In India, heart disease claims the lives of about one person every day. The human body's most vital organ is the heart. The heart has two primary purposes: first, it gathers blood from body tissues and pumps it to the lungs;second, it gathers blood from the lungs and pumps it to all body *** disease has claimed the lives of many people. Predicting that disease at the appropriate moment is crucial, for this reason. Making use of machine learning Additionally, illnesses are easily identified and anticipated. It also covers the use of many algorithms on the Heart Disease Dataset. The dataset used in this research was obtained from Kaggle. Analyzing fundamental machine learning algorithms for the prediction of heart disease, such as Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbours, Decision Tree Classifier, and Support Vector Machine, is the primary goal of this study. Our Acquired Model for The Decision Tree Classifier has a score of 79.0%. And the Random Forest Classifier has an 84.0% score. With a linear kernel, the Support Vector Classifier scores 83.0%. Next, K Neighbours Classifier~ outperformed all previously employed methods, achieving the maximum score of {87%} with ~8 nearest result. RF (Random Forest), K-Nearest Neighbours Algorithm, and Decision Tree, together with Python programming and Visual Studio, which excels at both data and code. © 2024 IEEE.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has made it possible for health institutions to have remote diagnosis, reliable, preventive, and real-time decision-making. However, the anonymity and privacy of patients are not considered in IoT. Therefore, this article proposes a blockchain-based anonymous system, known as GarliMediChain, for providing anonymity and privacy during COVID-19 information sharing. In GarliMediChain, garlic routing and blockchain are integrated to provide low-latency communication, privacy, anonymity, trust, and security. Also, COVID-19 information is encrypted multiple times before transmitting to a series of nodes in the network. To ensure that COVID-19 information is successfully shared, a blockchain-based coalition system is proposed. The coalition system enables health institutions to share information while maximizing their payoffs. In addition, each institution uses the proposed fictitious play to study the strategies of others in order to update its belief by selecting the best responses from them. Furthermore, simulation results show that the proposed system is resistant to security-related attacks and is robust, efficient, and adaptive. From the results, the proposed proof-of-epidemiology-of-interest consensus protocol has 15.93% less computational cost than 26.30% of proof-of-work and 57.77% proof-of-authority consensus protocol, respectively. Nonetheless, the proposed GarliMediChain system promotes global collaborations by combining existing anonymity and trust solutions with the support of blockchain technology. © 2007-2012 IEEE.

One of the biggest issues with worldwide public health is Parkinson's disease (PD). It is usually known that about are around one million Americans who have Parkinson's disease, whereas there are approximately five million cases of the condition globally. As a result, it's critical to identify Parkinson's disease early on and make the appropriate treatment plans. These days, machine learning is essential for analysing problems in real time and offering answers thanks to its widely used algorithms. These days, machine learning algorithms are used in the healthcare industry to identify patients' health problems. This research went into great detail about the methods used using algorithms that use machine learning to classify Parkinson's disease. A fault in the brain cells that generate dopamine, a necessary chemical for synapses to connect with one another, is the cause of Parkinson's disease. The brain's dopamine-producing neurons are in charge of control, flexibility, and event familiarity. When 60-80% of these cells disappear, inadequate dopamine is produced, which causes Parkinson's disease symptoms to manifest. In this case, the Random Forest, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbours, and Support Vector Machine techniques were used to identify the illness. Compared to Decision Tree and Support Vector Machine, Random Forest and K-Nearest Neighbours offer the best performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Clustering and routing protocols for Internet of Things (IoT) need to consider energy usage and how to reduce it. Unbalanced power usage is a common concern with current solutions to cluster-based routing problems in the IoT ecosystem. This research developed a swarm intelligence-based clustering technique to achieve a more uniform dispersion of cluster heads. The data packets across cluster heads and the sink are routed via a Jaya algorithm. Based on average remaining energy, number of active nodes, number of nodes that have failed or have been removed from the network, and overall network throughput, this combined clustering and routing method's quality has been assessed. The integrative clustering and routing protocol based on the flower pollination algorithm and Jaya algorithm described here exhibit considerable improvements over the current state-of-the-art. The network throughput and the number of the alive node are essential statistics for evaluating IoT in which battery-powered devices periodically acquire surroundings data and transmit gathered samples to a base station. The proposed strategy improved network throughput and the number of dead nodes by at least 14% and 18%, respectively. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

