An Explosion Consequence Analysis (ECA) utilizes the explosives science to determine potential hazards to structures, people or other targets through objective procedures and scientific evidence. This paper proposes the implementation of support vector machines, a supervised machine learning algorithm in decision support for accurate and effective explosion consequence analysis. The model is trained over data obtained from United Nations SaferGuard tool and incorporates the consequence analysis of five military target types, namely, light and heavy armour, troops in bunkers and in open, and parked aircrafts. A validation accuracy of 97.5% has been obtained through the implementation of support vector machines with a cubic kernel and the model has been trained through the MATLAB classification learner App. This work adds to the body of evidence that machine learning techniques can be implemented to design accurate artificial intelligence decision support and expert systems for both military and civilian applications. © 2020 IEEE.

For medical purposes, the diagnosis of heart sickness is one of the difficult ventures. A known range of available datasets leads to numerous options with the help of analyzing the data and visual analytics. In this proposed work we have analyzed the features for which we can implement a great system from a large amount of available data. In the absence of useful information, massive statistics can lead to vague outcomes. It relies upon careful evaluation of various medical and pathological facts of the sufferers obtained through health workers, in a complex manner. For validating the performance of proposed work, it applied on complete traits and on decreased bunch of traits. Classifier performance is controlled by feature reduction with respect to precision and implementation time of classifier. Doctors can be assisted in diagnosing heart patients effectively through machine learning. So, study has been made of heart sickness for all age group sufferers by assistance of machine learning algorithms. Decision tree algorithm has been used to make the predictions whether a person has heart sickness or not followed by the Ada-Boost algorithm. Among the applied classifier importance of features have been identified.

In this proposed work, we have made an analysis of cardiovascular heart disease for the patients of all age groups using data mining techniques. The preprocessed dataset consists of all the accessible 16 attributes (including class) which have been used in 299 patient records, taken from UCI Machine Learning Repository. We have taken some of the medicinal attributes such as 'dig, prop, nitr, fast grume sugar' etc. It can prognosticate the likelihood of sick person having cardiovascular sickness. We have scrutinized three data mining classification technique-the naïve Bayes, random tree and REPTree algorithms for prediction of cardiovascular disease. Our analysis shows that the classification model random tree prognosticates cardiovascular sickness with higher veracious outcome. © 2019 IEEE.

Internet today is the backbone of virtual communication worldwide. It is expanding its horizon with a fast pace. Internet is rightly defined as 'network of networks'. It is, in most simple terms, a means of establishing a connection between your computer and any other computer globally through servers and some dedicated routers. The major form of communication of current Internet is among humans (i.e. human-to-human). The next upcoming form of communication that uses Internet as the underlying technology is The Internet of Things (IoT). IoT extends the capabilities of Internet to enable machine-to-machine communication (M2M).Therefore, IoT can be said to provide communication among everyone and everything. IoT enables us to embed some sort of intelligence in the objects that are or can be connected to the Internet in order to exchange information, hence communicate, invoke certain actions based on inputs, take decisions and provide useful services. In this paper, the basic underlying workflow of IoT is discussed and the architecture of IoT is explained. The paper also highlights the most useful technologies of these days, which employ IoT for their functioning. Further, the applications and features of IoT are mentioned in the paper. Lastly, the issues and challenges in implementing the IoT are briefly discussed. The IoT today is gaining a lot of recognition due to its potential that is yet to be extracted by the industry, academia and government as well. These sectors can bring huge economic and professional benefits by employing IoT in the right manner. © 2019 IEEE.

Genetic Algorithm (GA) may be attributed as method for optimizing the search tool for difficult problems based on genetics selection principle. In additions to Optimization it also serves the purpose of machine learning and for Research and development. It is analogous to biology for chromosome generation with variables such as selection, crossover and mutation together constituting genetic operations which would be applicable on a random population initially. GA aims to yield solutions for the consecutive generations. The extent of success in individual production is directly in proportion to fitness of solution which is represented by it, thereby ensuring that quality in successive generations will be better. The process is concluded once an GA is most suitable for the issues that need optimization associated with some computable system.. John Holland may be regarded as funding father of original genetic algorithm and is attributed to year 1970's as funding date. Additionally a random search method represented by Charles Darwin for a defined search space in order to effetely solve a problem. In this paper, what is genetic algorithm and its basic workflow is discussed how a genetic algorithm work and what are the process is included in this is also discussed. Further, the features and application of genetic algorithm are mentioned in the paper. © 2019 IEEE.

