Air pollution has become one of the major problems for human health across the globe. Indoor air pollution poses more risk than outdoor air pollution, since the human body is more exposed to the inside. It refers to the contamination of indoor air that causes harmful health problems. To purify the polluted air, the air purifier is a main necessity. In this Internet of Things (IoT) project, we have created an air purifier that purifies the indoor air by passing it through the High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter and Ultraviolet light. The microcontroller used is the NodeMCU based on the ESP8266 WiFi enabled chip. Two MQ135 air quality sensors used to monitor the change and calculate the efficiency of the purified air. IoT customization eases the manual work of changing the purifier manually every time by providing a platform that operates on the mobile phone via Wi-Fi where the user can operate it accordingly. It provides an equivalent grade of services at a very moderate cost that is affordable even for the average person and can provide real time analytics. The proposed system is capable for providing hands-on practical operations, which enables more exciting possibilities in IoT based automation systems. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces AnVILMEDFORD, an R package that aims to enable MEDFORD metadata annotation from within the cloud based AnVIL platform for computational analysis. AnVILMEDFORD helps solve the problem of documentation within the AnVIL environment by providing bidirectional tools that both allow a user to generate MEDFORD documentation from a workspace, and also allow a user to update an AnVIL workspace starting with a MEDFORD meta-data file. AnVILMEDFORD accomplishes this by leveraging the Bioconductor AnVIL package and the AnVIL API to download and process AnVIL metadata, Tree-sitter-medford module along with the AnVIL API to update the workspace in the cloud. The face of a person is his identity. Most of his emotions, issues can be derived from his face. Face is the window to the soul which was said by famous French doctor Duchenne de Boulogne. He used several techniques to support his theory like giving shocks of electric impulses to understand how a person reacts to muscular contractions. He also tried to induce some of the expressions of bizarre looking. The ultimate aim is to analyze how much muscles contribute to emotion. He successfully derived lots of human emotions which is hidden. After 200 years this field is still active as it requires more experiments to extract invisible truths of human truths. Lots of Emotion Recognition which is automatic have been seen in the field of Marketing and Advertising. It is also seen in the field of Medical, Law and order...etc. The main fundamental question arrives whether it is good to enter into our personal space. This a question which has lots of dimension. Those who are against this practice is claiming that this is a violation of human rights by which we can use the stored data to harm the society in future. Even though it is a major concern if we can rectify the above the scope in this area is phenomenal. Lots of researchers are still working on this area because of mainly one reason that is its wide application in the area of Medical science. It can be used by a doctor for diagnosing a person with certain psychological disorders, children with Autism, person with Parkinson's disease. It can be widely used to diagnose children with Autism so that particular child can be motivated at early stage leads to his success in future and thus provide a good citizen to the society. In our research we are using several datasets such as FER2013, CK+...etc. These datasets have been given to a model which includes Deep Convolutional Neural Network. Here input image is given to a model using camera. The particular image has to done preprocessing to extract fine features in the model. A

Context analysis is one of the obvious tasks in nearly all computational linguistics based works. All of these works pursue this task upto different extents using different techniques. Most of the techniques include the linguistic features, like - N-grams, content words, function words, noun phrase and verb phrase, theme extraction with relevance scoring, facets etc. There are lots of machine learning and deep learning based tools available for this task. The performances of these tools are variable according to different situations. But, the close observations cite that the performance of these systems mainly depends on the availability of the contextual words at that particular experiment. Except for a good collection of contextual words, no system can produce an effective result by using only some complex mathematical calculations. This scenario is the motivation behind this work. In this work, an attempt has been made to construct a structured set of most relevant contextual words according to the classification of text domains, mentioned in the Technology Development for Indian Languages (TDIL) corpus. As it is a group work, therefore different categories of people have been involved in this work for preparing, annotating, verifying and validating the data sets. © 2024 IEEE.

