, and questionnaires were completed by an intake of 491 individuals studying in several colleges in Bandung (Indonesia). The evaluation of the data demonstrates that online learning quality, usefulness, and effectiveness have a beneficial association with the intention to use online learning. This can reveal that participants who believe online learning is of good quality, useful, and effective are more likely to indicate a desire to use it in the decades to come. The study also highlights the significance of the three factors of user behavior in interactions with online learning in influencing the strength of learner intention. Using the most recent technological breakthroughs and data analysis, the research model produced in this study reveals the antecedent elements that enable the development of user intention to maintain online studies. The study's findings provide valuable insights for universities to develop effective strategies and indicators that can enhance the sustainable utilization of online learning in the future. It is essential to modify technology for e-learning to better support the dissemination of knowledge at universities, and this study can help guide universities in this endeavor. © 2023 IEEE.