Inadequate oxygen levels can happen when a person with sleep apnea has periods of paused breathing and then resumes breathing during the night. If the signal is not received, the individual's airway will close and they will cease to breathe. These interruptions can occur occasionally but frequently during sleep. When they start breathing again, they could snort, inhale deeply, or wake up feeling as though they are choking, gasping, or suffocating. This study introduces a classification model to identify different types of sleep apnea using polysomnographic data, with a focus on Normal (No Apnea), Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Central Sleep Apnea (CSA), Mixed Sleep Apnea (MSA), and Hypopnea (Reduced Breathing). The model showed excellent accuracy levels, with precision and recall measurements demonstrating strong performance, especially in Normal and Hypopnea categorizations. Although effective, the model encountered difficulties in correctly differentiating between CSA and MSA, as shown by higher rates of false negatives in these groups. the model achieves an impressive accuracy of 99% for Normal and OSA, and 97% for CSA and MSA, demonstrating its efficacy in classifying sleep apnea types and underscoring its potential for clinical application in diagnosing sleep disorders. © 2024 IEEE.

Human life is challenged by this main work’s ultimate goal of reducing accidents and ensuring life safety due to the enormous growth of vehicles and those based on safety. Here, cases of suspected drunk driving, reckless driving, etc., are present. In this scenario, vehicles are traveling at full speed and irresponsibly using technology on all roads. An early warning system is used to stop auto accidents. In order to accommodate the city's steadily increasing automobile population, intelligent traffic systems must be designed in a resourceful and sustainable manner using all available technology in both light and dark. The advanced ML's work on unexpected traffic flow and all road conditions resulted in significant real-time changes in the flow of traffic for every significant issue that arose. Here, the Blue Whale technology makes use of clever intelligence to quickly identify, detect, and modify warning systems. The primary objective of the study was to train CNN/BWT on the collected data sets in order to operationalize the unsupervised approach for the prediction of critical situations. Additionally, it makes an effort to clarify the situation so that guests can feel more at ease and help them decide on transfers in time-sensitive situations. IOT is a practical way to locate the nearest object using machine learning methods that are accurate and apply received data sets, resulting in significant findings that support object recognition. The paperwork fully focuses on improving driving knowledge and offering new approaches for quick object recognition. With the increasing popularity of live streaming platforms, there is an imperative need for robust methods for identifying individuals in real-time. The proposed system utilizes Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) computer vision algorithms to identify faces in live streams and match them against a pre-existing database of known individuals. Additionally, the system employs deep learning and supervised learning techniques along with various types of CNN to achieve robust facial recognition in diverse lighting and environmental conditions. The system's accuracy is evaluated using various performance metrics, including precision, recall, and F1-score. The results demonstrate that the proposed system achieves high accuracy in person identification during real-time live streams. This system holds potential applications in a variety of domains, including security, entertainment, and social media. © 2024 IEEE.

Sign language is a helpful visual technique that can be utilized by individuals who have difficulty communicating verbally. This language is used frequently by people as well. However, the vast majority of individuals don't understand sign language very well, and as a result, they frequently struggle when attempting to communicate with someone who is fluent in it. The community of people who have trouble speaking or hearing will benefit from an initiative called the Sign Language Recognition System. It is extremely challenging for deaf mutes to communicate, which is why we require a linguistic framework to understand what it is that they are attempting to express. In light of this, we present in this research an American Sign Language (ASL) handwriting translator that is built on convolutional neural networks. Instructing computers to recognize specific characters is one way to accomplish this goal. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) and the Convolutional Neural Network are two types of artificial neural networks that are being utilized in our project we have suggest the identification of American Sign Language. In addition, the Decision Tree and Voting Classifier are applied to the dataset in order to do an analysis. We have demonstrated the design and execution of an American Sign Language (ASL) translator that also incorporates fingerspelling as a direct consequence of this. © 2023 IEEE.