Recognition of human activities has drawn a lot of interest lately in the field of computer vision and machine learning. Group activity recognition is a significant subcategory in which several people participate in a common activity. The primary obstacle in these tasks is learning the relationships between individuals in a scene and understanding their evolution over time. The suggested study offers a new taxonomy to classify state-of-the-art (SOTA) group activity recognition approaches and subcategorizes the current literature. It also critically analyzes these techniques. To understand scenes involving multiple people, models must describe individual actions in context and infer collective activities. Accurately capturing relationships between actors and performing relational reasoning is crucial for comprehending group activities. However, modelling these relationships is challenging due to the limited availability of interaction information, relying only on individual action labels and collective activity labels. Inferring relationships from other aspects is thus essential. Group activity recognition has garnered increased research attention recently due to its importance in video understanding. The difficulties lie not only in recognizing individual actions but also in exploring scene information and collaborative relations among people. This research addresses these challenges by providing a comprehensive review of existing techniques, offering a structured approach to categorize them, and highlighting the importance of relational reasoning in understanding group activities. © 2024 IEEE.

We propose real-time bike helmet detection in our study. A lot of people ride bikes in our nation. Motorbikes are more popular than vehicles because they are cheaper to maintain, take up less parking space, and provide more mobility and adaptability in urban situations. Bike riding is entertaining yet risky. Bicyclist safety is the planned system's main purpose. Many drivers don't wear helmets even though they're mandated by law. In emerging countries, mortality has been growing steadily. A helmet detection technology that identifies drivers without helmets is needed to safeguard the public. We employ a real-time 3202 dataset for this approach. We gather wearing helmet 1911 and no helmet 1291 data and utilize algorithms like VGG16, Resnet50, MobileNet v.02, Inception V3, EfficientNet, and CNN. The EfficientNet achieved 98% accuracy. Each person's comparison statement techniques are in the implementation section. To construct the optimum model for the conditions, this inquiry uses model validation approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Data security is a major issue for computer users these days. So, we conceal the textual data using steganography, the art and science of concealing information. In this case, we conceal both the message's content and the fact that it is being sent. In order to make it challenging to Figure out that a hidden message is present in a specific film, this technique involves concealing secret data within a conventional, non-secret file. At its destination, the secret data is subsequently removed. Several uses of steganographic technology have distinct requirements. Here, we suggest a method for concealing data, including reverse data hiding for data extraction. The textual data will be secured in different frames of the video and audio using the Least Significant Bit (LSB) and related algorithms. We can conclude that the original data will never change the characteristics of video or audio even after applying steganography techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

The proposed system on enhancing human activity recognition in yoga presents an innovative solution using advanced technologies to accurately and quickly analyze data of yoga poses. Inverse design, where we seek to design input variables in order to optimize an underlying objective function, is an important problem that arises across fields such as mechanical engineering to aerospace engineering. Inverse design is typically formulated as an optimization problem, with recent works leveraging optimization across learned dynamics models. However, as models are optimized they tend to fall into adversarial modes, preventing effective sampling. We illustrate that by instead optimizing over the learned energy function captured by the diffusion model, we can avoid such adversarial examples and significantly improve design performance. We further illustrate how such a design system is compositional, enabling us to combine multiple different diffusion models representing subcomponents of our desired system to design systems with every specified component. In an N-body interaction task and a challenging 2D multi-airfoil design task, we demonstrate that by composing the learned diffusion model at test time, our method allows us to design initial states and boundary shapes that are more complex than those in the training data. Our method generalizes to more objects for N-body dataset and discovers formation flying to minimize drag in the multi-airfoil design task. To suppress the resonance in an LCL filter, the passive damping method is often favored over the active damping due to its simplicity and robustness. However, the passive damping suffers from decreasing LCL filter's effectiveness in suppressing high-frequency harmonics and introducing power losses. In this paper, a new passive damping method is proposed for the three-phase four-leg shunt active power filter (SAPF) system, by adding resistors between the neutral line and the connection point of the three-phase lines. The selection of the damping resistor is guided by criteria that aim to minimize power losses while ensuring good stability characteristics. The SAPF system with the proposed passive damping demonstrates excellent attenuation of switching frequency harmonics and significant mitigation of interphase switching interference, enhancing harmonic compensation for nonlinear loads. The mathematical model based on single-phase equivalent circuit and control strategy of three-phase four-leg SAPF are analyzed respectively. Simulations and experiments with imbalanced loads are constructed to validate the theoretical analysis. © 2024 IEEE.
