The accelerating digital transformation in retail necessitates advanced analytical approaches to effectively comprehend and predict consumer behavior. Existing methodologies in retail data mining often fall short in handling the complexity and heterogeneity of data, resulting in suboptimal predictive accuracy and operational efficiency. This work addresses these limitations by introducing a novel deep learning framework that synergizes the capabilities of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) with Q Learning and VARMAx models. The proposed model adept.y fuses data from diverse sources such as Twitter, Amazon, Facebook, and Flipkart, creating a comprehensive analysis platform. By leveraging the relational data structure processing power of GNNs and the dynamic decision-making proficiency of Q Learning, along with the time series predictive strength of VARMAx models, this approach offers a more holistic understanding of consumer trends. The efficacy of this model is demonstrated through extensive testing on varied data samples encompassing social media, e-commerce platforms, and tweets. The results are compelling: an 8.3% increase in accuracy, 8.5% enhancement in precision, 6.5% improvement in recall, and a significant 10.4% reduction in delay compared to existing classification methods. The impact of this work is far-reaching, offering retailers a robust tool for strategic decision-making, enhanced customer insight, and a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving digital marketplace. This approach not only propels the retail industry forward but also sets a new benchmark in the application of deep learning for consumer behavior analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

Security in healthcare systems based on blockchain technology is the subject of ongoing research. Block Chain technology has the potential to revolutionize many different sectors since it provides a decentralized, incontestable, and publicly verifiable record of every transaction activity. Bitcoin's foundational mechanism is referred to as 'block chain technology.' This technology allows for completely decentralized transaction processing. Healthcare aims to diagnose, treat, relieve, and cure any and all bodily and mental health issues, as well as to promote health and prevent sickness. Since all transactions in a blockchain are encrypted, it provides the highest level of security possible. Blockchain networks provide the same assurance of security for medical records. The integrity of the network's ledgers may be checked by checking file signatures on each node to make sure no alterations have been performed. The signature will no longer be valid when the record has been modified. The future of blockchain and big data applications is promising. Big Data technology can manage any kind, amount, or speed of data, while blockchain enhances efficiency across all industries. It has been noticed that medical records are maintained on a blockchain for reasons of security. Proposed system has evaluated healthcare data for security. When compared to the results of cutting-edge research, however, the scalability and adaptability of traditional methods are clearly lacking. Better performance and security utilizing blockchain technology is essential, hence developing such a system is a priority. © 2024 IEEE.

With the emergence of various techniques involved in deep learning the researchers of computer vision tends to focus on the strategies such as object recognition and segmentation of image. This has inclined to accomplish the deep learning techniques in 3D reconstruction of both specific and generic objects. As the space for reconstruction of 3D images either in single or multi view has envisioned the researchers to concentrate on the available technologies used for reconstruction. With the available built in methods and technologies in deep learning, the performance of the proposed methods were reviewed and analyzed using several parameters. As the remaking of 2D images is still in the beginning stage, it is important to study the 3D shape representations, various network architecture, methodologies and approaches behind 3D reconstruction. In this work a review of deep learning methods for single or multiple RGB images of specific and generic object 3D reconstruction was done. Several methods and their importance were also discussed along with the challenges encountered and with further research directions. Video Anomaly Localization techniques are interesting and emerging tasks in computer vision that is used to locate the position of an anomalous object with bounding boxes. Convolutional neural network-based object localization methods have been developed which detect and classify objects with high precision and accuracy. Many algorithms have been developed for object detection and localization with excellent outcomes. These algorithms are fast RCNN, faster RCNN, and YOLO. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of faster RCNN and YOLO V3 algorithms for anomaly localization is performed based on the parameters FPS, mAP, Precision, Recall and F1 Score. © 2023 IEEE.

