Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))photoproduction in seawater with metal-free photocatalysts derived from biomass materials is a green,sustainable,and ultra environmentally friendly ***,most photocatalysts are always corroded or poisoned in seawater,resulting in a significantly reduced catalytic ***,we report the metal-free photocatalysts(RUT-1 to RUT-5)with in-situ generated carbon dots(CDs)from biomass materials(Rutin)by a simple microwave-assisted pyrolysis *** visible light(λ≥420 nm,81.6 mW/cm^(2)),the optimized catalyst of RUT-4 is stable and can achieve a high H_(2)O_(2)yield of 330.36μmol/L in seawater,1.78 times higher than that in normal *** transient potential scanning(TPS)tests are developed and operated to in-situ study the H_(2)O_(2)photoproduction of RUT-4 under operation ***-4 has strong oxygen(O_(2))absorption capacity,and the O_(2)reduction rate in seawater is higher than that in *** cations in seawater further promote the photo-charge separation and facilitate the photo-reduction *** RUT-4,the conduction band level under operating conditions only satisfies the requirement of O_(2)reduction but not for hydrogen(H2)*** work provides new insights for the in-situ study of photocatalyst under operation condition,and gives a green and sustainable path for the H_(2)O_(2)photoproduction with metal-free catalysts in seawater.

The scarcity of annotated medical images is a major bottleneck in developing learning models for medical image analysis. Hence, recent studies have focused on pretrained models with fewer annotation requirements that can be fine-tuned for various downstream tasks. However, existing approaches are mainly 3D adaptions of 2D approaches ill-suited for 3D medical imaging data. Motivated by this gap, we propose novel domain-aware multi-task learning tasks to pretrain a 3D Swin Transformer for brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Our method considers the domain knowledge in brain MRI by incorporating brain anatomy and morphology as well as standard pretext tasks adapted for 3D imaging in a contrastive learning setting. We pretrain our model using large-scale brain MRI data of 13,687 samples spanning several large-scale databases. Our method outperforms existing supervised and self-supervised methods in three downstream tasks of Alzheimer’s disease classification, Parkinson’s disease classification, and age prediction tasks. The ablation study of the proposed pretext tasks shows the effectiveness of our pretext tasks. Evaluating the hyperparameters and layers of the number of layers, node counts, and activation functions in Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) is not possible through the conventional process of tuning because of its dense layer of architecture. Hence, it becomes very difficult to choose the ideal network architecture layer for testing the data in the ensemble method. Deep learning a subset of artificial is gaining huge popularity in health care and medical image processing due to its precision in the identification of objects within an image. Hence, in this paper, a modified GGA-MLP classifier is used for detecting COVID-19 using an X-ray image dataset. In this paper, a genetic algorithm has been implemented on MLP for optimization of the algorithm by analyzing the principles of network architecture. In the era of informatics, the effectiveness of machine learning models is compromised due to the challenge of dimensionality in the data. The presence of redundant and irrelevant features significantly increases computational complexity, posing a central obstacle in the extraction of valuable insights from the extensive dataset. Any machine learning model’s performance suffers because of the issue of the plague of dimensionality. To improve the classifier’s performance, feature selection is applied beforehand on applying the machine learning model. Feature selection is accomplished using Enhanced Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (E-BPSO) with the aid of boosting the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) classifier and is experimented on benchmarking real-world datasets. The conventional BPSO suffers from the problem of exploration which leads to premature convergence. In order to overcome the drawbacks of conventional BPSO, E-BPSO is proposed. The enhancement is made by integrating the self-adaptive velocity to drive the particle with the aid to balance exploration and exploitation. The performance of the proposed E-BPSO is evaluated against the traditional binary particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm, considering metrics like accuracy, fitness, root mean square error, and dimensionality reduction ratio. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Recently, reinforcement learning (RL) based automatic Web GUI testing techniques are gaining popularity in both academia and industry as they can enable more intelligent exploration of web applications' states. However, the existing RL-based techniques often incorporate special features, such as DFA-guided state recovery or contextual input data generation, making the effectiveness of RL itself unclear. Moreover, while these techniques mostly employ Q-learning (QL), a model-free RL method, they were evaluated with different experimental settings, which could lead to unfair comparisons. Motivated by the two observations, we propose a generic QL-based automatic Web GUI testing framework, and conduct the first systematic evaluation, which considers four QL specific configurations, on two open-source benchmark web applications and one industrial portal website. Based on the experimental results, we discuss several findings regarding the effectiveness of QL-based automatic GUI testing. We believe that our findings can provide useful guidance to industrial practitioners and shed light on future research on leveraging RL to improve automatic Web GUI testing. © 2023 IEEE.

The motive of this technical summary is to have a look at the performance of interference-conscious routing protocols for wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs). Interferenceconscious routing models help to lessen interference among WMN nodes associated with transmissions at the identical frequency channel. The efficacy of a routing protocol is typically measured via parameters consisting of packet transport ratio, throughput, and end-to-stop delay. In addition, the abstract will discover approaches to optimize the layout of interference-conscious routing protocols to attain the most green conversation overall performance. Artificial intelligence (AI) has changed the way e-commerce works by making it possible to provide unique experiences to a huge number of customers. This review looks at how AI-driven personalization affects customer trust in a number of different e-commerce studies. Putting together the results of several research papers, this study gives a full picture of how well AI works and what it means for increasing customer trust in online stores. The studies were chosen because they had something to do with how AI-driven customizing changes customer behavior and trust measures. The results show that there is a strong link between AI-driven customization and customer trust in online shopping. Personalized suggestions based on AI algorithms were shown in multiple studies to make customers happier, get them to buy from you again, and build long-term ties with them. AI-powered customization of user interfaces and content delivery made the experiences of users better, which increased interest and decreased return rates. Effectively summarizing dense 3D point cloud data and extracting motion information of moving objects (moving object segmentation, MOS) is crucial to autonomous driving and robotics applications. How to effectively utilize motion and semantic features and avoid information loss during 3D-to-2D projection is still a key challenge. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-view MOS model (MV-MOS) by fusing motion-semantic features from different 2D representations of point clouds. To effectively exploit complementary information, the motion branches of the proposed model combines motion features from both bird's eye view (BEV) and range view (RV) representations. In addition, a semantic branch is introduced to provide supplementary semantic features of moving objects. Finally, a Mamba module is utilized to fuse the semantic features with motion features and provide effective guidance for the motion branches. We validated the effectiveness of the proposed multi-branch fusion MOS framework via comprehensive experiments, and our proposed model outperforms existing state-of-the-art models on the SemanticKITTI benchmark.