With the rapid increase in the number of vehicles on roads in metropolitan cities, the cases of road accidents and traffic rules violation are increasing. As, majority of the population is using their personal vehicles in order to commute, it becomes difficult to find a parking space. Presently, the systems for parking and toll are not fully automated. In this paper, a system that aims to reduce the problem of traffic congestion and to thoroughly eliminate manual intervention by the use of a Smart Card with IoT as an underlying technology is reviewed. The Internet of Things can connect anything and anybody worldwide. IoT enabled smart cards make use of some sensor devices that are used to carry the device-related information to the Internet. Further, this existing Smart Card will be extended to store the information regarding the vehicle registration, vehicle type, vehicle owner's license details, vehicle pollution details, vehicle challan details and vehicle insurance details. All this information on one card will reduce the paperwork and manual labor to a significant extent and this will further facilitate the citizens to move towards smarter future. © 2019 IEEE.

In the past years, we have been hearing a lot about cryptocurrency and Blockchain which has brought new scope and technology into the hands of developers and common man. Blockchain technology was first introduced in a whitepaper which went like this: 'Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System,' by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2008. Though Blockchain being a completely new field, many companies are trying to implement Blockchain too. A Blockchain contains of a block which contains a hash of cryptography of the previous block, timestamp and transaction data. The main purpose of this project is to create a Proof-Of-Existence of any type of file or record on the platform of Blockchain. Once submitted, we shall be uploading the file's unique signature with its associated information into the Private Decentralized Public Ledger. Records stored here can be extracted later to prove that this particular file existed on particular date time with the associated information uploaded. It is impossible to duplicate the document's signature or modify the past records both technologically and computationally. Therefore POE can be used to prove any file's existence in legal matters. It can also be an important part in any organization which will obviously have records of deals, bonds, customer details, employee details etc which if made to generate a POE for each of them, then will be secure and safe because this is something which cannot be hacked. © 2019 IEEE.

Fault tolerance has become a common service of the system, which has a property of identify and tolerate faults before the faulty nature spreads into the system. We have proposed a robust system architecture, which acts like a fault tolerant in nature by combining VRRP protocol and robust code construction algorithm. This system provides detection of network traffic, fault tolerance, retransmission of packets and avoidance of deadlock. It also has a positive impact on the availability and reliability of communication system. Current research focusing on some advanced fault tolerant mechanisms which will identify and deal the faults rapidly. © 2019 IEEE.

One may infer the current century as the changing face in world technology, which is also impacting a great deal to restaurant owners in order of the application of innovative and customized technologies such as Multi-touch screens, customer kiosk PDS etc. The Paper focus on android based tablet and Smartphone applications that are competitively cheaper and more customer friendly instead of primitive PDS-based ordering system. At customer end, it consists of a Smartphone or tablet having menu details. A common Wi-Fi connects both kitchen display and the customer end tablet Customer orders directly reaches to kitchen end module. This interface arrangement improves efficiency of restaurants and also greatly save time and eradicating human errors and also facilitates customer feedbacks, with the feedback of customer owner can improve the quality of service. This gadget is less expensive or we can say it's a onetime investment. Wi-Fi storage devices are more security oriented as a self owned cloud storage can be built The data can be easily shared using laptops or phones provided that permission is granted from online cloud network. A number of benefits from storage linked to network are that they are cheaper, without involving monthly charges and easily adaptable to change in data size also. In this paper we are going to discuss about the wireless menu card and its related work. Methodology of wireless menu is a also discuss. Further, this existing wireless menu card will be extended to the payment method. In wireless menu card user can make payment without standing in the line. Using this Feature customer can pay the bill by seating on the reserved table. © 2019 IEEE.

In this article a SVM model with PCA has been used to recognize gender using voice of the person. A small dataset is used for training and testing the model. The records used have almost even distribution of genders all across. The proposed system is targeting the gender recognition in order to support the existing systems by reducing their search spaces intern reducing the delay in responses. The proposed model is a hybrid of Principal component analysis and SVM classifier, we show that this hybrid performs better than individual classifier. The system uses various acoustic parameter for the identification. The proposed model has achieved an accuracy of 98.42% during validation with good precision and recall. The duration of the audio signal is small for easier identification of words.