Music mashups integrate elements from different songs to create surprising and engaging listening experiences. Typically, a mashup combines the vocal track of a base song with the instrumental tracks of complementary songs. Automating the production of mashups has been an area of research for decades. Traditional approaches utilize rule-based methods, such as matching tempo and harmonic similarity, to select optimal segments for mashup generation. More recent techniques leverage neural networks to classify segment compatibility. However, both approaches primarily focus on layering segments that are generally compatible, without ensuring their detailed integration and alignment with the vocal track. In contrast, we introduce a novel approach using Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) that learns to rearrange instrumental segments to better align with the base vocal track, resulting in more surprising and accurate music blends for mashup generation. Additionally, we conducted subjective listening tests to evaluate our generated mashups against a baseline model using the same song pairs and the original base songs, assessing our model's performance. The problem with traditional notice boards is their static nature, leading to outdated information and manual effort to update. An IoT-based smart notice board solves this by providing real-time updates but requires addressing challenges such as connectivity, power management, compatibility, user interface, security, and maintenance. Addressing these challenges ensures an effective and user-friendly smart notice board. The proposed model involves using an LED dot matrix, ESP32, Kodular app, Firebase Cloud and DS3231 module. The app sends messages to the Firebase then it passes the message to ESP32, which displays message on the LED dot matrix, We use Firebase cloud which provides infinite range. Firebase provides a NoSQL database that allows developers to store and synchronize data in real-time. It is suitable for applications that require real-time updates, such as chat apps, collaborative tools, and live dashboards. The DS3231 module shows real-time information. This study implements a feature that allows the user to retrieve the current time and temperature by pressing a button in the Kodular app. When the button is pressed, a command is sent to the ESP32, which retrieves the relevant data from the DS3231 module and sends it to display. This study creates a buffer to store messages, accessible by indexes, allowing easy retrieval. The proposed system provides a comprehensive solution for displaying messages, real-time data, and efficient message storage. QR codes are also provided to scan. © 2024 IEEE.

Suicide remains a pressing public health concern worldwide, necessitating effective predictive and preventive strategies. Predicting suicidal tendencies is a complex endeavor, as it involves multifaceted interactions between biological, psychological, and environmental factors. Advances in computational modeling and machine learning have provided promising avenues for understanding and forecasting these tendencies. Such models often integrate clinical data, including psychiatric history, symptom severity, and demographic information, with biological markers and psychosocial variables. The objective of our work is to identify patterns and risk factors that may indicate heightened suicidal risk. Ongoing research seeks to refine predictive models, incorporate real-time monitoring, and develop targeted interventions, aiming to reduce the incidence of suicide and provide timely support to those at risk. The application of suicide text analysis extends to user-friendly interfaces, allowing individuals to input text, receive predictions, and access relevant support. The analysis involves preprocessing techniques such as text normalization, stop-word removal, and stemming to enhance the quality of input data. Various machine learning algorithms, ranging from Naive Bayes to sophisticated ensemble methods, are explored to determine their effectiveness in predicting suicidal ideation. © 2024 IEEE.

The global incidence of ocular disorders, which impacts more than 2.2 billion people, requires innovative approaches to ensure early and accurate diagnosis. This paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in ophthal-mology, focusing on retinal diseases like cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy. The utilization of AI enables remote examinations and consultations, providing a crucial advantage in early disease detection. This study introduces a comparative analysis of state-of-the-art models, combining pre-trained convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and incorporating a channel-wise attention mechanism for enhanced discriminative ability. The proposed hybrid model, combining EfficientNetBO and Inception V3 with channel-wise attention mechanism, exhibits a remarkable accuracy of 98.13%, outperforming standalone models and other combinations. The findings underscore the efficacy of combined architectures and the integration of attention mechanisms in advancing the classification of retinal diseases. © 2024 IEEE.

The Personal Trainer online application tracks users progress and offers realtime feedback to encourage users in their daily workout routines. To identify and analyze human body movements, the program uses the mediapipe library, which integrates opencv and machine learning methods. The Personal Trainer online app provides an engaging and immersive workout experience by incorporating these technologies. The application supports several exercises, including weightlifting, squats, bicep curls, and pull-ups. The software uses the webcam on the computer to record realtime footage of the user completing the workout after they choose it. The user's body motions are then recognized from the recorded video using opencv and mediapipe, and performance-based feedback is given. Users may quickly move through the various training modes, check their activity history, and measure their overall progress thanks to the app's user-friendly and intuitive interface. © 2024 IEEE.

Paddy farming plays a critical role in global food security, yet diseases like Bacterial Leaf Blight (BLB) pose significant threats to crop yield and quality. Early detection and accurate diagnosis are essential for effective disease management. This research study investigates machine learning methods for feature extraction and prediction of BLB in paddy fields. Utilizing a comprehensive dataset of paddy leaf images, several machine learning models including Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest (RF), k-Nearest Neighbours (kNN), and Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM) were trained and evaluated. Performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score were employed to assess the effectiveness of each model. The comparative analysis discusses the strengths and limitations of each method, focusing on those that demonstrate superior capability in early and accurate detection of BLB. These findings provide valuable insights for agricultural scientists and practitioners to enhance disease management strategies using modern machine learning techniques. By leveraging this knowledge, specialists can optimize interventions and improve agricultural practices to mitigate the impact of diseases like BLB on paddy farming and ensure global food security. © 2024 IEEE.
